• Walter (8/5): - Mooi appartement in straatje centrum. Ziet er echt keurig uit. Ontbijt was beperkt tot een broodje en koffie of iets anders in café vlakbij. Met korting goede prijs/kwaliteit. Heel schoon. Niks of zie boven.
• Massimiliano (9/5): Un posto dove tornare volentieri - Soggiorno davvero piacevole! Ambiente bellissimo e molto curato. Cucina completa di tutto il necessario (olio, sale ecc.), si vede che è stato pensato a tutto. Posizione ottima in centro storico, comodissima. Colazione buonissima al bar a 50 metri. Host gentilissima. Consigliatissimo! Piaciuto tutto
• Moscardo (7/5): - La posizione, e la struttura, la dotazione ( macchina caffè, stoviglie, detersivi, lavastoviglie) La stanza , in particolare il soggiorno cucina , a fatica si riscaldavamo, forse a causa dei soffitti molto alti. La rumorosità, in quanto le finestre davano su una vicolo molto trafficato, e i serramenti non erano molto spessi, era un po' come averli sempre aperti.

• Jim (9/5): Gubbio is a fantastic place to visit, very low key except for May 15th, which is the Festa dei Ceri. - It is a fantastic location. The host who was very nice and extremely helpful. Gubbio is a great place to experience the food, history and people of Umbria, and Italy in general.

• Adeline (10/5): Great stay, cosy apartment - We really loved the town of Gubbio and the apartment was in an ideal location along a smaller lane right off the central square. Parking was in a nearby free parking lot, about a 5 min walk away. Right below the apartment on the same street was a mini-mart, butcher and greengrocer. The apartment was clean, cosy and had everything we needed and the kitchen had the necessary equipment for cooking. We would definitely stay here again. It was a little noisy early in the morning with the garbage pickup and what must have been the shops getting ready to open. But it added to the atmosphere of a little town coming to life each day. Nothing that some earplugs couldn't fix.
• Expat (10/5): Great stay in a lovely city. - If you have any qualms about staying at this apartment, lose them. This apartment is fantastic. Great location with parking nearby. Well appointed and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay at Civico. Nulla.
• Edmee (10/5): Fabulous place - Beautiful place in a great location. Very comfortable with seating, kitchen, bedroom and large bath. Very clean. Great host who arranged for extra coffee. It is a bit noisy due to the location (cleaning street in morning and people buzzing at night). A ventilator in the living room would have been great with tempartures over 35C.
