• VIAGGIATORE57 (10/5): - Struttura posta nel centro storico di Quarto S.Elena comodo a tutti i servizi. Le fermate autobus per Cagliari sono a pochi passi e due linee arrivano in p.zza Matteotti di fronte al porto passeggeri, alla stazione ferroviaria ed al terminal dei bus extraurbani: da qui comodo collegamento ferroviario con l'aeroporto di Elmas. Accoglienza calorosa, pulizia impeccabile. Il monolocale che abbiamo occupato per 30 giorni è arredato in modo razionale, molto ben accessoriato. Merita sicuramente menzione la cortesia e la premura dell'host Daniele coadiuvato da Patricia e Marcelo, che si prodigano per venire incontro ad ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Impagabile il parcheggio riservato alla struttura.. Sistemazione adatta per un soggiorno urbano, non confinato nei villaggi o resort ma comodo alle spiagge del Poetto raggiungibili con una passeggiata di mezz'ora o anche con le biciclette messe a disposizione dalla struttura. Con l'automobile ci sono a disposizione una serie di spiagge fino a Villasimius facilmente raggiungibile con una varietà di fondali roccia/sabbia per tutti i gusti. Da consigliare.
• Consuelo (10/5): - I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! A peaceful place, extremely well cared for in every detail, where nothing is missing. The location is excellent, and there’s even the option to use bicycles. I have only positive things to say: the owner and the caretakers are incredibly kind and always ready to help. I feel truly grateful for the warm welcome. If I come back to Cagliari, I will definitely stay here again!

• Valentina (9/5): Un alloggio comodo - La posizione e la tranquillità sono stati i punti forti di questo posto. Anche i vari servizi che offre sono fondamentali quando si va in viaggio. L'unico appunto, ogni tanto si sentivano i vicini di stanza, ma i rumori non erano insistenti.

• Garzisi (10/5): Vacanza a Lemontree - Ci è piaciuto veramente tutto, ottimo monolocale pulitissimo e super accessoriato con cose di qualità e anche cose sfiziose come candeline, un proiettore di luci e un altoparlante x ascolto di musica. Addirittura c è un antifurto che non abbiamo usato in quanto non necessario, zona molto tranquilla. Pentole adeguate e di ottima qualità, molto comodo il cortiletto esterno con poltrone e tavolini e la terrazza sul tetto x stendere il bucato. Anche se non abbiamo potuto conoscere di persona Daniele, ci ha seguito scrupolosamente su whatsapp e affidato ai suoi gentilissimi custodi Marcelo e Patricia, persone molto simpatiche e disponibili. Consigliatissimo. Non c è qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuta

La sua gioia è contagiosa e la maniacalitá che mette nella cura della casa vacanze si ved - Tutto estremamente rifornito, Daniele ci ha messo a disposizione qualunque cosa potesse esserci utile, dal bagnoschiuma, al caffè, al detersivo per la lavatrice. L’organizzazione è stata impeccabile.

• Erika (10/5): - Abbiamo prenotato la soluzione con camera matrimoniale+bagno, molto pulita, spaziosa e con la presenza di numerosi dettagli molto utili al soggiorno (frigorifero, microonde, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè, stoviglie, kit di benvenuto per il lavaggio e l'igiene...). L'host Daniele si è rivelato fin da subito estremamente disponibile, ci ha permesso di utilizzare anche biciclette, ombrelloni e teli mare, lavatrice messi a disposizione degli ospiti e ci ha dato consigli su posti dove mangiare e spiagge da vedere. Anche l'area esterna, condivisa con i vari ospiti, è molto curata, carina e confortevole. Inoltre garantisce la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto proprio fuori dall'ingresso dove ci sono due posteggi riservati. Niente di negativo da dire!
• benedetta (10/5): Soggiorno ideale - Daniele è stato molto premuroso dal primo giorno, accertandosi che andasse tutto bene. Inoltre, mette a disposizione dei servizi come bici, lavatrice e kit per poter tenere pulita la stanza qualora servisse. L' alloggio è in una via tranquilla e silenziosa con posti auto riservati. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.
• Andrea (10/5): Spacious and well-equiped apartment with all the comfort that is needed - Everything was super comfortable and clean. The hosts were kind and helpful, I could also ask for their help on WhatsApp. We got welcome kit and mini sampoo and shower gel. The apartment is fully equiped, there is a parking place for locals in front of the complex. A window screen against mosquitoes would be great in the bathroom.

That owner of that house is very rude, he doesn't care about guests feelings, all he cares for is money .I've spent only one night at that property because the noise from the street next to the window was unbearable and I woken up with headache, that is unacceptable on holiday. Because of that problem I had to book another hotel!.That guy from the Lemontreeqse apartment didn't charge me for one night thought he kept all my money that I was saving for few months .I was left with little money on my holiday so I couldn't afford to buy any dinner for whole week. I was eating bread with butter and bananas. Basically he ruined my vacation. That room should be ban from Booking.com site! And if you think that you can rely on people from Customer service with that problem think again. I've lost £ 250 and Booking.com gave me reward £50

• Damian (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at Lemontreeqse, hosted by Daniele, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the amazing smell of the blooming lemon tree outside, which added a lovely touch to my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!
• Osarenoma (10/5): Exceptional - It was really a fantastic stay at the Lemontreeqse, the host Daniele was so nice by providing almost everything, he came to pick me up from the seaport and took me to the apartment. Everything work perfectly. It was literally an excellent stay, I would love to stay there again.
• Alma (10/5): A quiet oasis in a lively neighborhood. Great value. - Daniele was super helpful ahead of our arrival. He gave me plenty of information, including some photo's and videos of where to find everything and how to operate the doors and windows. He was always ready to answer my questions and find ways to accommodate our requests. It was all very reassuring. On arrival we were greeted by Daniele's colleague, who spoke no English, only Spanish and Italian, but google translate (combined with my own limited Spanish and Italian and some patience from both parties) made it work just fine. Daniele even arranged some bicycles for us to use during our stay (I asked about it ahead of time), which made a huge difference in how we experienced the city and surrounding nature reserves. There are also a few dozen cafes, restaurants, shops and a market all within walking distance, in this lively, authentic, working class neighborhood. The courtyard with the full grown, luscious lemon tree (and cosy lights in the evenings) is so nice. We were the only ones there (in the off season) and sitting out there in the evenings before going to bed was a lovely way to unwind. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, and the facilities were great, just enough for a few days. Kettle, coffee maker, microwave, AC, TV, and even a little extendable desk/table for rainy days when you're stuck inside. I was surprised to find a hair dryer and iron + board, which made it feel like a hotel. That was a nice touch, even though I didn't need them. It's probably a big plus for business travellers. The fact that we could do our laundry (in a machine shared between all appartments) was a huge bonus for people like us who pack light. Having some cutlery, (paper) cups, and one or two bowls/plates, as well as some toiletries, would be a great addition and I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for the room if those were included. The beds were very, very soft. We prefer firm matresses, so for us that was quite uncomfortable. Might not be the case for you if you prefer to sleep on a soft surface. A note on biking: Not all roads are suitable for biking, and google can't be trusted for this, but the route along Poetto into Cagliari, as well as through Molentargius Park are nice, as well as just going around the neighborhood, north towards Quartucciu and Selargius, or around Villanova and San Benedetto in Cagliari. Avoid Via Marconi (from Cagliari to Quartu) if you can; very scary if you're on a bike, especially after dark.
• Edyta (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place, comfortable, clean room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Daniele is very kind and caring host (helped us with renting car and recommended places and beaches worth visiting). We would love to come back there next year!

There is a garden for relaxing moments with tables, chairs and the laundry ( provides its own personal washing machine). in the location you can not do barbecue.Ha also the umbrella for the rain and the beach.igienizzante hands, and adirittura a house for children, bicycles( from eight years old) and games available for children. Daniel if it can come in against you does the possible. Me and my child we had a great time. If it happens we will see again! Nothing to say in negative
• Szilvia (10/5): Nice and cosy place to enjoy your holiday. - It was cosy, clean, quiet and had a very friendly area. Shops and restaurants were close to the accommodation. Also with bus you can go easily to the beach or to the city centre. The landlord was absolutely helpful and kind.
