Margaret (6/5): Was nice for ONE only person who is very fit and 3ft tall - It was clean & tidy, perfect position for walking. Spiral staircase was a nightmare, as you came out bathroom you walked straight into it, very low & dangerous hit my head twice quite badly. Needed a fan in bedroom in attic very hot & stuffy, no mirror to get dressed in or dry hair. No clock anywhere in flat, and sofa lends itself to a bed settee, if one needs different bed there’s nothing. I came with my son in end he had to sleep in chair 😫 Also sofa was small & mucky and cushions all sagging need replacing. There was no bleach or cleaning stuff for toilet. A few things that would make it better. There is enough room for a normal staircase and after showing pics to a friend he’s almost sure it wouldn’t meet building regs 🤔
Anonymous (7/5): We enjoyed our stay but as my hubby is not as agile as me . He found it a little difficult . - The apartment was well situated . Close to the sea front and shops . Lovely peaceful colour scheme . Everything was clean and as described I sadly hadn’t realised how low the ceiling in the bedroom were and I needed to constantly duck down : the mattress was very .very soft .personal choices I know but we prefer a firm mattress : Also the spiral staircase is not easy to spot the steps esp the last 2 as they blend in with the floor and I found them slippy .
Phillip (6/5): Florin apartment - Well equipped and location was excellent 2 minute walk to the sea. Bed was very soft and frame creaked with any movement. Spiral staircase was ok for us but if anyone has any mobility issues certainly wouldn’t be suitable. When loading and unloading your car outside the building please make sure someone is always with the vehicle as the traffic wardens are very keen to give you a parking ticket as we found out!

Jill (9/5): Superb - The whole week .Excellent apartment and location in the middle of town. The Seagulls!! They woke about 3 am and screeched for the rest of the day. Suggest leaving ear plugs by the bed.

Martin (10/5): A really comfortable and well appointed apartment. Highly recommended. - This is a really comfortable and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. Located in the town square of Seaton, opposite a nice pub and just a short walk to the beach, it is the perfect place to relax and chill out for a while. There are plenty of shops and restaurants surrounding the apartment and the town of Lyme Regis and lovely village of Beer are nearby. The addition of a washing machine/drier was a real bonus and the parking permit for nearby local parking was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment. There was nothing wrong with the apartment but the instructions for initial access from Booking.com were at odds with those in an emailed .pdf file (Travel Directions) I think from the owner or managing agent. The latter were thankfully clear and concise, unlike the former.
