The automatic light in breakfast bar, tea/coffee area was a little annoying but if the time it stays on for could be lengthened that would help, but it did not spoil our time there as we loved your place, thank you

A really lovely old building but renovated on modern standard with heart. Supermarket, restaurants by foot nearby. Can recommend definitely. Enjoyed a lot there. Reasonable price.

Room was amazing - home from home & made to feel very welcome. Very peaceful & easy access to property plus parking at the door. Very handy having microwave, fridge, cutlery & plates etc. Would highly recommend & will definitely return. I have no complaints at all.

The hosts were lovely and even though we did not meet them in person, they sent us many detailed messages and upon arrival a thorough packet of information awaited us (tips to local places, how things work in the accommodation, etc). The accommodation was so cozy! Everything looked so lovely and made us feel right at home. The hosts had thought about all the little details that make your stay easier and more comfortable and we definitely appreciated it. There was also a possibility to be in the garden but unfortunately the weather didn't favour it this time. We were really happy with the place and wished we could have stayed longer than one night. Should we be in the area again we will definitely book this option. The only minor minus is that it was a tad cold but there might have been a way to regulate it or ask for assistance which we didn't do as we only stayed for one night.

• Geraldine (8/5): Great central location. Good value for money. - Stylish decoration. Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice towels. . Great location close to high street but not noisy. Well designed to make use of the small space. Good value for money. The shower curtain and nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc in the shower. It was a bit cold in the bathroom and kitchen. No sink for the self catering so had to wash dishes in the bathroom hand basin.

Even though here was a storm outside I couldn’t hear it. The bed was really comfortable. I would have liked the option of a breakfast but I knew it wasn’t available on booking. The price did reflect that.

• Nik_15 (8/5): Lovely stopover - I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the accommodation was for the price. Did exceed our expectations. You have a little dining area to have breakfast or bring a takeaway meal . The standards of the room were great It's very modern and has nice touches with animal hooks for you to use. You had somewhere to put your clothes, which was ideal. The bed was very comfortable so we had a good evening sleep. It was nice to have fresh milk when first coming to property. Would definitely stay again and recommend 👌 I did not find anything we did not like.

• Joy (8/5): Quite stay away from the noise of a city - Quite, comfortable and an easy walk to the town center. A good stop for us to stay on our way from Edinburgh via Stirling and heading to Culloden Battlefield the next morning. While the bathroom is private, it is down a private hallway. No issue for us, but just know that ahead of time.

The outside space was lovely and I really wish we could have stayed longer at this property. There was no guest book. I can't fault our stay at all but it was a shame we couldn't see notes other holiday makers had left. When I have stayed elsewhere, others have often left useful information about the area and property for the next guests that stay.

• Sarah (10/5): Great place!!! - I was attending a wedding at the weekend. The Ardenbeg was the perfect location for this! Reasonably priced compared to other places in the area! Had everything I needed, little fridge, milk provided for the tea & coffee. Room was very comfortable, clean & spacious. Bathroom had everything I needed, the towels were large & fluffy which I greatly appreciated. Would happily stay here again on my next visit. Staff were very helpful, I asked last minute to extend my checkout by 1 hrs due to my lift share to the airport being an hour later. They replied straight away & were happy for me to stay which I was very grateful for!! Thanks again! The only thing I can think of, a little TV on the wall would of been great. When I got back in the evenings I like to pop the TV on with a cuppa before bed, also like the background noise whilst getting ready for the day. But thats a personal preference as a solo traveller!

A su vez está situado en un pueblo con muchos servicios y el hecho de aparcar en la puerta es muy positivo. Solo había un pequeño frigorífico y una máquina para calentar agua y leche, un pequeño tostador o un pequeño microondas podría facilitar muchas cosas!
