Les fenêtres des chambres sont à côté des moteurs de climatisation. Le meilleur pour la fin...les voisins au dessus font du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin et lorsqu'ils cuisine l'odeur passe par la hotte aspirante de l'appartement....

Ask staff to turn up water heater! - This was a very large, clean, three bedroom-2 1/2 bath room apartment in Almeria center that came with a complimentary parking spot a few blocks away. There was a fairly well equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer combination. Contact was mostly via booking.com. Wifi was good. We consistently ran out of hot water taking showers. It did not matter what time of day or night. Additionally, we did a load of laundry and it ruined some of our clothing. The dryer function destroyed my underwear (it came out in literal pieces), and shirts were wrinkled beyond belief. I had to iron EVERYTHING. Quite a surprise and disappointment.

• Richard (8/5): Almost a 10 star Apt - Agent was very courteous and professional. The location was perfect for all that is near Almeria Centro walking distance. The apt is above average size for Almerla and the price point was below average. Lots of space, big beds and well equiped bathrooms Deflnitely recommend thỉs for a family Unfortunately, we only stayed one brief night due to an extended stay in Almeria where we had to check out of our previous apt. The management was very accommodating and rushed to get us an early check in. We were grateful. However, we experienced a malfunctioning water heater, no internet and a problematic washer /dryer that nearly dryed our clothes but left them damp after 4 hour cycle. The alternative drying rack was nowhere to be found so we improvised. Other than that, thỉs place is among the best we stayed in over two weeks of traveling through Spain. Would have given it a 10 if the deficiencies were fixed and/or working.
