• Siarhei (1/5): Отель такого уровня должен стоить намного дешевле! - Рядом есть два супермаркет и торговый центр. Полная антисанитария, везде грязь, плохой запах, очень шумно. Это очень дорого и очень не качественно. Пока худшее место где я останавливался!

В Booking com показано было 32 евро а с меня взяли 35 евро, я требовал чтобы выдали чистое белье но мне было отказано. Персонал грубый в отношении. Телевизор образца 2000 ых годов.

Моя девушка аллергик и это был ужаснейший опыт. Невозможно помыться, душевая кабина не закрывается, ты стоишь просто моишься и вода попадает на стены душа и плесень течет на ноги

• Sorin (1/5): Worst place in the world!!! Avoid!!! - Nothing! Everything is awfull!!!! Dont go there!!! This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. The room was disgusting: mold on the walls, trash everywhere, dirty sheets that clearly hadn’t been washed, and a horrible stench that made it impossible to breathe normally. There were cockroaches and even rats running around. The bathroom was shocking — the toilet was filthy, with excrement left inside, and the smell was unbearable. On top of that, the host was extremely rude and aggressive, even to the point of threatening me physically. I have never felt so unsafe and so disgusted in any accommodation. Please, for your own health and safety, avoid this place at all costs. It is absolutely the most horrible place on earth and should not even be allowed to host guests.

• Selige (5/5): quand on a vraiment besoin d'un toit pour une nuit (mais pas deux) - en cherchant bien : bonne volonté du logeur, sans doute conscient des défauts de son hébergement impossibilité de trouver l'hébergement sans GPS, absence de signalement de l'hébergement, désinformation sur le type d'établissement (se présente comme un hôtel alors qu'il s'agit d'un logement dans un bâtiment d'habitation de banlieue), impossibilité d'accéder au stationnement et d'en sortir sans l'assistance du logeur, indisponibilité du stationnement quasi assurée, impossibilité d'accéder à l'hébergement sans contacter le logeur par téléphone, absence de petit-déjeuner et absence d'établissement à proximité pour le prendre

• Sayon (1/5): Disappointing Stay Marred by Uncomfortable Beds and Bedbugs - There was just a washroom attached to the room My recent stay was, unfortunately, far from satisfactory due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. I had high expectations based on the property’s description and photos, but the reality was disappointing. The mattresses were lumpy and worn, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, I discovered bedbugs, which turned my stay into a nightmare. The constant itching and discomfort kept me up all night, leaving me exhausted and frustrated. The overall cleanliness of the room also felt questionable, which only added to my unease. I had hoped for a relaxing and restful experience, but instead, I left feeling drained and disappointed. I strongly urge the management to address these serious issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

• Abdulrahman (4/5): Disappointing - The host had a good attitude, the location was decent, and the price was cheap. The floors were incredibly unhygienic, quite dirty, and damp in the shower. The shower head holder was broken, the shower drain was clogged, and there was no shampoo provided. The mattress was just bad. Some men apparently live there semi-permanently, cooking very smelly food, which made it impossible for me to spend any time in the kitchen.

May be some recommendation and help fro staff would be helpful (where is the center, how to get there? /no.52 bus got me I don't know where/, cinema?, swimming pool, sauna? or similar.... Events? /e.g.concerts/, Important sightseeings?).

• Jurgita (8/5): You get for what you pay.. Would come back. - Location is good. Hard to find though. Plenty of shops or cafés around.. Easy to get to city centre.. (only a lot of road works. but that nothing to do with owners) We read comments before booking. And we knew that it's not 5 stars hotel.. But mould on a shower ceiling didn't bother much. The shower holder didn't hold shower head though. That made showering bit complicated.

• Benedict (1/5): Disgusting hotel! scam hotel! - Nothing. Absolutely nothing! This hotel was terrible. This is the worse ever hotel I have slept in before. The room was untidy and smelly. The room was smelling of cigarette smoke, the worse of this in the bathroom. I complained and requested that my room should be changed, but this was not heeded. The bed covers and linens looked very old and smelly. The room had poor ventilation, poor lighting, and damp. One could see molds growing on parts of the walls. The room had poorly soundproof, and throughout my entire stay, my nights and mornings were disturbed terribly by the moaning sounds of people making love from next door. I was sick and tired of this hotel so I had to leave earlier than initially planned. Surprisingly, the rate per night was very expensive, and to add salt to injury, they only accepted cash. The bathroom was so bad and smelling that I avoided using it, and only took my bath once throughout my stay. Even after reducing my booking nights by one, I was only refunded just half of the actual amount, which I felt cheated
