• Fleur (8/5): A good location as it was close to our conference venue and handy to the supermarket - There was plenty of room and there were heat pumps in all the bedrooms as well as the living area. Also the 3 bathrooms were great as we didn’t have to share. The outside are was a bit overgrown so not really accessible to use/enjoy

• Andy (3/5): disapointed - The location The house is dirty, walls, floors, dishes. Very poor water pressure in two showers. Door to one bedroom does not close. Door another bedroom does not latch. Internet went out two days. No remote for the lounge TV. No instructions for appliances. No contact number for landlord. Landlord only reacted to messages when threatened with complaint to booking.com. Lawns and gardens overgrown. No instructions for when bins go out.
• Sarah (8/5): - Large house which was great for our large family of 8. Location is fantastic. 3 bathrooms made getting ready for a wedding much easier. Kitchen was very big and well equipped. Communication was fantastic with replies within the hour and owners were very accommodating with early check in and late check out. Ensuite shower head was not great, low pressure and kept dropping. TVs could do with access to streaming, they are quite old so could only access free to air so it was a little hard with kids.
• Claudia (4/5): It was ok - Didn’t realise the property was managed from overseas and we were charged overseas transaction fees. The property really needs cleaning. It is unkept. The beds were comfortable though and the sheets were ok.

• Pauline (9/5): Good spacious place for big family - Quiet location You can have floor mats in the bathrooms Provide steel scourer in tge kitchen for cleaning the cooking pots Provide multi purpose cleaning wipes in the kitchen
• Jamal (10/5): - Spacious, with 3 bathrooms. Quite neighbourhood. Shops and necessities near by. And the owner is very helpful. The house had all the facilities we needed. Long drive made it great for parking. Definitely will stay again
• Fletcher (5/5): If the owner replaces the filthy mattress and wipes the dust and cobwebs up I would definitely stay again - The rooms were large, and lots of bathrooms, off street parking Lawns needed mowing, floors were clean but I suffer from allergies and had some sneezing I think that come from the dust on the high window sills and the cobwebs in the corners of the roofs, the mattress in one bedroom was so stained and filthy it made us feel sick sleeping on it and I told the owner it needs to be thrown in the tip and get a new one, she said she will tell the cleaner, I said not your the owner throw the unhygienic mattress out and buy a new one that’s got nothing to do with the cleaner and I didn’t get a response, it looks like the mattress and protector have been urinated on a few times
• Lee (10/5): Board Game Weekend - Lots of space for all of us to spread out and hang out together, while still having our own privacy. Everyone having their own room was such a bonus, and most of the beds were really comfortable. Having two full bathrooms plus the ensuite made things so much easier, especially in the mornings. The kitchen was well equipped, the living area was really cosy, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Check in and communication was easy and great. Overall, we were really happy with the place and had an awesome stay. One of the beds was really hard but that was the only drawback, though we had someone that this wasn't an issue for! A couple of the doors need the latches didn't quite grab but again it was a minor issue.

• Sharmeen (10/5): Best holiday venue in melbourne. - Perfect venue. Great for a family of 8. Efficient heating and TV. Overall - great fun Clothes dryer.
• Damian (8/5): Good value for money and great host who was very helpful with any and all requests - Great host and comfortable house Very happy overall but could do with more cutlery/crockery and backyard maintenance with BBQ supplied would be great
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - The house was spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Air-conditioning was great and 3 bathrooms/toilets for a big family was great! We were a family of 6. The family sized fridge wasn't working. The smaller alternative one wasn't really big enough to fit all our groceries in it. A few more cups and cutlery/utensils/dish towels would be helpful aswell. Lovely big clothesline for the warmer days but no dryer in case it rains and unfortunately it rained..lastly, maybe a more modern TV that has streaming apps on it.
