• Michele (8/5): Tutto come da aspettative - Posizione comoda nei pressi della metro con tanti supermercati vicini, cucina e frigo a disposizione. Casa calda anche in inverno. Soggiorno piacevole. Tutto ok, però bagno vecchio (comunque funzionale). Avrei preferito non trovare gli asciugamani già appesi ed essere il primo a "aprirli", però ok.
• ARSINOI (8/5): - Η τοποθεσια ειναι πολυ καλη, καθαρο δωματιο θα το ξαναεπελεγα. Η διευθυνση ειναι λαθος, αν βαλεις 2 ηλεκτρικες συσκευες μαζι πεφτει το ρευμα, η απλωστρα χρειαζεται αντικατασταση.

• Gianella (8/5): - El barrio tiene muchos servicios (supermercados, pizzerías, panaderías, parking, etc.) y el metro a unas cuadras. El apartamento es cómodo y está prolijo. Algunas ollas precisan recambio. Nada para agregar.
• francis (7/5): Bien mais! - Appartement propre et sécurisé. Manque vraiment d'ustensiles cuisine ( grande casserole, coteaux, passoire, bols..)de quoi cuisiner. Douche minuscule. Aucune consigne pour l'utilisation des équipements ( four...)

• Julián (4/5): Había chinches en las dos camas. - Ubicación y buena comunicación. Reservamos 3 noches y después de la segunda noche nos dimos cuenta que había chinches en la cama matrimonial del dormitorio y también en el sofá-cama del comedor. La propiedad nos informó que este hecho ya había pasado anteriormente. Desconocemos si se adoptaron las medidas oportunas y definitivas para que no vuelva a suceder, porque no era la primera vez.

• francesca (5/5): Non male, ma qualcosa da migliorare - Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro attraverso i mezzi pubblici e zona molto tranquilla. Adatta alle famiglie. Proprietaria gentile ed educata. Bagno troppo piccolo, pochi servizi base a disposizione, e ambiente che potrebbe essere più curato nella zona cucina e camera da letto.

• Andre (9/5): good place - The location is very good, close to line A of metro. markets, pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries around. the bed and sofa are comfortable. Heather and A/C worked really well. The host was very approachable and answered us when we needed. The toilet, the toilet seat should be changed, and shower is really small . Would be nice if have an microwave in the kitchen.

• Rhoda (1/5): Bad - Place is near the Roma Termini and lots of nearby stores I was accused of being dishonest where i was definite that the key was left hanging on the wall and NOT INSERTED in the door knob. Lots of msgs i got from the apartment owner charging me 50euro for thr damaged where i clearly told her that i was definite and sure i didn't leave the key in teh door. She never send me the invoive she quoted she paid for the technician who forcely had to open the door. Booking.Com can attest that neither i didnt had a single complain from all the booking i made thru booking.com but this FCO booking was definitely the worst ive experience.

Accommodated an additional person with an additional fee of 40 euros. which I appreciate, uncontrollable hot water system with boiling to Icy cold, The host's reaction to that complaint, denied without checking, informed me that I was creating problems for her and she was trying to find another accommodation for me. So-called breakfast of low quality. Property keys on arrival- need to organize with the owner and need to wait until the owner comes.
• Manish (8/5): Great location, amazing and spacious one bed apartment, great host. - Great location with 5 mins walk to metro station and 10mins walk to train station (direct train to airport). The host was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is good sized one bedroom ,the room is quite spacious and so is the hall with a big sofa bed (sofa bed can accommodate two people easily). Kitchen was fitted with all you need, dishwasher, washing machine, all utensils, salt, coffee. The apartment is the main road facing (which we prefer so nice views). Has heating and AC available. There is supermarket just 1 min away and lods of local fruit shops. Multiple bakery shops around as well. Amazing overall and very good value for the money. Minor but shower temperature control is bit tricky, hot water runs out quickly.
• Alena (9/5): It was an excellent experience - It is a nice property in a lively neighbourhood, where you can observe the locals’ way of living) The metro, supermarkets and coffee shops are close by. Thank you for letting us in earlier, and special thanks go to a lovely lady, Simon’s mother, who met us) Some sockets had issues, only one adapter worked well, which we used for all purposes: to connect to a tea pot, a hair drier and an iron. Minor improvements can solve the issue)

• Katinka (8/5): Apartment with good location - The location was perfect, the apartment is 5 minutes from metro station by foot. The neighborhood is safe, local people are nice. The host was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine, too. There's no hot water in the kitchen. And there's no microwave, too. The beds are not so comfy but if you are very tired after sightseeing day, it's okey. ;)
