• SANDRA (10/5): Ótimo apartamento com excelente vista em Taormina. - O apartamento é amplo e tem uma grande varanda com excelente vista de Taormina. Cozinha bem equipada, máquina de lavar roupa. Próximo do centro da cidade (15 minutos a pé) e de um supermercado que funciona 24hs, inclusive aos domingos. Proprietátios atenciosos. • Marius-octavian (9/5): Same great experience a year later - We returned for the second consecutive year to this location and found pretty much everything as close to perfection as a year ago. Same great location within 10 mins walk from restaurants, same incredible sea view, same cleanliness. The kitchenware could use a bit of an upgrade in terms of a big knife and a cork screwer/bottle opener.

• Jane (4/5): Despite the disappointment with the accomodation we had a very good time in Sicily. - The view was stunning. The location and ease of acces to Taramino old town was really good. The kitchen needed utensils there was no kettle, no knives for food preparation, no scissors. One bed was not made for us. The air conditining didn't reach the second bedroom so we had to move a matress into the living room each night. There were no bags for recycling rubbish. The communication with the host was poor partly becuase we didn't speak Italian.

There are two air con units, one in main bedroom and one in living area. I had to close off the doors for it to be effective, which left the kitchen and spare bedroom really hot (effectively with no aircon). My train was 2 hours late and there was no flexibility to adjust my checkin time because 'it was my fault I was late.' So I had to wait 2 hours outside in 45 degree heat. Dont expect to necessarily be able to check in at 3pm because the host is 'very busy with other check ins.'
• Marius (9/5): Superb - We liked the very good location, 10 minutes of walking from an area with a lot of restaurants. We liked the rooms and the air conditioning that cooled down the rooms. We liked the terrace with splendid views of the sunrise and moonrise. Do not trust the parking on the street! There are very few parking spots in Taormina. If you travel by car make aure you ask the host for access to the private parking. It will cost extra, but it will be worth it knowing that at the end of the day you don't need to roam the streets of Taormina looking for a place to park! Finally, the hosts are friendly and easy to reach over the phone or Whatsapp. The washing machine was small, however the biggest inconvenient was that it leaked in a random manner regardless of the load. Also, something that cannot be held against the property: an insane schedule for disposing the separated garbage.
• Cristiane (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament is very confy and clean. The view of The sea is amazing. You can have your breakfast in the balcony while enjoying the sea view. The City center is a walking distance from The apartament. We would be back for sure!!! We loved everything

• Iwona (4/5): Disappointing - I had never been this disappointed with my stay before. The flat was simply speaking dirty. Some cutlery and dishes were unproperly washed, if at all, and the kitchen cloth had fresh stains on it. Bathroom mirror was left for us with toothpaste and soap splatter. Bathroom drawers were full of dust and hair and there was also a used hairbrush and a washcloth. A dirty sponge was lying on the floor. In the double bedroom the mirror was yet again dirty and the duvet stained and it didn’t smell as if it was freshly washed. The twin bedroom looked perfect at first sight, as the beds were nicely done, until we found some compeed plaster leftovers underneath the duvet. What is more, there was a container with cigarette butts awaiting us on the terrace. Another complaints of ours are regarding the hard uncomfortable beds in the twin room, making it impossible to sleep there, and worn-out sun beds on the terrace. The only positive thing I can say about this flat is the views through the bedroom and the living room windows are stunning. The living room itself is nicely designed with two comfortable sofas. Upon my arrival back home, I was informed by my family I should have contacted Booking at the arrival so they could find us a replacement. If I had known that, I’d have NOT stayed in that flat.
• John (7/5): Great View, Nice house, - The view is the best part of this apartment, you have a fantastic view out to sea. The lounge and bedroom were roomy and the kitchen was adequate for what we needed. It is 120 steps down to get from the road to the door of the house, or you can take two separate lifts instead (it's very interesting how they have built so many houses onto the hillside). Your chances of finding a parking space is low, so park in the main car park and it is a 10 minute walk (including 240 steps up) to the house. The owner was not the most helpful. Everything had been unplugged in the house and extension cables moved. Thus the Wifi was not working and took us a good hour to figure out how to get it to work (and a red light indicates it is working, not a green which you would expect!).
