• Natalia (3/5): - Непонятная ситуация с заселением. Мы забронировали квартиру за 30€. Мне на WhatsApp скинули ссылку на другую квартиру и сказали ехать туда, на вопрос почему - ответили, что в забронированной квартире нет воды, а эта лучше и дороже ( на букинге она дешевле - 27€, разницу мне не вернули ). В "лучшей" квартире не было чайника / плиты, матрас не удобный (давили пружины и скрипел), на простыне пятна, нет вилок, только одна чашка (от кухни только название), на полках в шкафах мусор.

• Mario (10/5): - Such a charming and thoughtfully equipped studio! It felt cozy and personal. The host left great local recommendations, and the small kitchen had everything for making breakfast. The space is cleverly designed to feel bigger than it is. A wonderful, quiet retreat.

• Jared (9/5): I read reviews, took the risk, turns out it was all good.. - For Apartment, ( in photo shows sofa bed with TV facing it. Windows/balcony door between bed and TV.) It is a lot older than the photos. The place is very cheap, quiet at night, the bed was surprisingly ok for a single traveller. The smoke smell is during the day from neighbours. The balcony opens towards a central agora, so lots of balconies and people smoking. Close the balcony from 9am-5pm to assist. Washing machine is great, wifi works no problem, host is friendly and helpful, allowed me to check in early. For the price, this is the best in town. If you need a super soft expensive bed, nearby apartments can help - for more money. This place is ok for solo traveller. I was scared, because like you, I too check the negative reviews first. I was cautious but was pleasantly surprised. For the price this place is a winner. Sure you have to mop up the shower/toilet room, that seems common in Bulgaria. If I could stop all cigarette smoke getting in, that would be nice. I tried closing the place up, some smoke still managed to get in.

• Andrey (3/5): Poor - The price was okay. The bathroom was renovated and there was a balcony. There was no WI-FI. The flat was relatively renovated. But not clean. Also the chairs were sticky when you touch them. Like it they’ve been greasy for a long time. The bathroom was isolated and it was really hot. There was a stove, but no kitchenette at all. There wasn’t even a pot to warm up water for coffee. Another annoying thing is that initially the owner changed the place for the flat, which he said it’s better and better location, which is fine. Then said he will wait next to the flat and have us address where we should meet, however, we needed to drive extra 10 min by the outskirts of Plovdiv. Last but not least - he asked me on WhatsApp to leave a 10 rating. I wasn’t going to write this review at all, if he wasn’t greedy enough for the 10 points.

• Mrčela (1/5): Bad - We did not get the accommodation we booked. The owner directed us to another location. We just needed a place to spend the night and take a shower. The apartment we got was creepy! A toilet full of rust and dirt, without a shower, toilet paper and towels. Disgusting. We were too sick to wash our hands. Although we paid in advance, we found another accommodation in 5 minutes and left.
