- In House Fabrication (2/5): Terrible. - No breakfast The house wasn't clean, dust everywhere.
Holes in the walls, the whole house was very poorly kept and the bathroom had mould and smelt very bad.
If we get sick, ill be getting back to booking.com.
If we wernt time restricted , i would have tried to get another house.
Very disappointed.
Unfortunately I didn't get many photos of the house

- Lubna (8/5): It was a convenient and comfortable stay. - The property was conveniently located near the town centre, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafés. It was well-equipped with all the essential amenities, which made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. While the bathroom was apparently clean and stocked with all the essentials—from toiletries to laundry items—there was an unpleasant odour that affected the overall experience.

- Satishkumar (7/5): Good -
- Gary (1/5): Uncomfortably dirty - Great location good layout Filthy
- Jennifer (5/5): good value, just needs a little TLC - Value wise this is good, you get a 2 bedroom granny flat with bathroom, washing machine and kitchenette for under $200 a night in a good location with a lot of great places to eat close by.
The beds & pillows were quite comfortable.
The location was really great for us as it was close the places of interest we were wanting to visit. Firstly this advised there was parking available, technically there was, but it was street parking - this made me nervous to leave my car out on the street as we had a hire car.
There is no signage to advise this is the correct house just a note to say "walk through the brown gate" - again, walking through a random person's gate makes me a bit nervous. Also if your short you wont be able to reach the top of the gate to open it (one of our group had to have me open the gate each time as she wasn't able to reach)
There is definitely some minor things that could be improved to take this from a barely passable grade to a 10/10;
- the kitchen cupboards still have old broken childproofing locks on them (would look so much better to remove the locks and clean the sticker goo off the doors)
- the sugar was in a re-used instant coffee jar (pop down to kmart and pick up a cheap tea/coffee/sugar bowl set, would look so much nicer)
- there was no tea towel provided to dry dishes with
- the towels provided were in the cupboards in the room with a heap of other linen, we wernt sure if we were allowed to use them or if we were meant to bring our own (would be nice to fold or roll them and leave them on the end of the bed like hotels)
- shower glass was dirty (again, not a major issue but just makes you question the cleanliness)
- tv doesnt work (no channels and no wifi info provided so couldnt stream to the tv)
- no lamps in the rooms
- J (7/5): Good - quiet area shower cube needs attention
- Amanda (7/5): Good -
- Julie (6/5): Pleasant - The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft. The bath towels were nice and soft also. Our host was helpful when we arrived. If there was tea and coffee, plus milk and sugar for tired travellers, it would have been nicer. The fridge was dirty, there was mould in the shower cubicle and the glass in the shower needed cleaning also.
