• Naicker (7/5): Good - The room and the view was good Food service was not good, food was provided very late and even milk was not available from morning itself
• Durgesh (3/5): Avoid if you can - The rooms are as advertised. Everything except the rooms was dissatisfactory. We decided to cut our stay short from 5 days to 2 and move elsewhere. 1) The food was served in foil paper, and they didn't give any cutlery unless asked. 2) the connectivity is poor and you are dependent on them booking a ride for you. 3) The staff was our biggest issue. They are not supportive at all. Our bus arrived a few hours early, and they didn't provide us with a bathroom for 2+ hours while we sat and waited (since there is nothing else around). Every minor request to them required us to repeat several times, while they'd lie about the ETA all the time. It was frustrating enough to spoil the first half of our trip.

For a group of 4 it takes around 3hrs for the gieser. An alternative should be thought by the management

• Sharad (9/5): Quaint Place with good views - The place had amazing views and very cozy romantic vibes. The room was quite adequate and the views from the room were also great. Hot water situation is a bit as required which in the extreme cold climate becomes a necessity.

The resort offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys, creating a serene and peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, each one full of flavor and expertly prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat, offering both local and international cuisine. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Ooty. The staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, Mapleview Resort is a gem in Ooty, combining beautiful scenery, delightful food, and excellent service. Highly recommended! Nill
• Sivakumar (10/5): Great value for money - I initially booked a non-balcony room, but the property kindly upgraded me to a balcony room since it was available. The room was very neat and clean, and the mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great value for money. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The extra touch of the balcony view really enhanced the experience. Best place for couples
