- bandar (1/5): صور الفندق غير حقيقية The images displayed on Booking.com are unreal and fake - Nothing ولاشيء الفندق سيء جدا جدا جدا ومخيف ومظلم بدون اضاءة. الحشرات تملء الغرف اعتقد من الأفضل ان يرمموا الفندق من الداخل وايضا عندما حجزنا اتفقنا على سعر وعندما رأنا موظف الاستقبال بأننا سياح فرفع علينا ضعفين وهذا غير أخلاقي لن أعود لاستاجاره فيه مرة أخرى الصور المعروضة على موقع بوكينق دوت كوم غير حقيقية ومزيفة لان الواقع شيء اخر تماما The hotel is absolutely terrible, scary, and dark with no lighting. Insects are everywhere in the rooms. I think they should renovate the hotel interior. Also, when we booked, we agreed on a price, but when the receptionist saw we were tourists, he doubled the price, which is unethical. I will never rebook in it anymore again. The images displayed on Booking.com are unreal and fake because reality is something else entirely.

- Ahmed (6/5): بصراحه حبيت المكان من حيث الموقع واتمنى ليهم التوفيق - المكان مقبول وموقعه كويس بالنسبه للمواصلات أو الأماكن اللي روحتها كانت قريبه من المكان ولو هرجع تاني برضو هختار الفندق دا لان الناس اللي شغاله فيه ناس محترمه وتعاملت معانا بكل ذوق المراتب سيئه للغايه محتاجه تتغير كمان السباكه اللي في الحمام محتاجه تتعمل كويس لان في حالة الاستحمام المايه بتطلع خارج الحمام ودي حاجه ضايقتني لان كنت خايفه الناس اللي شغاله تتضايق مننا وكدا

- Malak (10/5): راحة ونظافة وخدمة رائعة - المكان نظيف جدًا وهادي، والغرفة كانت مريحة وواسعة. الموظفين محترمين جدًا ومتعاونين وخلوني أحس إني في بيتي. الموقع ممتاز في وسط البلد وقريب من كل حاجة محتاجها. فعلاً تجربة جميلة وأنصح أي حد يجربها أحيانًا كان في شوية دوشة من الشارع بحكم إن الموقع في وسط البلد

I had to wait for an hour to check in. The single room like a capsule, too small and without window just enough to sleep.

- Ansari (8/5): Ahmad is so polite - Rooms to be clean more but owner and staf is so polite , if you tell them to clean they will clean asap after all what you want in 10 dollar Lift was so old but working with card and key chain ...overall good experience..the owner (Ahmad) is very polite and humble abd helpful

- Hamouda (6/5): Value for price. - Single partitions is the best thing in this hostel, it give you privacy you want. Hostel location is impressive, in the heart of the downtown, 3 mints from Orabi metro station. Staff are cooperating and friendly. Value for price. Bathroom is less than fair, it needs to be enhanced. Blankets are not good. Mattress was not good.
