• Ντάλας (5/5): Αρκετά μίζερο. - Πραγματικά η επικοινωνία ανύπαρκτη.Το τηλέφωνο δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ. Όταν τους βρήκα όμως φέρανε ότι τους ζήτησα, σχεδόν. Αρκετά μίζερο.2 πηρούνια 2 κουτάλια ένα κουταλάκι του καφέ,ένα κατσαρολάκι. Ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι νερό στο ψυγείο...... Επίσης ο δεύτερος όροφος χωρίς ανσασερ, πρέπει να αναφέρεται προτού το κλείσει κάποιος. Εγώ ήμουνα οκ, με αυτό μα κάποιος μπορεί να έχει πραγματικά πρόβλημα.

Niedziałający czajnik elektryczny po włączeniu powodował zwarcie i wyłączenie prądu w apartamencie. Na prośbę tego samego dnia wymieniony na działający. Wystawiony rachunek na niepełną kwotę. Po wysłaniu prośby o poprawę rachunku brak odpowiedzi.

• salat (5/5): Good for one night - Its good for a single night stay for 2person,, as this is close to airport. For longer time, its not a good option. The shower area has no curtain or doors, water floods around the room. Also, not much utensils to use if u want to cook your own food.

Both booking.com and the owner were not very helpful in this matter, and the owner just questioned why I didn’t tell him earlier in the day? (Bed bugs only come out at night).

La clim ne marchait pas et il manque un rideau de douche, on inonde toute la sale de bain à chaque douche.

• Demi (4/5): Geschikt voor max 1 nacht - De locatie was voor ons perfect omdat we een vroege ferry hadden. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 15 min afstand van de port. De kamer is heel karig en ongezellig. Het bed is niet heel erg comfortabel. De badkamer heeft in principe alles, maar omdat de douche geen gordijn heeft is alles na het douchen direct nat. Het is een appartement waar je hooguit 1 nacht verblijft, maar voor meerdere nachten zou ik het niet aanraden als je iets van comfort zoekt.

• Sara (4/5): - Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa già a partire dal check-in. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni il giorno prima dell'arrivo non ottenendo alcuna risposta né nella chat di booking né via SMS. Abbiamo anche chiamato ma il telefono era proprio staccato. Certo, avevamo letto l'orario di check-in ma di solito ci si mette d'accordo e i proprietari degli alloggi danno indicazioni un po' prima. La struttura non gode di una posizione centrale, il quartiere non ci è sembrato molto sicuro ed è tutto in salita. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento: il problema grande e principale è la doccia. Il bagno è piccolissimo, si fa fatica a girarsi. La doccia è scandalosa perché non c'è una tenda, nulla. L'acqua va dappertutto e si allarga facilmente il bagno. C'è una bocchetta di scarico sul pavimento ma non funziona in quanto non assorbe l'acqua. Pericolosissimo perché ovviamente si scivola e l'acqua per terra rischia di arrivare in cucina. Altro problema il materasso: ci sono delle tavole di legno e un materasso sopra che si sposta ed è molto scomodo. Non consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio sotto tanti punti di vista, in primis quelli esposti.

• Fuffle (8/5): - L'appartement est propre et plutôt confortable. Parfait pour une nuit ! 15min à pied du centre ville. L'arrivée autonome est appréciable. L'immeuble est un peu ancien, dans un quartier pas terrible.
• Aristide (1/5): Extreme noise pollution, false advertisement, lack of understanding - The bed at least was comfortable. I found my stay both very uncomfortable and extrememy expensive due to the following reasons: 1. The extreme noise coming from the neighbour’s rooftop party (a recurring problem according to neighbours). The listing says "soundproof" which was the major selling point for me, but it turned out false. 2. The main airconditioner could only blow heat. 3. Hairdryer and fire extinguisher were missing despite their mentions on the listing. 4.The owner read my complaints but did not bother answering at first. When I finally managed to reach him, he declined any form of settlement. I would not recommend.

• Joanna (6/5): Apartament na jedną noc - w dobrej lokalizacji, ale z niskim komfortem spania. - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra – spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Czyste ręczniki i przygotowany zestaw kosmetyków. Proces zameldowania był szybki i bezproblemowy. W łazience brakowało zasłonki prysznicowej, przez co po każdym prysznicu cała podłoga była zalana wodą. Materac był bardzo twardy, co utrudniało spokojny sen. Dla dwóch osób przygotowano tylko jedno małe, jednoosobowe okrycie, które musiało nam wystarczyć – to zdecydowanie za mało. Dodatkowym minusem był bardzo głośny klimatyzator oraz mało atrakcyjny widok z balkonu – głównie na dachy i inne klimatyzacje.

• Endika (5/5): - La limpieza, el check in autónomo, el aire acondicionado y el aparcamiento gratuito en zona cercana al alojamiento. Solo pasamos una noche y menos mal. Las instalaciones están anticuadas, el baño es muy pequeño, la ducha no tiene cortina y acaba el baño empapado. Quisimos poner el hervidor para preparar un té y al enchufarlo saltaba la luz constantemente.

• simona (4/5): - Sicuramente il prezzo nella norma e la non troppa lontananza dal centro sono un punto a favore. La pulizia, considerata la struttura era buona. Il proprietario non risponde alle telefonate (fatta in prossimità del check in per una difficoltà nel prendere le chiavi dalla cassettina. Avremmo potuto riscontrare qualsiasi difficoltà e lui non era raggiungibile. La camera è davvero scarna, poco curata, sciatta, poco confortevole con diverse scelte criticabili da parte del gestore. Il letto è davvero scomodo e corto (ma era riportato che era alla francese). Se si fa la doccia si allaga tutto e bisogna buttare diversi asciugamani a terra per non sporcare la camera. Il bagno senza finestra ha la porta che sbatte con la porta di ingresso se la si apre contemporaneamente. Non la riprenderei nemmeno per una notte.

Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero indicato nei servizi disponibili non è stato eseguito. Bagno piuttosto scomodo senza tenda e senza un appoggio per gli oggetti/vestiti. Avere almeno del sale e dell’olio nella casa sarebbe ottimo.

Ένα καινούργιο αξίζει όσο 3 διανυκτερεύσεις αλλά δεν τον νοιάζει καθόλου Τα aircondition έβγαζαν μουχλιασμένο αέρα. Έφυγα μια ημέρα νωρίτερα γιατί δεν είχα βρει εναλλακτική, εάν είχα εναλλακτική θα έμενα μόνο το 1ο βράδυ. Ο χαρακτηρισμός ΑΘΛΙΟ κολακεύει το κατάλυμα

• Evangelia (7/5): - Εύκολη η στάθμευση στην περιοχή, ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το κρεβάτι ήταν λίγο άβολο και μικρό για δύο άτομα. Στο ντουζ δεν υπάρχει κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα να πλημμυρίζει νερά, τα οποία δεν μπορούσα να μαζέψω λόγω έλλειψης σφουγγαρίστρας. Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ.
• Olga (8/5): - El apartamento está cerca del centro, se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio. Es un barrio residencial, bastante tranquilo y hay sitios para tomar café a unas pocas calles. Es un apartamento con la cocina, salón y baño en la misma habitación, un baño y un balcón. Estaba todo limpio, había toallas, sábanas y utensilios de cocina. El AC funcionaba correctamente. La ducha está al nivel del suelo y no tiene cortina, así que se inunda el baño cada vez que te duchas haciendolo algo incomodo. Había una fregona para retirar el agua pero aún así tardaba un poco.

There is nothing in the apartment like microwave or toilet paper and etc. The electricity went off in the night and eventually we had to be in freaking hell for the night. The owner doesn't reply at all to the messages. The worst part is the owner is supporting making of porn videos in his property. We have evidence of making of porn videos and we reported it to police also.

Αυτόνομα τα δωμάτια με εξαιρετική ψύξη για το ζεστό καιρό της Κρήτης. Πολύ σημαντικό ότι είναι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά δεν έχει φασαρία και είναι κοντά σε market, φούρνο έχει επιλογές για φαγητό. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω Θα ήθελα να μπορώ να έχω καλύτερη επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες από πριν πάμε.

Il letto era mediamente comodo, meglio di altri provati nella stessa vacanza. Abbiamo trovato due bottigliette d'acqua in frigo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. La password del wi-fi, scritta su un cartello per le scale al primo piano, era sbagliata. Dei due condizionatori solo uno funzionava (per fortuna quello della camera). Il bagno è un po' particolare, con la doccia senza un vero piatto doccia, ma alla fine fa il suo dovere. Il divano era sfondato. Complessivamente l'aspetto è abbastanza trasandato.

• Zhanar (8/5): В целом проживание в апартаменте было хорошо. Владельцы отвечали на вопросы и даже разрешили выселиться позже. - Апартамент находится недалеко от центра Ираклиона. Автобусная остановка рядом, на автобусе можно доехать и до пляжа и до центра города. Было шумно из-за того, что ночью все доставщики еды ездят на мотоциклах.
