Leaking shower dated kitchen and bathroom and decor. Mattress in the front room behind sofa, little lamp all shades broken. Odd chairs on the balcony. Iron had and large piece missing. The pictures on booking.com bear no resemblance to this apartment.

Location near many restaurants. The shower was good and also the bed. Very good to have a washing machine. Large fridge and everything you could need in the kirchen. A few pieces of the furniture could use a little refresh.

• Ann (8/5): Sliten lägenhet med bra läge. - Läget var perfekt! Mycket nära stranden, lugnt läge. Pool på området där det inte var mycket folk. Balkong med havsutsikt. Bra AC. Allt var.mycket slitet i lägenheten. Ett! Vinglas och ett! Champagneglas. Endast en fungerande solstol. Ingen markis eller parasoll på balkongen.

• EstebanPM (8/5): - Ubicación muy buena, a escasos metros de la playa y a unos minutos del centro, con todo tipo de comercios, bares y servicios alrededor. Nuestro anfitrión, Manolo, muy amable. Nos estuvo recomendando sitios para comer y cosas que hacer, aparte del detallazo de guardarnos un aparcamiento a la llegada. La ropa solo se puede tender en la azotea.

• Miriam (8/5): - Location is right at the beach. Yiu juat have to walk out and you're at tge beach. Host was quick to respond and was waiting for us when we got there. Took only few minutes to check us in.. Apartment was small but clean. There is a nice pool area as well but we didn't get to use it.AC is only in main bedroom, which opens to the living room that has a sofa bed. All linen were clean. If you are 2 to 3 people, this place is nice. The apartment is very small

• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic. Right on the beach front and with a lovely selection of restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk. This is a lovely homely apartment, really comfortable, good air-conditioning in both rooms which for me is essential for a good nights sleep in the summer heat, and with a gorgeous pool area that was never overly busy.

• Pat (9/5): Excellent! - This simple, but clean and functional apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying Nerja. We had lovely views,of the sea and easily walked along the coast and through the Old town everyday. Grocery stores, good restaurants and a pleasant coffee shop are all nearby. The manager was very prompt and attentive to our few requests, also arranging cleaning for us twice during our three week stay. We slept well, even one night on the sofa bed when we had overnight visitors. My only small improvement might be for nicer bed coverings.
• Jenner (6/5): a cosy apartment but i think the lack of facilities it clearly says it should of had let it down massively - the apartment itself was very clean. there was no electric kettle, clothes maiden, trouser press as stated in the description the toaster was broken this was reported and i was told a new one would be there the next day. this didn’t happen. i think the apartment itself isn’t really suited for more than two people there wasn’t many hangers for clothes to be hung up.
• Paul (10/5): Lovely apartment in stunning beach-side location to relax and chill - Absolutely everything. Stunning beach side location with own pool and rooftop solarium. Apartment had everything for a short or long stay. Fully stocked kitchen and bedroom was comfy. Entrance to balcony via both lounge and bedroom. Lovely to sit on the balcony with a drink and just chill and watch the sun go down. Bars and eateries and shops minutes away and a ten minute stroll to centre of town and the Balcon. Very friendly owner met us to hand keys over. 100% will book again if we can That we didn't book longer.

• Alison (9/5): Fabulous and would definitely return! - Loved the location away from the busier end of Nerja but could still walk to the old town. The view from the apartment was a gorgeous sea view and also overlooked the pool. Lots of things in the apartment made it a home from home eg bucket and space which we put to good use as the beach was a stone’s throw. Spacious apartment and great for our almost two year old to run around in. Spacious travel cot provided and our little boy slept like a log. Nice and quiet with no noise from neighbours. Would definitely stay again. One day I locked the keys in the apartment and within ten minutes the owner was there with a spare set to let me in! Great air con and washing machine very handy! Decor/kitchen and bathroom dated but all worked fine and all clean and in working order.

Great customer service, modern, so clean, the apartment had everything we needed and more. They even provided soap, toilet roll, shower gel, the little things that self catering doesn’t normally do. We had the best view of the pool. Very comfy bed and the best location right on the beach.

We had a 4 day rest while in Spain for several weeks and this place worked well for that. Advise to only use delicate cycle on washing machine. Higher cycle left snags on older clothes.

• Harriet (6/5): New year 2023 - The view was excellent plus all amenities on our door step. We arrived on new years day I asked before we came if they could get us some provisions in and they did but wouldnt except the payment from us I thought this was a lovely way to start a new year. The apartment was in need of some TLC big crack running down the wall in bedroom grout in bathroom needing to be redone. Plus all the work going on in the building from 8 every morning that we were not told about before we booked it at least 3 apartment getting renovated I would have liked to be informed or got a discount.
• Maria (8/5): stunning views and lovely, comfortable apartment. good value for money. - we stayed in apartment 505. we were met and shown around by a member of staff and welcome was lovely. Fantastic location, beautiful views of the sea and the room perfect to watch the sunset. large balcony. Beds very comfortable and the apartment had all we needed. we stayed mid November 2022. unfortunately this is the time of the year when the maintenance of the building is completed. we had workmen painting the outside of the building and woke up several mornings to drilling. Debris landed on the balcony from them sandblasting the exterior walls and no attempt made to clean it.
• Makai (7/5): Apartman but not more than for two people - Location, next to the sea, but we went to other beaches. There was a reconstruction on this beach Tha flat is on the ground floor, the cars scooters parked in front of the windows, it was very noisy. We were three, this flat is more comfortable for two, as 2 people can sleep in the bedroom, without windows, (140cm bed!). In the living room there is a sofa, I think it is not comfortable for an adult. The table is small, and there were only two chairs.... In the bathroom there weren't any soap / shower gel.
