Amandine (9/5): Dépaysement total pour une pause en pleine nature - Emplacement très calme, assez isolé au milieu d’une vallée. Le logement est petit mais très fonctionnel, il y a tout le nécessaire. La cuisine était bien équipée et une laverie est dispo sur place.
Chloé (9/5): Bel environnement - Logement propre, bien entretenu et lit confortables. Il y a le minimum pour faire à manger (huile, sel, poivres, épices). C’est un des seuls logement où nous avons pu trouver une machine à laver. La salle de bain est vraiment minuscule et complètement inondée après une douche car il n y a pas de rideau ou de parois. Pour le prix, il pourrait y avoir au moins du gel douche/shampoing. Rapport qualité/prix élevé.
Marco (5/5): - The rooms were clean and functional, and overall the stay was pleasant. Some of the furniture, especially the chairs and the coffee table, felt very unstable and wobbly. In addition, the grill could not be used because it was heavily soiled and definitely needs to be replaced. There is still room for improvement regarding the equipment and cleanliness of certain areas.

Gehoorig, er zit een ander huisje aan geschakeld samen met een washok. Je hoort precies wanneer de wasmachine klaar is of nog bezig is. Het raam bij de keuken had geen gordijn.

MauroDam13 (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Cottage favoloso, ristrutturato a nuovo e con tutto il necessario. Cucina completa con piano induzione, divano letto e bagno comodo. Molto ma molto apprezzate le colonnine di ricarica nel parcheggio dedicato al cottage (ogni cottage ha il suo parcheggio numerato), ci hanno permesso di caricare la nostra macchina plug-in gratuitamente. Posizione fantastica in mezzo alle colline, vista favolosa al mattino. Consigliato assolutamente.

Sander (2/5): Slecht verblijf - Enige goede is dat we een plek zochten tussen Selfoss en Diamond Beach. Enorm prijzig voor wat je krijgt met gebreken. De eigenaar reageert niet op berichten. Bbq werkt niet. Er staat beschreven dat er prive een wasmachine is. Deze deel je met de buren en mag ook in de avond niet aan, o.a. de accomodatie daarvoor gekozen. Wasrek was ook niet aanwezig zoals omschreven dus alles in de kamer moeten hangen.Koffiezetapparaat vallen de filters door, geen schoenenrek dus maar een kartonnen doos neer gelegd. Geen verlichting buiten en breekt je nek daar gemakkelijk en douche lekt. Badkamer meubel is slecht gemonteerd, deur kan niet open als het open is. Batterijen van een klok vervangen is ook teveel moeite. Kleine ruimte en geen plek voor 4 personen bij de tafel en tv. Tot slot wordt je de dag erna wakker met rugpijn want de bedden zijn ook troep en beloofde stopcontact bij het bed is ook nergens. Niet boeken, veel te duur en allemaal net niks. Rij liever een uur verder en verblijf daar vast beter dan hier.

ingrid (5/5): Disappointing expensive cabin with no view and uncomfortable bed - I like the equipment of the studio (kitchen/bathroom) as well as the laundry room with dryers (for free). Free parking. Good wifi. I had one of my best day driving F225 and F208 by a sunny day (200kms of unpaved roads and 20 river crossings with amazing views all day long). And then we arrived in this studio cabine. With no view. In fact an obstructed view from the studio and its terrace, instead of the Mountain View andvertised in the booking. Even the parking and the laundry room had better view. While there is so many wild space, somebody have the stupid idea to set up a cabine with obstructed view ! It was my worst booking in Iceland (very expensive /280€ without meeting our expectations). I do not recommend cabine 5. At least the host could divide the price by 2 to compensate the lack of “mountain view”. Also the ikea sofa bed was not comfortable.

La cucina ben attrezzata e tutti gli ambienti caldi. Abbiamo sfruttato anche il servizio lavanderia, che metteva a disposizione anche detersivi e ammorbidente. Buon punto per provare a vedere l’aurora boreale (anche se noi non siamo stati fortunati). Parcheggio gratuito sul posto. Wi-Fi gratuito. Presenza di una piccola kitchenette per preparare pasti veloci. Spazio esterno semplice ma piacevole. Costa di più rispetto ad altre sistemazioni simili nella zona. L’alloggio è molto piccolo e poco adatto a chi cerca spazio. Il divano letto è scomodissimo. Il tostapane era sporco: all’interno abbiamo trovato due palline di pane carbonizzato.

Aixa (9/5): Muy bien - Es un apartamento muy pequeño pero bien diseñado y permite todas las comodidades. Tiene lavandería y cargadores para coches eléctricos. Todos los utensilios de cocina, microondas, hervidor de agua. Buena calefacción Todo bien, pero por el precio del alojamiento si nos hubiera gustado una cama en vez de un sofá cama. Es verdad que el espacio del apartamento es muy limitado y con el sofá cama abierto ya no queda espacio para mucho mas. Está alejado de la carretera principal de circunvalación

Punto a favore la lavanderia condivisa con tre lavatrici e asciugatrici. Il bagno era davvero molto piccolo che rendeva impossibile non bagnare il pavimento durante la doccia. Non c’è una camera da letto ma un divano letto molto piccolo all’interno del quale si trovano le lenzuola e piumoni.

Michelle (6/5): Beautiful but underwhelming - The location and the area where beautiful. The outside matches the pictures. The laundry room was also nice. Unfortunately when I booked the cottage, I didn't realize the bed was a sofa bed. I focused on the pictures and I thought there was a small bedroom separate from the rest. That was my fault for not paying more attention. When we went in and saw the sofa and no bed that kind of mess things up for us. We were tired and expecting something else. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the pillows didn't help either. Since we were sore and in pain from that days activities, we were not able to get the proper rest. On top of that we arrived later than planned and out of frustration we left earlier than planned. So we didn't get our money's worth. This is our second time in Iceland, we are aware of how expensive everything is. We are also aware of how lodgings here are different than other countries and we accept it and embrace it. All I can say is if we had gotten a normal bed it would have changed how we were feeling. We would have been like oh it's smaller than we thought but hey there's the bed, so who cares! I don't think the intentions are bad. But we were surprised to see Tesla car chargers and a laundry room and no real beds. The place has potential. But is underwhelming
Kathrin (6/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön und v.a. super praktisch für Hochlandtouren. Das Bad ist geräumig und die Dusche funktioniert sehr gut. WLAN top. Check-in per Code lief problemlos. Das Apartment mit Terrasse ist ein Doppelhaus, was so auf den Fotos nicht sofort ersichtlich ist. Die Waschmaschine und den Trockner teilt man sich mit dem Nebenhaus. Dies war nicht aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich. Wenn der Nachbar ununterbrochen wäscht, hat man keine Chance, diese zu benutzen. Die Bodenfläche ist recht knapp, so dass es schwierig wird, große Taschen zu öffnen. Die Terrasse war schmutzig und im Grünbereich um die Terrasse lag ein kaputter Stuhl, was sehr ungepflegt wirk. Die Gasflasche unseres Grills war leer. Nach Anruf beim Host, wurde diese aber super schnell getauscht. Für Gäste ohne Roaming kann das aber zu Komplikationen führen. Der Gasgrill ist in einem desolaten und lebensgefährlichem Zustand. Die Regler sind verrastet, so dass viel Gas in die Brennkammer strömt und bei Zündung stieg eine Stichflamme auf. Sowas ist nicht mehr verkehrsfähig! Wahrscheinlich hat es deshalb im Haus so penetrant nach Fisch gerochen, weil die Gäste davor den Grill nicht nutzen konnten/wollten. Auch die Elektroninstallation im Haus ist reparaturbedürftig (lose Steckdosen). Das Gefrierfach war kaputt und ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Müll muss draußen entsorgt und sortiert werden, jedoch quillen die Tonnen über. Generell braucht dieses Apartment ein bißchen mehr Pflege und einige Reparaturen. Dann wäre das nicht wirklich schlecht. Auch wenn die Lage top ist und die Preise im Süden sehr gehoben sind, so war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis dennoch sehr schlecht.

Sylvie (8/5): Tiny house bien équipée - Très petit logement mais vraiment bien équipé. Salle de bain classique avec douche. Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner pour un dîner et un petit déjeuner. La tiny house est située dans une zone un peu isolée et la vue est superbe sur la nature. Canapé lit avec surmatelas et couettes dans le coffre du canapé. Bien sûr, la lingerie avec 3 lave-linges et seche-linges est un plus. Dommage de ne pas avoir un vrai lit, le canapé est confortable du côté fenêtre (assise du canapé) mais mon conjoint qui était côté mur (dossier) a trouvé que c'était un peu dur malgré le surmatelas.

Marco (7/5): Stunning location surrounded by nature, some details to improve - Communication before arrival was clear and precise. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery — it really makes you say wow! Peaceful and quiet, a few kilometers off the main road, which actually adds to its charm. There’s also a laundry room available for guests, which is a real plus. The room itself was fine, though the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. Having a shared kitchen was great — it had everything we needed for our stay. It could have been a 10/10 stay, but that lack of support left us a bit disappointed Unfortunately, we had a problem with small flies inside the room. We reported it both via WhatsApp and Booking, but no one ever replied or offered assistance.

La cucina aveva tutto il necessario per prepararsi i pasti. L'unica pecca dal nostro punto di vista è la posizione, un po' distante dalla sstrada principale.
MARK (8/5): - It was very modern, super beautiful and extremely clean. The email was helpful and gave us the info we needed to check-in. It was a lot smaller than we expected, but for one night, it was totally fine. The email was a little confusing because it called it "Tiny House #2" but then referred to a cabin. We weren't 100% positive they were the same thing but they were and we found it just fine!

Kann mir aber vorstellen, dass es für zwei Leute eng wird. Für mich alleine war es richtig kuschelig. Hab draußen mein Essen mit Sonnenuntergang genossen. Werde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Sara (3/5): Insect colony and zero contact possibility with host - I stayed here yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a regrettable experience from start to finish. Right upon arrival, we discovered a colony of insects inside the house—completely unexpected and extremely off-putting. The insects were i side the house before our arrival since the neighbour houses had lights in and open windows and they had no insects. We called the provided contact number twice, hoping for some form of assistance or acknowledgement, but we received absolutely zero response both times. Even the following day, not a single return call or inquiry was made by the staff. The house itself was very small, though the surrounding landscape is quite pleasant. Sadly, due to the poor service during our stay, we would not recommend this place to anyone.

Janine Dziadzko (9/5): - Super schön gelegenes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett war nicht sonderlich bequem. Man hat die Sprungfedern gemerkt und jedes drehen des Partners empfindet man wie im Wasserbett.
