• К (1/5): Ужасно - Абсолютно ничего! Абсолютно всё! Не дозвонилась до администратора, даже с 3 попытки и не перезвонил. С момента открытия двери стоит нереально ужасный запах - как будто попала в столовую, а не в отель. Отель - один этаж, несколько комнат, как в общежитии.

• Dariana (10/5): Всё было прекрасно, удобно и комофортно - Очень понравилось расположение в городе, вид из окна, наличие балкона в номере, так как попали в холодную погоду, пришлось многие планы отменить, в номере имеется телевизор с выходом в интернет и видеосервисами, была возможность себя развлечь. Также мы бронировали номер заранее, была бесплатная отмена бронирования, а также не требовалась предоплата. Была возможность списаться с работникам хостела и обговорить детали. Нас встретила Мари, мы общались на английском (мы с подругой язык не очень хорошо знаем), но нам всё очень понятно объясняли, отвечали на все вопросы, оплатили номер мы после выселения (предоставили выбор), также Мари вызвалась нас подвезти до автобусной станции. Остались очень приятные впечатления! Не могу отметить какие-либо минусы. Для поездки на 1 ночь всё было отлично. Единственное, что когда мы приехали, долго не могли найти само здание, так как там не было опознавательных знаков или номера дома. Но это решилось в переписке с сотрудниками.
• Lisa (8/5): Excellent location in Borjomi - Excellent location near the park and easy walk into the town. Very good price for value for money. The associated restaurant was pleasant with some good food. The staff were friendly and flexible. They allowed us to store luggage at neighbouring hotel. Bed was comfortable, please was very clean. The room was a bit of an odd set up a the duplex is accessed by a ladder in the middle of the room which also allows balcony access, so need to be able bodies to do this. The duplex area is spacious but you might worry with small children they could fall down.

• Vladimir (5/5): Good - Location. Neighbours was smoking all night long. There was nothing to breathe. Also great hearing. They speak loudly until 4 am.

• yosi (9/5): מלון מקסים במיקום מעולה - המלון במיקום מושלם ! ישירות על הרחוב הראשי, הצוות הכי נחמד בעולם, עשו הכל על מנת לעזור, שמרו לנו חניה כשהיה צריך. חדרים יפים, מיטות נהדרות. החדר ל 4 כולל עלייה לגלריה באמצעות סולם שחוסם את דלת הכניסה, לא הכי נח.

• Ludovica (7/5): Un paio di giorni a Borjomi ☺️ - La struttura è carina! Siamo stati bene 😊 Ci hanno accolto e lasciato piena autonomia. La posizione è comoda perché è proprio nel centro di Borjomi. La camera è molto carina ma non ci sono molte zone per appoggiare le cose.
• Evgeny (9/5): - 1. Удобное расположение с видом на реку, сосны, горы (правда и на тихую, небольшую дорогу, проходящую между отелем и набережной). Отель - в паре минут ходьбы до входа в парк. 2. Номера с балконом дают возможность насладиться видами. 3. Идеальная чистота и новизна мебели и оборудования. 4. Была предоставлена бесплатная парковка прям перед отелем, что в условиях ограниченного пространства небольшого города - идеально! 5. Радушные хозяева и теплый прием. 6. При отеле ресторан с хорошей кухней.
• Aleksandra (9/5): Nice hotel in the center - Very nice & cozy hotel in the heart of touristic Borjomi. Very nice & cheerful staff & owner. New & comfortable rooms. Just one thing wanted to say to help owners make their place perfect: please note your guests about “quiet hours” from 23:00 till 08:00 because its very poor soundproofing. And also try to do something with a street dog which barks loudly at 5-6 am. It’s impossible to have a rest at all:((( I was sleeping ~ 4 hours this night because of the rude neighbors and a dog.
• Olha (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hotel with a perfect location just steps away from the park. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the spacious room with a beautiful balcony — a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Borjomi!

• Lara (9/5): Superb - We had a lovely time at Greenwod in Borjomi. The room was cosy and contained everything we needed for our night's stay. Located near a picturesque river, there were good restaurants and cafes in walking distance, as well as access to the nearby national park. Bacho was a fantastic host, speaking good English and Spanish, and he was able to recommend us places to visit in the town. I would highly recommend booking here!

• Yelyzaveta (10/5): An amazing stay in Borjomi at Greenwood! - An amazing stay in Borjomi at Greenwood! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greenwood in Borjomi this September. The property is set in a picturesque and very convenient location. Our room also had a cozy balcony. The room was very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The owner of Greenwood is very friendly. He was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. We are grateful for the hospitality and helpful advices. The staff at the reception spoke English and were always ready to help. Highly recommend Greenwood for anyone visiting Borjomi! 100% we will come back! -

• Katya (7/5): Good - Great location, right next to the park, plenty of shops nearby, nice view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and easy to contact. Rooms were clean and having a fridge was a bonus. Guests could borrow umbrellas which was useful as the weather in Biorjomi can be quite changeable. Rooms are quite small. We lived in a quadriple room, but the number of tea and coffee sets were only provided for two. The ladder to the top level of the quadriple room prevented the bathroom and the entrance door from opening fully. Still, we felt it was a clever space-saving solution, and the top floor was very cosy. Cards were not accepted, so made the payment a little tricky.
• Robert (7/5): Good - the room is located in the city center 100 meters away form the entrance to the Borjomi central park. though it is highly congested area with parking issues, the hotel staff managed to arrange a parking for us Infront of the hotel. also the restaurant bellow was highly convenient and welcoming with a great staff and great service. the room itself is small. The bathroom/ shower is extremely small. not very good to accommodate a family. There are some more attention to details needed. e.g. adding a trash can, small refrigerator for drinks, adding a curtain to the shower, etc.
• Mfemino (9/5): Nice and cosy hotel near Borjomi park - Greenwood hotel is very central, by the river and 5 minute walk from the park. Staff is attentive, they supported us in finding a parking place that is very important in Borjomi. The room was small but cosy with a nice view. Our cat was also happy.
