This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bulsomhuys offers a completely new, privatized studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and view of the swimming pond. For a few days or for a longer period, you will certainly relax in Bulsomhuys. Also ideal for long-term stays for professional purposes. Parking is free at the property. Possible to leave the car for a longer period, for a fee and including the transfer to and from the airport. Bicycles can be stored safely and covered. From next summer, bicycles will also be available for rent, ideal for those who want to discover the region. Bulsom is a hamlet in the municipality of Berg, a sub-municipality of Kampenhout located in the Brabant hills, an agricultural area with lots of greenery and wide fields. The beautiful historic cities of Leuven and Mechelen are nearby, Antwerp and Brussels are easily accessible. The drive to the airport is 15 minutes. Easy for those who need to catch an early flight in the morning.. In good weather you will certainly enjoy the beautiful garden with biological swimming pond. Uma, the sweet Weimarener, lives here permanently

David (10/5): Great stay - Great stay. Really nice location, with a very enjoyable pool and very comfortable, nicely decorated room. Highly recommended.
Liz (6/5): Owners need to mention ALL details - The unit was very tastefully decorated, it was very clean, kitchen was well equipped for what we needed, bathroom was awesome, bed a bit low but comfy, lighting was good for ambience or reading (adjustable dimming). Parking free and right outside the house. The pool was a natural cleaning one so very fresh and without chlorine. Husband loved this - i would have used it - but for the dogs i didn’t. I would’ve laid out in the yard to enjoy the sun but the owners back yard is right there too. What was lacking was comfortable seating. There were 2 dining stools (only comfy for a short period), but once finished eating you could only sit on the bed or the one ottoman which was not really a comfy seat. What was very disappointing was the 2 dogs. Other than a name mentioned in the details (not told it was a dog), there was no wording to indicate we had to share the property with any dogs, let alone 2. When i said the dogs made me feel uncomfortable, I felt quite unwelcome by one of the owners, the other one apologised. It would be a good idea to mention this in the description of the place. Not everyone wants to be around dogs! This spoilt my stay. Lack of privacy - it would be good to mention that you share your outside area with the owners.
Siamak (9/5): Enjoyable place - It is a cozy and lovely place. You can relax and enjoy the area—very kind and responsible host. There are no groceries close by. You need a car.
