- Mark (9/5): Great house, the best village location. - Honeycott is full of character and unique. The location is the best for the old village. Really comfortable lounge and bedrooms. The back yard really needs a BBQ. It has a plinth for one. The climber plants are in need of a trim.

- John (10/5): Early break in Devon - Central location within easy reach of all the amenities with off road parking. The small private garden at the rear was perfect for relaxing after a busy day sight seeing. The lack of double glazing meant a bit of disturbance from the noisy pub across the road but only on the Friday and Saturday night.
- Brian (10/5): This is a beautiful property in a perfect location in Croyde. I would love to visit again in the future. - Excellent location and a really beautiful property Nothing apart from the fridge wouldn’t shut. We had to remove a shelf. Just a small thing though.
