Обязательно запишитесь ,после самолёта и долгой дороги восстановит и расправит "крылья" на вашей спине.Рекомендую.Цены оч умеренные,качество на высоте. Хороший завтрак с видом на горы рекомендую дополнить чашкой кофе( внимательный сотрудник ресторана сварит на ваш выбор любой кофе)

- Olga (9/5): Отличный отель с центральной локацией и хорошим завтраком и отзывчивым персоналом - Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Центральная локация, все основные туристические места и магазины в пешей доступности (15-20 минут максимум). Очень вежливый персонал, который быстро реагировал на наши просьбы, уборка номера каждый день. Хороший завтрак с наличием различных опций на любой вкус. В отеле есть сауна и спортзал, посещение сауны можно забронировать за два-три часа до самого визита. Спасибо отелю за гостеприимство! Останавливались в junior suite, номер хороший и просторный для двух человек, однако заметно, что мебель и стены требуют косметического ремонта.

Everything can be done on foot. Staff is very helpful and breakfasts at the top floor are accompanied with fantastic mountain view.

Собрали завтраки для раннего выезда, всегда были внимательны к любым нашим запросам. На высоте! Месторасположение на 10ку - 7 минут пешком до любого кафе или магазина. Разнообразные завтраки, вкуснейшие каши. В номерах чисто, убирают вовремя. Есть и спортзал, и сауна с бассейном. Есть настольный теннис. Прямо рядом с ресепшеном есть ячейки каспий и аптечный пункт на первом этаже. Огромное спасибо женщине, которая помогла нам заказать лекарство для собаки. Обязательно вернемся к вам еще!

Almaty is the land of fresh veggies & fruits, and yet we are offered old stale wrinkled veggies for breakfast. I asked the staff they just shrugged it off.
- Mykhailo (7/5): An affordable hotel in one of the most lively and busy areas of Almaty - I liked the location, it is not far from the centre or at least from the part of the city where a lot of interesting stuff happens. The hotel itself has a bar that can also make food with room delivery, I think it was 24/7. The staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean, it is also cheaper than the other hotels in that area. I do not like the vibe of the room; it feels old, with slightly damaged wooden furniture, and I think the washing solution they are using has an interesting smell. However, you do get used to it quickly and it is not bad per se, I am personally just not the fan.

Staffs at the front desk did not speak English well. So I felt a bit tired in communicating with them. The lady who handled our late check-out in the evening of 21/10 was not helpful. When I asked for receipt of my earlier stay during 15-16/10, she responded with rough and loud voice that I should not ask for it as the office already closed. I felt bad with this lady’s behavior with no service mind.

Very happy with hotel but, as a first time visitor, my non-speaking of the language and most of the hotel staff not understanding English made communication an issue. Totally my problem but an increased knowledge of English might make the hotel a more attractive option.
- Mark (10/5): Ideal for tourists - I found the location ideal, just behind the Republic Palace concert hall and close to Kok Tobe gondola. Very peaceful street for sleeping even with the window open as I prefer. Comfortable bed, good wi-fi, well-stocked minibar. Top floor has a casual restaurant for drinks/dinner (nice for groups or solo) and breakfast in the morning with views all around. Very good value. Totally recommend it for tourists. For breakfast they need to have a push-button select coffee machine.

Breakfast had a variety of foods which sometimes ran out, like the small dishes of jam or cereal bowls. However, the staff responded to my requests and were helpful. My room was rather dark because there was only light bulb in the ceiling fixture that should have three. Language comprehension was done via the Google translator on the cell phone.

At the spacious room. - - Bed was very comfortable, I hoped staying longer if my schedule allowed. - Room was spacious considering the market price in Almaty. - Breakfast place offers beautiful mountain view of Almaty, to the direction of Kok Tobe. - Front staff was kind and also speaks English fluently. - Location is not that convenient from metro Abay or bus, took 10mins by foot. Also, it took 10mins to get to stores, cafe, Starbucks, currency exchange, etc. - There was no complimentary water in the room. Instead, there was a water server in the corridor. - Quality and variation of breakfast was not enough. Sliced apple was turning brown. - Concern on the privacy information handling at the Front desk. Some passport copies of other guests was visible, these must be treated and filed carefully.

- Vojin (8/5): A pleasant hotel near the city centre - Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and approachable. The room had everything I needed and the breakfast was good and tasty. Minimal issues with everything, highly recommend! Part of the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay. I was mostly outside during this time (approx. 11am - 2pm and 3pm - 6pm, but I don't remember the specific times), so it never bothered me, but it could be a problem for someone looking to stay inside.
- Vadim (6/5): Would not recommend. - The location and rates are quite good. Unfortunately the best parts end there. While the receptionists and front desk staff are very helpful, the rest of the staff are less so. The breakfast was quite bad. A lot of tables were empty but dirty. The staff were quite loathe to clean up. The breakfast buffet was rarely restocked. We ate at different times and the result was always the same; empty platters and dry sausages. The room humidity was extremely high and the floor in the bathroom was stone cold. The room was cleaned twice during our stay. Not all of the towels were provided, we had to request them and that was met with some pushback from staff.
- Dalvinder (8/5): Overall a good stay. Pros outweigh the cons - Location was perfect. It's near hotel kazakhstan and dostky ave. A lot of money changers and food places around. Room was comfortable and it had an attached bathroom. The receptionist Makhabbat was very welcoming and speaks English. She was very helpful in anything I need and arranged for me the sauna too. Breakfast was a good buffet style. Wifi was working well Hot water at night is too hot and can't be adjusted so just have to be careful. An extra pillow in a single room would be helpful. A bit of variety in breakfast would be good. I asked for an airport pick up and messaged twice for confirmation but didn't get a reply and no car was sent. It's cheaper if you take a taxi from the airport using yandex.

- Cheryl (7/5): Highly recommend for a budget hotel near the city center. - The location of the place is near the Kok Tobe cable car. At first you find it looks like your far from the center but its near actually. Its walking distance. Its near the Kazakhstan Hotel. There is Korean restaurant in front of the hotel. :) :) :) For those who are not a meat lover like me, its a big plus. Price is just right for a 3 star hotel. They can improve the breakfast like inserting even just one variety of salad.

The room I got on the first night had a broken bed and had some awful smell. However, I did get a better room the next morning. Breakfast options were the same everyday.
