Kolyo (8/5): Very good - The location is great if you're not with a car. For pedestrian commute, it's 15 minutes from the downtown. The place was smelling a bit of mold. Probably due to the damp air at that moment. Also, if you're with a car, finding parking in the area is a terrible experience.
