- Antonietta (10/5): - L appartement est très bien situé et des places de parking tout à côté. Il est confortable, assez grand pour 2 personnes et décoré avec goût. La '' terrasse'' qui est une cours intérieure, est un plus. Quartier calme. Très bien !

- Elo (9/5): Muito limpo e confortável, ótimo para relaxar! - Gostamos imenso do sossego ao redor do apartamento, não se ouve nada, ideal para relaxar. Tinha muitos estacionamentos gratuitos na rua, sentimos segurança para deixar o carro durante toda a estadia. A nível do apartamento: O espaço é bem organizado e mesmo muito limpo. A cama era muito confortável e o café da máquina era suculento. O espaço exterior era muito charmoso e agradável. Estava perto do centro histórico (+/-15mn a pé) e a uma centena de metros de vários bares a beira da igreja. Foi um dos melhores sítios onde dormimos em Itália, a nível de conforto e limpeza É pena que não tinha o básico para cozinhar (sal, azeite etc) nem muitos utensílios de cozinha (na nossa perspetiva). Tinha 2 bicicletas à disposição (creio) mas não tinham ar nos pneus, não conseguimos utilizar. Uma sugestão: a porta de entrada deveria ter uma cortina para ter mais privacidade e sobretudo menos luminosidade de manhã.

- Isalinde (8/5): Schattig hofje - Kamer was ruim, entree gemakkelijk, handdoeken aanwezig, klein keukenblokje en koffieapparaat aanwezig. Schattig klein hofje met ongeveer 4 appartementen. De locatie was op 30 minuten lopen van het centrum van Palermo. Wij kwamen met een huurauto. Goed om te realiseren dat om bij het appartement te komen of de aangewezen parkeerplaats er een DAGKAART nodig is voor Palermo. Deze kun je VOORAF voor 5 euro online aanschaffen. Wij wisten niet dat dit vooraf moest gebeuren, dus zijn al langs de camera gereden. Uiteindelijk gaf de gratis parkeerplaats naast het appartement geen veilig gevoel (rondhangende en slapende mensen) en hebben wij in het centrum geparkeerd bij Orlando (kun je komen zónder Palermo kaart). Voor 13 euro sta je daar een hele dag (over de nacht). Koffers vlak bij Cedros eruit gegooid, en door de stad gewandeld. 's Ochtends de koffers weer opgehaald. Als je niet zo'n Palermo kaart wilt, dan kun je tot ongeveer 50 meter van het appartement komen met de auto. In de badkamer vonden wij het douchegordijn een nadeel. Als je het licht aandeed, ging automatisch het afzuigsysteem aan. Daardoor wapperde het douchegordijn tegen je aan tijdens het douchen. Oplossing: gordijn open laten en natte vloer.

- 英子 (8/5): 一个老城区里的现代公寓。 - 位置很好，到主要景点基本都能步行，房屋宽敞，住了舒服的。公寓距离火车站不远不近，推着行李走会感到有点远。附近有华人超市，买华人食品，方便的。 自始至终我们都没有看到其他人，包括工作人员和其他住宿的客人。我们续订住一晚，不知道为什么在booking网上交不了费用，房东发来一个陌生网址要求打款，我觉得不妥。后来说好了付现金。把钱留在了桌子上了。

- Elena (7/5): Comodo per la vicinanza al centro - Abbastanza vicino al centro, ci si arriva in 20 minuti a piedi. Bagno carino, aria condizionata, ambiente moderno. Le due camere sono ricavate nello stesso ambiente per cui non c'è molta intimità nel caso di due coppie. Poco adatto per persone anziane. Al posto di tavolo e sedie ci sono 2 tavoli alti con 3 sgabelli alti. Non è molto accessoriato se si vuole cucinare e mangiare a casa: 1 pentola, 1 padella, pochi piatti, giusto l'indispensabile insomma, uno strofinaccio minuscolo, 4 tovagliette (non le abbiamo usate perché non erano pulite)

- Marc (8/5): Een leuke oase van rust in een heel hectische stad. - Ruim appartement en uitermate rustig, ideaal gelegen ten opzichte van het treinstation in Palermo (op 9 minuutjes stappen). De binnen-patio van het geheel biedt zeker een toegevoegde waarde, airco en wifi werken perfect. De voorzieningen qua bestek en kookgerief zijn nogal summier te noemen en het douchegordijn zou gerust door een glazen wand kunnen worden vervangen, zo krijg je een eerste klas inloopdouche.

- Diana (9/5): Sehr schönes, zentrales Appartment - Zentrale Lage nahe des Bahnhofs und botanischen Gartens. In die Innenstadt und Hafen sind es etwa 10-15 Minuten. Der Innenhof ist toll zum Sitzen. Das Appartement ist sehr modern, groß und geräumig. Auch wenn die Anlage in einer Seitenstraße liegt, ist es zur Straße raus doch recht laut nachts. Das Bett quietscht und die Dusche läuft über, sodass das gesamte Bad nass wird.

Entrée autonome et ensuite l'impression d'être chez soi avec une cour partagée par seulement quelques appartements. L'absence de rideaux occultants : réveil à l'aube garanti. Douche à l'italienne qui s'évacue mal et inonde la salle de bains. Odeurs d'humidité.

- Alexander Paperny (9/5): Nice apartment with semi-prvate courtyard in the middle of the city. - I really like the small courtyard for 3 apartments. The location is ok, pretty close to train station and felt safe by Palermo standards. The size of the apartment is ok for 3 and it was very quiet at night, even though our apartment was closest to the street. The layout of the apartment is pretty strange if you have 3 people staying. It is not really private, it is more like a big studio. But if it is not a big deal - it is good choice for something central, but rather quiet.

Mimo bliskości centrum w samym apartamencie bardzo cicho, spokojnie i bezpiecznie (plusem jest solidna brama wejściowa). Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy, bardzo jasne instrukcje od gospodarza. - odejmuję jedną gwiazdkę za poziom czystości (nieświeże ściereczki kuchenne; nieprzyjemna zasłona prysznicowa; niedokładnie posprzątana podłoga); - odejmuję drugą gwiazdkę za brak odpowiedniego zaciemnienia szyby w drzwiach wejściowych (przez co w nocy w pokoju jest bardzo jasno z uwagi na świecące na zewnątrz lampy); - miłym akcentem byłaby butelka wody na powitanie.

- Francesca (10/5): Una chicca nel cuore di Palermo - L’appartamento si trova in un cortile ad accesso privato condiviso solamente con gli altri appartamenti: super tranquillo e sicuro. L’appartamento moderno, dotato di tutti i confort, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione. Se la sera non si ha voglia di spostarsi, alla porta accanto è presente un ottimo ristorante.

Ciche miejsce z własnymi krzesełkami i stolikiem przed wejściem do apartamentu, który znajduje się we wspólnym patio. Lokal duży i przestronny, wygodne łóżko. Super zameldowanie zgodne z otrzymaną instrukcją. Niestety muszę potwierdzić inne opinie o tym miejscu. W apartamencie czuć wilgocią, a na ścianach widoczna pleśń!!! Właściciele pewnie co jakiś czas ja zamalowują, ale wiadomo, że to nic nie daje. Po wejściu trzeba zostawić otwarte drzwi, aby dało się jakoś wytrzymać!

- Ekaterina (7/5): - Grundsätzlich waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und der Service sehr hilfsbereit. Für 5€ kann man das Gepäck nach dem Auschecken an der Unterkunft aufbewahren lassen. Außerdem bietet der gemeinschaftliche Innenhof ein angenehmes Ambiente. Our host went above and beyond by accommodating our early arrival, which was incredibly helpful given my recent leg injury. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-designed. It's incredibly spacious, boasting a wonderful interior with a keen eye for detail and style. Every corner felt thoughtfully curated, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Location is everything, and this apartment delivered perfectly. Situated in a central location, we were within easy reach of Palermo's vibrant attractions. Yet, remarkably, the apartment was a tranquil oasis. Despite the bustling city outside, we enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, a rare and invaluable find. The combination of a superb host, nice interior, space, and a perfect location made our stay in Palermo truly unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking an exceptional and peaceful retreat in the heart of this beautiful city. It's a gem!
