• Arianna (10/5): Attenzione al dettaglio ben sopra la media! - Casa perfettamente attrezzata con davvero tutto l'occorrente per la permanenza (e anche di più!). Servizio veramente attento e cordiale, ben al di sopra della norma! La casa, situata tra Silvi e Montesilvano, è vicinissima ad una piccola spiaggia di sabbia/scogli che però, ahimè, non è tra le migliori in zona. È però benissimo collegata con tutto, quindi basta spostarsi un po' per avere più servizi e scelta.

Il proprietario è una persona cortese e attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza, certamente uno degli host migliori che ho incontrato. L'appartamento è situato in un condominio di recente costruzione, in una zona tranquilla e a pochi passi dal mare e alla giusta distanza dalla movida.

• Daniele (10/5): Great value for money and very welcoming host. - Lorenzo was a great host, very kind and helpful with everything. The way the house is kept is superb and it basically has everything you need. Lorenzo was also so kind to to prepare some sweets and wine for our arrival after a long trip, a service which you only find in 5 star hotels these days. Last time I found this type of welcoming service was a the 4 season. The only minor issue, is that the kitchen is a bit small and has no dish washer, but that wasn't too much of a problem for us even with the kids. Nevertheless it is very well equipped and organized, so we often cooked at home.
• Jelena (10/5): Home away from home - Wonderful apartment where you could find everything you might need. It's spotless clean and tastefully decorated, 2 balconies with nice views, kitchen is full of supplies (coffee, tea, water, everything for breakfast and even bottle of wine and beers :), huge TV, comfy beds and free parking. Host is very attentive and friendly. There is a quiet beach nearby and you can also use bicycles and beach chairs. We are absolutely happy with our stay and highly recommend! everything was perfect

• Dawid (10/5): Amazing vacation! - Especially, really helpful host. We had a free airport transfer (We've been at the Abruzzo airport after midnight). Lorenzo prepared everything for the morning breakfast, so we didn't have to worry about what to eat for breakfast on the next day after arrival. The apartment was with everything we needed - there is much more things than we have in our home! The silent area was crucial. There is a free, really silent beach close to the apartment. It's definitely something different than in other places in Montesilvano and Pescara. I highly recommend CasAmare. We definitely come back at some day! :) There is nothing to improve. Really.
• Lubomir (10/5): Exceptional - This exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Lorenzo was extremely helpful. Extra amenities were unexpected, including a fridge stocked with drinks, snacks, and coffee. The bicycles were a great help in exploring nearby places. The location is excellent, as it is quiet yet still easily accessible to Silvi and Montesilvano. Thank you!
