- Gill (10/5): A wonderful stay. - The location was excellent, such a wonderful view and a comfortable and beautiful house. We loved the art, it inspired us to purchase a print to take home. We had a lovely, relaxing break and slept so well. Nothing negative to say.
- Lesa (10/5): Our stay was excellent. A very comfortable property with every amenity catered for. - A great location with distant sea views. The town is about a 500m walk. I can't fault it, so there's nothing i didn't like.
- VIBHA (10/5): -
- Matthew (9/5): A great property for a visit to Porthleven! - Really clean and spacious property.
- Anna (10/5): -
- Steven (5/5): It would appear to us that the kitchen equipment is not checked regularly as we had to purchase glasses. - The location , we were able to walk to the town every day. The house was very clean, nicely decorated. Neglected garden (back & front). No umbrellas, below standard outdoor sitting. Rug under dining table dangerous (trip hazard).
Kitchen poorly equipped. Only 5 wine glasses not matching. 4 tea spoons, 5 side plates, no tea pot. Luckily we didn’t cook anything as it would have been difficult with the equipment made available.
The mattress in the smaller double bedroom needs replacing because of broken spring.
- Suzanne (9/5): A lovely comfortable house with a superb view across Porthleven - The house was easy to find, in a lovely location, with great views across the town and across Penzance bay and was really comfortable, especially the sofa! We had everything that we needed. Kerrie was quick to respond to any questions we had. The provision of teabags and local biscuits was appreciated. The kitchen was really well stocked and we had no problems in finding appropriate utensils A plug for the sink upstairs would have been nice! But this was not really a problem for any of us!
- Sofy (10/5): A comfortable home away from - It was spacious, well-decorated, comfortable and clean. It was well-suited for a family - travel cot available, children’s room with bunk beds, travel high chair etc. The garden was also a bonus.
- Emily (8/5): Very good -
- Gabriela (7/5): Not spectacular - I liked the location and the house, the beds were comfortable, was worth it for money. I did not like the heating in the house. It was cold, the heating in the hallway and the middle-sized bedroom did not work. In fact, the house did not have a central heating and when the heat stopped, it was cold.
- Chegs (10/5): Super location! Great stay, we’ll be back! - Super location, great stay! We’ll be back!
- Perry (9/5): Would stay again - Nice proportions, very comfortable Quite cold when we first got there, but lovely after a while
- Philip (9/5): Superb - Very comfy and spacious.
Really well equipped - everything was there.
Simple and clear instructions about the house.
- Karen (9/5): Wonderful location with plenty of facilities, village has a harbour and beach too. - Location was perfect, we had the ferry booked from Penzance, so wanted somewhere for the night before.
The house was beautiful and the garden was a bonus. Nice bit of a sea view too. After a day at the beach, I really fancied a hot bath and there was just warm water. Even after the water heater had been on again the amount of hot water u get is not enough for a nice soak.
