• Schuber (9/5): Pefekt für Erholung - Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und stundenlang aufs Meer schauen! Das Haus hat eine gute Ausrüstung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Bad) und es ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt Der Außenbereich ist groß und es gibt genug Sitz/Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist genau richtig groß für Abkühlung, wird täglich geprüft und es gibt auch eine Dusche. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über Steine, aber es gibt mehrere flache Einstiege - Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Die Lokation ist auch gut für Ausflüge in den Süden der Insel oder auf den Ätna. Alles in allem war es für uns perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub. Wir waren im hinteren Haus und dort war etwas weniger Privatsspähre als im Vorderen. Ist aber ein kleines Detail. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
• Filip (10/5): Urlop idealny 11/10! - Wyjątkowe miejsce z przepięknym widokiem i zejściem na skały z dostępem do morza. Bardzo miła właścicielka ( bardzo polecamy skorzystanie z rad co do restauracji- poleca prawdziwą lokalną kuchnię). Jeśli szukasz wyjątkowego miejsca z dala od tłocznych i głośnych kurortów to nie trzeba szukać dalej ;). Jedno z lepszych miejsc wakacyjnych w jakich byłem kiedykolwiek.
• Britta (10/5): Traumhaft. Schön. - Es fällt tatsächlich schwer, die richtigen Worte für diese Unterkunft zu finden. Und das im absolut positiven Sinn! Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage am Haus und der Umgebung (Norden+Süden von Sizilien. Die Gastgeberin Stefania hat uns bestens mit Erkundungstipps versorgt und sie waren alle eine Reise wert. Die Kommunikation dank Übersetzungs-App völlig problemlos und herzlich. Das Häuschen ist zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Außerdem eine Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und einem Gemeinschaftspool. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist überdacht, was prima ist bei den Temperaturen-wir hatten im September nachts teilweise noch 28 Grad! Die Klimaanlage hat uns aber gut schlafende Nächte beschert. Kurz zusammengefasst: eine besonders schöne Unterkunft für eine besonders schöne Auszeit. Grazie Stefania!!🙂

Pasamos unos días sintiéndonos en el paraíso. Tranquilo y bello. Estamos acostumbrados a dormir sin nada de luz y en Sicilia amanece muy pronto. The property is brand new and the owners are exceptionally kind, responsive, and gracious. The home has every luxury amenity for a wonderful stay. We loved the pool and enjoyed it every evening. It is also possible to access the sea where we swam every day. We especially enjoyed extra privacy as the unit next door was not rented. You will love this stay! We’ve stayed in properties all over the world. This is one of our favorites!! The property was perfect in every way!
• Carolyn (9/5): Our family had a really lovely time at MarinaBay. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating also! - This is such a special spot that was amazing for our family of 4. The kids had a blast in the little pool too. The only thing that took us a day or 2 to adjust to was the air conditioning. We needed to leave our doors open a bit at night for the AC to keep it more comfortable.
• Bogumiła (10/5): Exceptional - The host is absolutely fantastic! Apartments were very clean and well equipped, we were missing the iron, so it was provided the same day. The location is a bit far out from everything, and the local roads are not great for walks and running. It would be useful to have a kettle to boil water for some tea.

The house itself is perfect. So airy and breezy. Views of Etna through one side and the glistening sea through the other. I would happily return.

The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and the decor was both stylish and comfortable. The dining area, with its direct view of the sea, made our meals feel extra special. One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to the sea and the opportunity for underwater exploration. The clear waters and vibrant marine life made for unforgettable snorkeling experiences. • Sophie (10/5): Beautiful location, wonderful host, great apartment! - Location was picturesque. Surrounded by the sea was just amazing, could have listened to the waves all day. We didn't rent a car as was only there for a couple of days and stopped off to get shopping on route, but if you are wanting to explore the island, you will want to get one. Large supermarket 4 minutes drive away. Everything in the apartment looked brand new which was lovely. Kitchen was very well equipment, with everything we needed for our stay. Good size fridge and freezer. On arrival, there was water already chilling in the fridge and ice team. Ice in the freezer. As well as a selection of croissants and toasted bread. Which was such a lovely touch. The hosts were just lovely! So easy to contact Simone, always quick to respond. Her husband was on hand daily to clean the pool which was wonderful to always have a fresh pool every day. Simone even brought us over a bottle of Balsamic vinegar from her house (as we missed it shopping) which was so sweet. The place is compact, both bedrooms are good sized, kitchen also, with a great high seating. Beds were comfy. Pool was actually bigger than we thought it would be, not heated but definitely didn't need to be with the heat we experienced there. The outside seating was great. Sunbeds were actually comfy & didn't get boiling hot in the sun! Also a great table between them, that has a section with shade, so phones / speaks etc don't over heat. PERFECT! Lots of extra seating / tables dotted around so you had a selection of options. The seating out the front is a dreamy place to have your food - looking straight over the cliffs to the sea. - No air con in the bedrooms - The site has two apartments, so if there was other guests in the other apartment next to us, we could have had to share the pool with up to 4 more people. We didn't totally understand that when booking, and would love to book again, but would always be worried we would have to share the small pool with others in a intimate environment. Deff could not be a problem for others.
• Tobiasz (10/5): Imagine waking up and the first thing you see is Etna – incredible! - We had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation, making some fantastic memories with our family. The host, Stefania, was warm and welcoming. Despite our lack of proficiency in English, we had no trouble communicating with her. The house was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed: salt, olive oil, all the necessary utensils such as bowls, pans, and even a sandwich toaster. There was also a washing machine, which was very useful during our stay with our child. One of the biggest advantages of this place is its location – perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, with an amazing view of Mount Etna. Imagine waking up and the first thing you see is Etna – incredible! Nearby (just a 4-minute drive away) is the Deco supermarket, which is well-stocked with everything you need. The house serves as an excellent base for exploring southern Sicily (towards Syracuse or Noto), as well as to the northeast (Catania and Taormina). We highly recommend it! It's a wonderful place to spend time in Sicily! The only downside is that there aren't amenities such as a restaurants, cafe or a place to walk around with a stroller in the immediate vicinity. Except of that everything was perfectly fine! Thanks!
• James (9/5): Great location if you love the ocean. - The ocean is right there. Great location. So close. Nice to sit and relax and hear the waves. Everything looked new and in great condition. The family was very nice and welcomed me and said goodbye in person. I’ll be back in future.
