• Katharine (6/5): Mixed, we were not given what we hoped for but after the 1st night we were given a better apartment - The best thing about this place is the pool and how quiet it is at night time. The host arranged a better apartment after we explained that we were not satisfied with the one we had been assigned. The bed was a good size and it was clean. There was some kind of mix up and we were not given the apartment that I had booked, as an alternative we were given a different one which was available, however I wouldn't describe it as a pleasant place to be. It was damp and had a dehumidifier. It was also a studio apartment which meant we were sleeping in the same room as the kitchen and the noisy fridge. The kitchen on the whole was poorly equipped in terms of pots and pans, plates and cups. There was a coffee machine though! Before arrival the host was not very quick to respond or call back, but once we arrived this was much improved.
• Merima (1/5): Sreća da sam noćila samo jednu noć! Jako loše - Ništa. Cak je i adresa pogresno stavljena. Užasno prljavo i neurednp. Bazen kao da se nikada nije očistio. Ležaljke prljave sa flekama, stolovi nikad očišćeni. Kuhinja u raspadajućem stanju. Pogled na ništa.

• Amel (1/5): - Rezervisao jedan datum, a kada sam stigao i kontaktirao vlasnika,bio drugi datum na rezervaciji. Molio da mi nađe neki drugi apartman,pronašao kod nekog svog prijatelja po duplo vecoj cijeni. Pristao sam ,ali da mi vrati moj novac, koji sam uplatio i rekao je da moze. Po povratku kuci ,narednih 7 dana ,pokusao sam kontaktirati vlasnika putem poruka i poziva da zavrsi obečano,ali niko ne odgovara na dati br telefona...

• Boutekrabt Soufiane (4/5): Décevant, appart inachevé et pas propre - DÉCEVANT !! l'appartement était pas fini , il était en cours de construction ; prise et fils électriques qui pendent , pas de chauffage en mois décembre, étoile d'araignée au plafond , problème d'eau en salle de bain ,,,pas mal de soucis . Vraiment déçu pas les même photos sur booking. La personne était la pour m'accompagner et m'accueillir.

Također, nigdje nije bila oznacena sifra za internet a kad smo pisali nismo dobili nikakav odgovor. Prijedlog, mogu se ubaciti neke papuce jer su plocice sve po stanu a vlasnik nije ni ukljucio klimu prije dolaska vec smo se na pocetku zaledili dok je klima uopste krenula raditi.

• mari carmen (7/5): - Cama grande y cómoda, apartamento amplio Busque apartamentos con piscina, está tiene pero el agua está sucia, no se puede emplear, y le falta un poco de limpieza en general en todo el apartamento, parking muy difícil

• yoguichi (4/5): Poca limpieza en un apartamento confortable. - Tiene una buena ubicación. Está en una zona tranquila. En las calles cercanas se puede aparcar sin coste añadido. El anfitrión nos dio un apartamento superior por una confusión con las llaves, sin esperas ni demoras. El apartamento está bien, excepto por la limpieza que no la llevan a fondo. Polvo en las superficies, mobiliario desgastado y manchado, telas de araña (no justificables aunque sea un chalet), los utensilios de cocina tuvimos que lavarlos antes de usarlos y la cafetera ni la tocamos de lo sucia que estaba. Tambien tiene cables a la vista que da un aspecto de descuido. Si mejorasen sobre todo la limpieza podría ser un alojamiento estupendo.

• Helen (8/5): - The apartment was spacious. The pool area was beautiful for hanging out, relaxing, and viewing the mountains. There were also lots of beautiful flowers planted around it. You can take the bus or walk to Old Town and the harbour. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. There is a lot of free street parking above the apartment, but when we arrived, we had to drive/ wait for a bit before a spot opened up. There was little smell to the apartment, but if you plug the kitchen sink and fill it with some water, we found that stopped the smell.

• Petra (8/5): - The apartment has a swimming pool. The apartment, especially the bathroom, is under construction. The lights are missing, there are only wires, the plug covers are missing. We got towels in the apartment, but no shower gel or shampoo.

Место для Обеда на свежем воздухе. Место для машины нашли нормально, но будьте внимательны, ибо место можно искать. Мне очень понравилось, однако хотел бы указать на то что можно улучшить. 1. Обновить номер, закрыв мелкие недочёты 2. Обновить лестницу у бассейна 3. Обновить (прикрутить саморезом) пару досок на месте для пиктника на 3м этаже. Я уверен что хозяин работает в этом направлении (при нас обновлял доски).

• Jill (4/5): Cheap stay: okay bed but dirty/worn facilities - Okay location. Lots of stairs. Bed was comfortable, but we had to ask for blankets. Street parking on very packed streets, so you may not want to move once you find one. There is no dedicated parking. Dishes & furniture were dirty - gotten from a garage sale or free? No shower door or curtain, so bathroom was soaked w/use. The place could be nice if invested in, but it is unfinished and a bunch of mismatched broken/dirty odds n ends; not a real apartment. Wires hanging over bathroom sink (no light). Kitchen is not fully outfitted for proper use - wash anything you use! Bugs in kitchen. We never saw owner.

• Ana (6/5): Not perfect but great value for money. - Location is near center, you can walk and reach the old center in just few minutes. Price is fair. You get what you pay for. There is a lack of equipment and utensils in the kitchen. Many unfinished details, swtiches with holes, shower facuet without metal trim and similar unfinshed details. It shouldn't bother you if you are not spoiled guest, but it does spoil the overall impression that would otherwise be much better.

Calme Literie ok Accueil pas agréable, du fait de notre chien (nous avions prévenu) jugé trop grand (chien taille moyenne). Logement avec beaucoup de défauts. Douche avec un seul côté fermé (et encore il fuit !), électricité pas sécure, pas de prise électrique dans la partie cuisine, bouilloire fil électrique trop court obligé de la brancher par terre sur multiprise, pas de cafetière, fauteuils salon sales, table basse poisseuse,... Notre plus mauvaise expérience lors de notre roadtrip Slovénie-Croatie.

• Valeria (4/5): - Laka komunikacija sa vlasnikom i dogovor oko ulaska i izlaska iz apartman. Kad smo dosle u apartman kuhinja je izgledala kao da uopce nije ociscena nakon prijasnjih gostiju. U sudoperu su bile mrvice i mrlje od hrane i kuhinjska ploca je bila ljepljiva. U kupaoni na tusu nije bilo zavjese, a pritisak vode je bio toliko slab da nismo mogle prati kosu. Rucnici koje smo dobili su imali zute fleke. Nije bilo stalka ni zice za susenje rublja pa smo morale vjesati rucnike i kupace na ogradi ispred apartmana.
• Ivana (6/5): Disappointed - Location When we got into the apartment, there was male swimming suit left behind, food in the fridge in some open container also left from the people before us... kitchen wasn't cleaned and the towels left for us were half dry-half wet. We got only one toiler paper for two of us for 3 nights stay. Uncomfortable bed. Shower is leaking... if only the owners would show a little more effort - place would be perfect.

• Juliana (9/5): Excellent location, quick response from the owner and comfortable property - Excellent location, quick response from the owner and comfortable property. Free street parking, laundry facility, restaurants and market in a walking distance, 30 minutes walk from the old town. Beautiful view from the town. There are a few little improvements to make the place perfect. Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay in.
• Odak (5/5): Primjedbe - Bazen, pogled, klima, šank Lokacija, malo teže za pronaći, nema besplatan i privatan parking, već se treba snaći u stalno krcatom parkiralištu. Dvorište slabije održavano, strgane stepenice od bazena, par prekidača za svjetlo ne radi, utičnice propadaju u zidove. Apartman pun gustera, naišli na 3 a noćili 4 noći. Nedovoljno pribora za pripremu jela i kuhanje. Tuš nepraktičan, nakon svakog tuširanja kupaona poplavljena, susjedi imaju pogled u kupaonu kroz prozor. Neudobni stolci za šankom, neprakticno za ručat na njima.

• Ante (1/5): We were met with absolute disgusting state of the apartment - very dirty, ants, bugs. - It was very difficult to reach the owner on the arrival day. When he finally answered our calls, we came to the apartment and were very disgusted by very dirty overall state of the apartment. There were ants and bugs in the toilet and in the kitchen, the whole place wasn’t cleaned at all. We called the owner and he organized cleaning but we were able to check in around 10 pm. I told him that it is not fair for us to pay for the apartment that we weren’t able to use almost the entire first day. He agreed and promised a refund and after our check out he didn’t called us, refunded the money or answered any of my multiple messages. Also, a lot of details in the apartment need repair. Shower is flooding the whole toilet floor, electric installations are not finished and even the walls around windows need a finishing touch. I believe this apartment can be very nice with a little bit of investment and care from the owners, both towards the guests and the property itself.

• Gareth (9/5): - Good location, very modern and comfortable - great spacious lounge and kitchen. The shower has a slight leak out the side - not a major issue but seems like an easy fix. Also the bedroom is very bright at night as the curtain is not very thick. I would recommend replacing with something more opaque to ensure the bedroom is nicer for sleeping.
• Winfried (1/5): Eigentlich nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage war das einzige was ich positiv bewerten kann. Es war direkt in der Nähe des Hafens, der für unsere Weiterreise nach Bari geeignet war. Schmutziger Kühlschrank. Gastgeber haben wir nie gesehen. Die Dusche ist offen, wodurch natürlicherweise das Wasser vor der Dusche liegen bleibt.

• Ivan (2/5): Mediteraneo nikad više - Dubrovnik kao povjesna lokacija odličan ima se što vidjeti,plaže dobre međutim sve je pretjerano skupo tako da malo pokvari dojam ukupnog ljetovanja Smještaj nema osiguran parking,ako negdje ideš autom upitno je gdje parkirati kad dođeš u apartman,terasa jako bitan ljetni dio apartmana u raspadnom stanju,jutarnju kavu sam pio sjedeći na stepenicama apartmana,nemaš gdje osušiti ručnike i kupaće nakon plaže,apartman je bio u potkrovlju dosta vruće obzirom na trenutne temperature jedan dan ostavimo klimu da rashladi dođemo s plaže klima ugašena i tako hrpu nekih stvari koje pokvare opći dojam ljetovanja
