The shared bathrooms and kitchenette were well stocked and super convenient. A really calming home away from home vibe. Not used to a shared bathroom but this wasn't necessarily a problem as there were plenty for the amount of rooms and well stocked as said. Missed having a TV in the actual room as the only TV was in the communal lounge but also wasn't necessarily a problem.

The room and toilet were very clean and instructions to get to the house were clear and easy. The room was next to the water heater and the noise was quite loud every time it was working.

La machine à café fonctionnait bien et le café gratuit m'a fait plaisir. Chouette terrasse derrière pour boire son café. Le personnel répondait rapidement aux questions. Le salon est confortable, la télé marche bien. Des vues intéressantes. Si on n'était pas le premier à prendre sa douche il n'yavait plus d'eau.

No me gustó porque fui con mi hijo de 4 años y tuve que compartir el baño (eso es verdad que ya lo sabía y me dieron la opción de cancelar el viaje pero en un momento dado fuimos al baño para que mi hijo hiciera pipí y cuando volvimos ya no funcionaba la llave del cuarto, por suerte otra persona alojada en otro cuarto me hizo el favor de llamar a la propietaria desde su teléfono ya que no tenía nada y todo estaba adentro hasta mi móvil, estaba a puntos de acostar a mi hijo quien estaba muerto de sueño. La propietaria le dijo a la otra persona alojada donde estaba otra llave que abría la puerta pero ya no me fiaba de la llave y no pude ir a hacer pipí en toda la noche hasta que se levantó mi hijo por miedo de que volviera a pasar con la otra llave y que mi hijo se quedara encerrado dormido en mitad de la noche! Tampoco era opción dejar la puerta entornada pues había otra gente que no conocía al lado y no era plan de dejar la puerta abierta con mi hijo dormido al lado sin saber quienes son las demás personas! Por este motivo mi estancia fue muy incómoda.

When coming in, the demand to take the shoes off. No Problem, I used my third hand while carrying the suitcase over 2 floors up narrow steps. If prefering showering and teeth brushing with cold water, you' re at the right place ! This flat is nice for private living but not for renting. 🙁🙁🙁☹️☹️

The bed was a bit too soft for me, but my friend loved it—guess it just comes down to personal preference! The location was great too—really close to the seafront and just a short walk to Dreamland." - Sam (6/5): Margate Visit - I really like the proximity to the beach and shops and I was able to get a parking space on the street. There was rubbish strewn on the pavement outside the property including dirty nappies. This is not under the control of the host but was off-putting on arrival. The breakfast was extremely basic and nothing appealed to me so I bought breakfast locally. The shared bathroom lock was broken and no water came out of the tap in the bath. Fortunately no one else was staying in the property that night but I would not have felt safe or comfortable sharing the bathroom with other guests.

- Katy (8/5): Lovely place to stay, clean, tidy and well maintained. - The house is lovely, easy to access the keys. Bedrooms tidy and clean. We had an issue with the bedroom door locking my friend out, even though the latch was on. The spare key would not open it. The property manager was contacted and helped with getting out the handman to sort the problem which was great, but my friends evening wasn't the best which was unfortunate. Guessing the lock was faulty -as the keys wouldn't open it and the handyman mentioned the latch being tricky to use.

- Kalle Brüs (9/5): Prettige plek - Het huis is groot, de bedden ruim. De kamer is prima en de mogelijkheid voor het gebruik van patio en kitchenette is top. Ook het sanitair is schoon en ruim. Het straatje zelf is smerig (of was nu in ieder geval heel vies). We waren nu alleen in het huis, dus nu geen probleem, maar gedeeld sanitair is wel iets wat je je vooraf goed moet beseffen. Zelfs voor het toilet moet je je kamer uit.

The location was great, easy to get to town and to the beach and in a quiet street. There was complimentary basic breakfast which was great quality. And throughout the day coffee and a various choice of tea, which was great too! Communication with the host was on point, and she was very accommodating! The Wifi was working great in the main room, a little unstable at time in my room on the top floor.
