• Helia Raysa (9/5): Bien, con cosas a mejorar. - Luminoso, bien equipado, limpio y decoración agradable. Se agradece el papel higiénico, el café, las toallas, el fairy y los productos de limpieza. No hay tapa para el microondas. La persiana del salón está rota y no sube. El agua caliente se acaba cuando se duchan a la vez otras personas del edificio que hay 3 apartamentos turísticos juntos. Se agradecería un rollo de papel de cocina.

• samuel (10/5): Highly recommend - Fantastic location and really comfortable and clean apartment, so easy to get to from the airport and then to get into the main city or the beach, I would highly recommend The hosts are great communicators with helpful tips about the local area and in the property. Nothing to dislike about this property
• Meredith (7/5): - The location was excellent Only 2 cups, was 3 of us,had to buy some, no oven, coffee pods didn't fit machine, no smart TV. Just small things,not really a problem but would have been nice !

• Mariska (7/5): Al met al prima, zolang je van het Valenciaanse stadsleven houd! - Het was erg fijn dat de supermarkt op loopafstand was. Maar het was ook heel fijn dat de metro om de hoek zit en je binnen een half uur in het centrum bent Het appartement is erg gehorig. Vrachtwagen wat de containers midden in de nacht komt legen, is duidelijk hoorbaar. Mensen overstraat, je hoort ze binnen praten. Zaterdagavond is er muziek en binnen in het appartement, kun je daarvan meegenieten. Verder mogen de kussens wel dikker zijn.. nu ligt het niet echt comfortabel.
• marek135 (8/5): Príjemný apartmán v tichej štvrti blízko všetkého - Príjemný apartmán na prvom poschodí starého rybárskeho domu. Odovzdanie kľúčov na kód. Hlavná spálňa priestranná, tvrdšia ale nám vyhovujúca posteľ (a trocha užšia). Žiadne tlačiace pružiny ako bolo v iných recenziách, zrejme majiteľ vymenil matrac. V druhej spálni tiež užšie rozkladacie dvojlôžko s kvalitným tvrdým matracom. Kuchyňa - obývačka postačujúca, kávovar na kapsule a 7 kapsulí pre hostí ako aj čaj, kúpeľňa má aj bidet. Teplota vody a tlak OK. Vo všetkých izbách AC s funkciou kúrenia ako aj separátne ohrievače v spálňach. Obe spálne majú plytký balkón, iba na státie. Dve minúty naľavo výborne zásobený supermarket, oproti vchodu miesta menšia tržnica, pod oknami lekáreň a tabak shop, 1 min za rohom konečná zastávka električky - metra č.10 ktorou k Oceanografic je to 2 zastávky, na stanicu do centra asi 15 min. Okolie je tiché a kľudné s výborným prístupom na pláž, do centra, Rusafa aj Oceanografic. Naozaj výborná lokalita. Parkovanie na ulici alebo na veľkom parkovisku za apartmánom bezproblémové. Zápach v kúpeľni - problém sprchového kútu, majiteľ sa snaží zápach prekryť aromatizérmi. Sprchový kút je tmavý, kuchyňa mohla byť lepšie vybavená riadmi, v TV hrajú 4 programy aj to nie vždy. Dvere do kúpeľne nejdú zavrieť, ale stačí vložiť medzi zárubňu poskladaný papier a je to. Ale stačilo by posunúť zámok aby zaskočil jazýček, nechápem prečo to majiteľ nespraví. Nočné stolíky nemajú úložný priestor a iba jedno nočné svetlo v spálni. Ale sú to detaily, je to výborný pomer cena výkon s fantastickou polohou.
• Gregorio (7/5): Estupendo - Las instalaciones geniales, cerca de la zona del museo de las ciencias y muy bien comunicado. Respecto a otros comentarios que lei he de decir que el mal olor del baño existe pero es leve y para nada me parece una ducha pequeña, las habiataciones son amplias y comodas con balcones que dan al exterior. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. Por poner una pega no hay lavadora. Y cierto que a veces de noche en la calle hay ruido pero en nuestro caso de una semana tan solo fue una noche el dia que el ruido se extendio hasta las 1 de la noche, el resto de noche nada relevante.

• Prieto Barbarin (10/5): - El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Y estaba bien ubicado al lado de parada del metro, En la calle hay supermercado , estanco, farmacia ,panaderia ..... El barrio es tranquilo y sin problema para aparcar el coche. El océanografico está a sólo dos paradas de metro. Todo estaba bien.

• Marijke (8/5): Leuke accomodatie. - De bedden. Kamers waren netjes en schoon. De badkamer stinkt naar riool. Is niet te verbloemen. Het douche gedeelte te donker. De bank is echt vreselijk om op te zitten.
• Matteo (5/5): - Ha una buona posizione per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, fuori dal caos della città, posizione ottima per oceanografic e vari musei. Purtroppo la struttura presentava dei difetti risolvibile con qualche manutenzione, le finestre non si chiudevano correttamente, la tapparella della cucina non si alzava completamente e una di quelle a motore, posizionata nella camera padronale a breve smetterà di funzionare, abbiamo dovuto anche spazzare perché ci siam resi conto che i pavimenti sembrava non essere stati puliti adeguatamente

• Hyun joo (9/5): Good little apartment for a short stay. - Good size apartment for 3 nights. Very clean. Air conditioning was good. The kitchen could have more basic things such as a kitchen towel and wine opener. No AC in the small bedroom. Very close to the Consume supermarket. The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows need changing as they do not have any support. The area itself has nothing to do however it is only 10 minute walk to Oceanografico if you know the directions.

• Adrian (8/5): Very good - It was a pleasant stay, a little noisy, but not something annoying. The flat is big, 2 rooms and one living room, very clean and the host was very fast with our demands. Be careful if you want to book this flat in the winter period, because the only way you can warm it is by AC, witch is not enough. We ask the host for a radiator and he helped us, but in the bathroom and living room it was still cold.
• Gábor (9/5): Nice well equipped apartment - Clean, nice apartment with great host. We didn't spend too much time in it as we spent most of the time in the city, but was good and as shown on the pictures. We found out that Nazaret district is not the most exciting place to visit, but was OK.

• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - The stay at the Appartement was amazing. The moment we walked in we were amazed by the beauty and love for details. The supermarket and pharmacy is around the corner. The bus stop is only 1 minute away and you get to the city very easily. The owner of the Appartement were very amazing. Whenever we needed something they responded within minutes to solve it. In conclusion we would recommend the stay at the Tierra Appartement ❤️. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
