• Christian (1/5): Pessima esperienza, struttura da evitare - Posizione vicino al lungomare Appena arrivato mi è stata pretesa la tassa di soggiorno, ma solo dopo ho verificato che non era dovuta. Segnalato all'Host che NON mi ha rimborsato con la pretesa che mi rimborsasse Booking (che chiaramente non mi ha rimborsato). Acqua calda funzionante per un minuto al massimo e poi subito fredda, non siamo riusciti più a docciarci, ci avevano promesso l'intervento dell'idraulico che non è mai venuto. Bidet NON presente. Oscuranti per finestre non presenti, la mattina si ha luce in camera in modo fastidioso. Stoviglie sporche e spugne non presenti, le abbiamo dovute richiedere. Piastre per cucinare non funzionanti, segnalato con un video, ma non ci hanno neanche risposto ai messaggi. Per 3 persone e 3 notti ci hanno lasciato 4 asciugamani totali.... chiaramente non funzionando l'acqua calda e non essendoci bidet di più non ne servivano.... ASSURDO! Immobile non manutenzionato con parecchie carenze, trascurato e sporco. Pessima esperienza. Struttura da evitare, la proprietaria idem: arrogante e scortese! Segnaleremo alle autorità.

Anfitriã extremamente atenciosa e disponível, nos ajudou com algumas situações para atender uma demanda urgente para um evento de casamento. Não conseguimos conexão estável com wifi

• Scoppa (10/5): - Tutto, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Casa comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort, praticamente di fronte al mare, attraversi la strada e vi è una spiaggia libera.

• Roger (9/5): Superb - Good location It was cold, and the entrance needs maintenance. This has nothing to do but just as a reference we experience a lot of earthquakes nothing dangerous but It could scare you if you are not aware or familiar with those.
• Annette (2/5): Very poor - Location directly by the sea Not possibility to darken the room sufficiently (entrance door directly by the bed is made of frosted glass, light from the parking lot), noise at night from the cooling/exhaust air of the Gelateria, hot water broken - friendly reminder: it does not contribute to the guest's satisfaction to force them to help repair the hot water that cannot be repaired late in the evening, even though they were already in bed because they had to catch the train early in the morning and clearly signaled that they wanted to rest and sleep.
