• Francesco (2/5): Disastroso e non giustificabile dal prezzo contenuto. - Ci è piaciuta la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria, così come lo sforzo per dotare l'appartamento di tutte le attrezzature necessarie, della bottiglia di prosecco come benvenuto ed anche la possibilità di avere gratuitamente a disposizione le biciclette (che noi però non abbiamo utilizzato). Sfortunatamente le cose che non ci sono piaciute sono state tali da offuscare completamente quelle positive : -la struttura della casa (sebbene fosse tutto chiaramente indicato nella descrizione) è a dir poco sconfortante; l'unica porzione di casa fuori terra è la cucina ed una camera da letto, tutto il resto è interrata, con piccoli finestroni a lupo ed accessibile solo da una stretta scala a chiocciola. -la casa è completamente da ristrutturare, priva di manutenzione e trasandata. Ad esempio le zanzariere alle finestre erano tutte rotte e quindi non si poteva tenere aperto per evitare di essere mangiati dalle zanzare, che in quell'area sono devastanti. -l'acqua, sia calda che fredda, non è sufficente per l'abitazione. Se apri il rubinetto o la doccia da una parte non arriva acqua da altri rubinetti, figuriamoci dalla doccia. -infine la pulizia è stato un altro punto dolente, specialmente la cucina aveva il fornello sporco di cibo appiccicato, il tavolo unto, il pavimento macchiato, etc. (abbiamo inviato le foto alla proprietaria che si è scusata, addebitando il disastro agli addetti alle pulizie che non erano stati supervisionati)
• Jennifer (2/5): Preis Leistung total überteuert - Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit, sehr nett und gastfreundlich. . Der Reisepreis war für die Ausstattung total überzogen hoch. Die Ausstattung entsprach in kleinster Weise der Beschreibung und Bewertung. Hätten wir die Hälfte von dem bezahlt, wäre es für die Ausstattung ausreichend gewesen. Die Räder waren kaputt, rostig. Die Mückennetze waren zum Teil kaputt so das man die Fenster und Türen wegen der vielen Mücken nicht öffnen konnte. Desweiteren waren viele kleine Defekte im Bad und die allgemeine Ausstattung war mehr als einfach. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel und durch die naheliegende Bahnstrecke und ständiges Hundegebell sehr laut. Alles in allem haben wir versucht das Beste daraus zu machen, würden so eine Unterkunft über Booking jedoch nie wieder buchen.
• Adam (9/5): Mojej rodzinie bardzo podobał się pobyt w tym miejscu. Poczuliśmy się jakbyśmybi mieszkańcami tego domu. - Podobał mi się ogródek oraz dostęp do rowerów. Gospodarz obiektu udzielał wsparcia na każdym kroku. Niektóre rzeczy takie jak deska sedesowa czy uchwyt do prysznica czy lampka przy łóżku nie działają.
• Annika (10/5): - We had a fantastic family holiday at Verahouse as a multi-generational family of 7. The house provided us with ample space to accommodate us all. Despite its size, the structure of the house lets itself to divide the sleeping space into two separate sections: the grandparents stayed in the ground-floor living-room, which has a double sleeping couch and air-conditioning (!) and the ground-floor bathroom (incl shower), and this whole area can be sectioned off by a door. There is a second side entrance into the house through the kitchen, which allows other visitors to enter the house without going through the living-room. From there, you can enter the downstairs part of the house which sleeps another 5 people, with a second bathroom (incl shower). As a family, we mostly spent time together at the kitchen table or in the ample outside garden space with balcony. There was excellent WIFI at the location, which was very important for my teenager. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need on a holiday, with dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine. We used the bikes which were provided free of charge to cycle to the beach or the nearby supermarket. However, we used the car to get to the beach with smaller kids, as it was too far for them to walk in the heat. Same in relation to the town promenade - Viareggio has great nightlife! We also used the nearby train station for trips to Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre. Last but certainly not least, Polia was the nicest host I have ever met on my travels! We had a few medical emergencies involving my kids, and Polia was just brilliant, organising next day appointments and getting things sorted for us in the house! She showed us great kindness and was extremely responsive to texts if we had any issues or concerns. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxed, Italien experience at a low budget!
• Haberla (8/5): We recommend it, great value for money. Nice staff and clean house. - The staff was exceptional, kind and helpful. The stay went smoothly, everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small.
