• Lucia (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix pour un break de long voyage - L appartement correspond aux photos . Je ne connaissait pas le système d ouvertures de porte Mais tout a été ok. Réponses de l hôte assez rapide aussi 🙂 L’endroit du bâtiment ne donne pas trop confiance mais tout s est super bien passé .

• Sandra (10/5): Komfortowo - Wszystko było ok, spędziliśmy tylko jedną noc w czasie podróży. Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, wyposażona kuchnia. Plus za rogaliki, kawę, wodę :) ciężko ocenić lokalizację ale w pobliżu był przystanek autobusowy, korzystaliśmy z komunikacji aby dojechać na kolejkę.
• Renata (5/5): Unresponsive host not on site - Walking distance to the hospital. Large bedroom and living room. The main problem is there is no one on hand to turn to with problems. The owner doesn’t speak English and didn’t return calls or texts sometimes for hours when I was locked out. The app used to get into the building never worked. I always had to wait outside(sometimes in the rain for over an hour) for a resident of the building to enter or exit so that I could slip in behind them. I gave up on staying the second night and got a hotel room even though I had already paid for two nights because it was so stressful never knowing if I would be locked out when I left the building. I will never stay at an Airbnb again if the owner or a manager is not near enough to the site to come over and help solve a problem.
• Mariya (8/5): Clean, good equipped, good communication with an owner, good in terms of price/quality. - Apartment by itself good in terms of price/quality. Vey clean, white and clean bed linen and towels. Could be for 1-2 nights. Equipped kitchen, washing machine. Wi-Fi was good. Comfortable bed, coffee machine and coffee taste good. Water and small snacks.Owner answering quite fast and picking the phone. Easy to find free of charge parking spot. We’ve read in other feedbacks that there is an issue with check-inn process, so I’ve wrote to owner in advance and asked to provide that link, we filled it in, and didn’t have that necessarity to do this in front of building, if not this, proceed can be really quite not pleasant Very long process of check-in though form with too many photos which should be attached. In front of the building no interned connection for some phones, so I wasn’t able to open that door (I have iPhone, my husband with Samsung had connection) In April was quite cold in the apartment, heating was already turned off, floor very cold. Bed in living room room very noisy and mattress very thin, can be only for kids, for adult person won’t be comfortable
• Tivadar (7/5): Good - Easy to reach the destination, close to the highway, and easy to reach almost anything. The apartment is clean, spacious. The kingsize bed is comfortable, the sofa bed in OK. You have to provide simply too much personal information (copy of Photo ID, your selfie with an ID) to a random Italian company (Vikey), if you want to occupy the room. I still receive spam from them. The parking is a real pain. You have to bring your suitcases to the second floor in a narrow staircase, because the owner don't pay for the building's elevator.
• Patricia (5/5): Poor kitchen, a quite nice TV - The bedroom was nice The kitchen was poor ,a lot of main equipment was missing. Some of the equipment was dirty. The lift did not work.
• Martyna (8/5): Very good - I liked the apartment very much. The owner wrote back in a timely manner regarding the inclusion of the boiler. In addition, in the middle of our stay he offered us a cleaning service, which cleaned the room beautifully. The apartment was equipped with dishes in the kitchen and most of the necessary equipment to prepare a meal for ourselves. Close to two supermarkets. The location is a bit far from Lake Como, you can easily get there by bus, including to the station, however, if you return after 10 pm it is already difficult with this because the buses stop running and then you have to choose a rather long walk through the dark streets.

• Mohamedayoub (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and well-decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful supply of coffee and breakfast goodies, as well as the variety of cleaning products available. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the neighbors were very noisy even in the middle of the night, which made the experience less enjoyable.

• Bekpulat (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location and the rooms were really clean. I asked the host for coffee and tea, and He gently provided everything, and some croissants too. The TV had a Netflix account and it was nice to just chill and relax after a long day on the road. Finding parking was a bit tricky, but you can park in the streets, it is safe enough.
• Jurate (6/5): Would not recommend for family - Apartment was spacious and had good view to mountains Let’s first start we were travelling with 2 small kids when we need more info how to enter apartment the host send link to fill in for all 4 guests I mean passport pictures your personal info your face with passport and it takes like 30min just for that and if you don’t have internet good luck entering apartment because you have to open building doors true some link host send me.. When we finally enter apartment the smell of smoke and cigarettes and some strong very strong home perfumes was so bad that for rest of stay we left windows open. Neighbours upstairs was very loud all night but all full night non stop tv on some music channel and talking I would not recommend this apartment if you have small children.

• Eshita (9/5): Great location, definitely recommend, hassle free lock system, no fear of losing the keys. - The apartment was really clean with all the amenities that we were looking for. We had an easy code to get inside the building and the apartment, everything was just automated. There could have been a possibility to use the lift in case we have luggages that are difficult to carry via stairs.
• Nilanka (8/5): The Appartment and the location was perfect. Thee are nearby Supermarkets and all. - Was indeed a comfotable stay . My little daughter loved it. So did we enjoy very much . Very clean and so welcoming. There was only one Thing due to get an online access to the door. Cuz we had to run arround for better network connection and we had to upload all our id pics and all on the same day which was chaotic. The owner shared the access Code on Our arrival date. Would hv been better if it cud given 1 day before. Otherthan that everything Was perfect for US.
• Shukhrat (9/5): Good stay close to Lake Como - Clear instructions for opening entrance door and the apt door (through the links provided). Street parking was available. Rooms were nice and spacious. Host left coffee capsules (there is Nespresso machine in the kitchen), jam, biscottes and a croissant for us :) although breakfast was not included into price. 1) Lots of flying ants at the entrance, which were attacking us. 2) Elevator was not available (apartment is on the 2nd floor) as it runs with a key, which was not available. Luckily, we did not have heavy luggage.

• Adrian (5/5): Passable - Rooms are decent size. This apartment does not have air conditioning. It is terribly hot and humid during the summer months. The apartment is located in an old residential building, and most other apartments are occupied by old/retired people. It has a new elevator installed, but it's not working/it's turned off. So you need to carry your luggage on the stairs, to the second floor. The cabin shower is quite small and uncomfortable for a male adult. The boiler seems to have a problem since water temperature keeps fluctuating while you are in the shower (either too cold or too hot).

• Danutė (6/5): Nice apartament, bad experience with virtual key - Clean apartament, food and water, Netflix, location is very good, close to Funicia (funiculare) Lidl and Iperal shopping center. The host forgot to send a link to enter the apartament with virtual key, we waited 1 hour in a bus stop with 3 years old kid and finaly reached the host by phone. If You do not have internet it is very difficult to eneter and quit the apartament, You need connact the host each time, really bad experience with Vikey virtual key
• Anna (8/5): Good for a night-over stay - As soon as you get into the apartment you will find there everything you need - water, juices, some snacks - which is very nice. Everything was working well and the apartment was very clean. There is even a washing machine in the kitchen - so one can stay in the apartment for several days! :) The check in process is over complicated and requires way too much data for what is given (a simple night over stay). Especially filling in ALL information for each guest, taking photos of all sides of the passport plus of the person with the passport is really exaggerated. If you don’t have access to the internet - I don‘t know how one will be able to get into the apartment as you need to check in again when you’re directly at the door. The parking situation is quite tense - if you have a larger car it would be difficult to park the car next to the apartment. The elevator also didn‘t work - but that is something the host is not responsible for (this was just a problem for us carrying a large heavy bag along with 2 kids to the 3rd floor).
• Littlekristy (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable, everything you needed was there. Next door is a large store where you can get everything you need. Registering to the apartment, getting in and getting the key code is a bit new and complicated. All information was in an unknown web environment. A lot of data had to be filled in for each visitor, in addition, each guest had to send a snapshot of themselves along with their ID card. I believe that it is a safe choice for the host, but a terribly tedious and time-consuming activity for the guest. The lock works with a code. You have to go out at exactly the right time, not later, otherwise you won't be able to lock the door, the code will be lost.
