- 清兼 (9/5): 小樽旅行がいい思い出になりました！ - 玄関で出迎えていただき、2階のお部屋も広く家族4人での宿泊でしたが一人1つのベットに寝ることができ満足でした！ お風呂（シャワー）もトイレも部屋にありホテルより広く使いやすかったです。 2階なのと子供がいたので、うるさくしないことだけ気をつけました！ 敷地内の駐車場を利用しましたが、入り口が狭く少し不便でした。

It exceeded my expectations in size and comfort. So much so I immediately fell asleep in the middle of the afternoon. A great location with plenty of options to enjoy the surrounding area.

There's parking, and it's located in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to find. The staff is very friendly and the quiet hours are respected by the guests.

- YUKIKO (9/5): 感謝！！ - 小樽錦園での滞在は、素晴らしい体験でした。宿泊施設は民家の良いところを残し、洗面台やバス、トイレを別々に新しくリノベーションされた一軒家で、リビングダイニングは広くセンスと温かみが融合した、誰もがくつろげる快適空間。心地よく可愛らしいガラスの照明と木のぬくもりに包まれ、旅の疲れを優しく癒してくれました。 案内していただいた部屋は、壁紙や絵画も可愛く、おしゃれな雰囲気。広々としたベッドは、大柄な私たち夫婦でもゆったりと休めるサイズで、清潔感のあるリネンにも細やかな心遣いを感じました。バスタオル等も清潔で整っており、水回りは常に清潔で気持ちよく使えました。電子レンジや給茶機があるのも有難い。 印象的だったのが、レイトチャックインにも関わらず、笑顔で温かく迎えてくださったオーナーの人柄。観光で疲れていたので滞在がゆっくり休めるものとなりました。 また必ず小樽へ長期で再訪したいと思える特別な場所でした。 小樽方面の宿泊先に迷っているなら、ここへ！ そんな気持ちになる、暮らせるように観光先で滞在できる便利な宿泊先でした。

- Junko (10/5): 大満足 - 目的地に近いというだけで予約しましたが、結果リピート確定というくらい大満足でした。 2階は古民家を洋室にリノベーションしたお部屋でしたが、圧しっかり目のシャワールームとトイレがあり快適でした。 2階は全て洋室でしたが、1階は和室で、バスルームとシャワールームとトイレは、部屋にはなく共有のようでした。 目的に合わせてご予約されると、ストレスなく過ごせると思います。 オーナーさん？は、日本人ではないようでしたが、チェックインで戸惑っていると、丁寧に説明してくれました。 良くなかったというほどではないですが、共用のスペースで、コーヒーを飲もうとしたら、フィルターなしのドリッパーがあり、チャレンジしましたが、一杯分落ちるのに30分以上は必要かと 笑 すぐにコーヒー飲みたい方は携帯用ドリップコーヒー持参すると良いかと思います

Also, the staff member was super lovely and helped us with storing our bikes, and a few other things The rooms were great, but there was a strong smell that we couldn’t put our finger on (maybe the cleaning products, maybe something else). Also would have been comfortable if there were chairs in the room
- SANAE (8/5): 郊外、静かに泊まれる - 他の利用者も静かだったので、ホテルに泊まるより静かに過ごせました。私の部屋はベッドも大きく1人で宿泊するのに十分な広さでした。トイレやシャワールームも新しく清潔でした。寝巻きもあり助かりました。 無料で使えるマッサージチェアが共有スペースにあるのがよいです。移動で固くなった体をほぐせました。 駐車場は狭いので運転に自信のある方が駐車されるのが良いと思います。 最初車で来ると駐車場入り口が通行可能に見えなくて、その隣の民家と間違えてしまいました。 玄関の鍵の開閉はパスワードを入力する前に一手間いるので、そこの部分がわかりづらかったです。Wi-Fiがとても弱いです、Wi-FiのセッティングはQRコードですぐできますが、毎晩Wi-Fiが切れてしまい、ネットワークに接続できませんと言うメッセージが出てつながらない時間がたくさんありました。結局携帯の自分のギガを使いました。 ロケーションは小樽の繁華街から離れています。私は郊外への移動が多かったので問題ありませんでしたが、小樽の繁華街に行く時は、バスで移動しました、帰りは散歩がてら歩いて帰りました。ちなみに小樽中心部の駐車場はとても高いので、車で行こうと思いませんでした。

- KOKI (4/5): - 畳で部屋の雰囲気は凄く良かったです アメニティもありました 想像していたよりも他部屋の音が聞こえてきて、廊下を歩く音も大きかったです あと部屋の鍵が外から(偶然？)閉まってしまい、夜管理人に電話したら半笑いで今行けないから庭園側から玄関回って自分で開けてくださいって言われました 次は他の宿を探そうかなと思います😊

And a parking lot if you come by car. Very quiet neighbourhood. There’s this smell from the curtains, but it’s still bearable. And quiteness must be kept after 10 PM.

There is a great indian place a block away if you're feeling sushied out, and its a very quick drive to town or walk to the water. Theres also a great grocery, kombini, and drug store 5min walk away making the location great.

The heater won’t stop making weird flicking noise every few seconds after the temperature is heat up. Had to turn it off otherwise it’s just impossible to sleep but then the cold would wake you up in one hour. Was unlucky to have some noisy fellow travelers in other rooms that ignored the sign saying it’s a wooden house with thin walls. So please please please, keep your voice down . 保持安静. 静かにしていてください. 조용히 있어 주세요

- Haley (6/5): Gorgeous Japanese garden, less than ideal odor - The garden is absolutely gorgeous - what a pleasure to wake up to this view just outside your window. The rice paper screens in the bedroom are lovely and it was our first time sleeping on tatami mats, a quintessential Japanese experience that we were eager to experience and enjoyed. Furthermore, the owner helped us make a reservation at すし処中善, a famous sushi restaurant right up the street where we had a delicious meal and fabulous evening. There is also Uphill Scone just around the corner that looks soooo tasty. Unfortunately the initial garden triple room we booked had a strong odor similar to cat urine. The owner graciously allowed us to change to the suite next door which was an improvement, although still had a strong smell, not urine but more like something fermented. Our towels had the same scent. Everything was spotlessly clean so I don’t believe it’s an issue of cleanliness but unfortunately both Japanese rooms with garden view are impacted by the smell.
