• stefania (8/5): Appartamento spazioso in zona tranquilla - Zona tranquilla e comoda per gli spostamenti. L'appartamento ha spazi ampi con un comodo ingresso al piano inferiore. Si trova dietro la Chiesa Santa Lucia dove è conservato l'ultimo dipinto di Caravaggio. Il mobilio è un pò rovinato e la doccia ha un problema di scarico.

• Meadow (10/5): - The property was a two minute walk to a beautiful sunrise walk by the docks. Also not a far walk from the train station. It’s just what I wanted and needed for my stay in Siracusa.

Rather well equipped, but I needed to wash the kitchen equipment before using it. The small coffee maschine was not complet so not possible to use. Not very clean, especially the kitchen

• Antje (10/5): - Sehr schönes, gemütliches Appartement mit viel Platz im Eingangsbereich (falls man ein Rad dabei hat). Das Viertel ist sehr schön. Gut gelegen für Fahrradtouren und zur Altstadt oder Bahnhof läuft man nur 15min. Sehr freundlicher, zuverlässiger und gut erreichbarer Vermieter!

• Daphne (7/5): Fair bargain - There was space. The bed was okay, obviously the apartment was being reworked. I never used the kitchen. The apartment is further back so I imagine it's quiet always. The stairs are not for everyone.

• Dmytro (10/5): Exceptional - For me it was real Italian authentic apartment. It's not "usual hotel" apartment. It's really interesting. If you want to feel Italian vibe absolutely recommend. It's not new, but I had everything I needed. Host was friendly and flexible. Boiler could be bigger. But for 1 person is ok
• Marcin (7/5): A weekend stay - The room was big enough and perfect for our short stay. The location was not bad (short walk from Ortigia and the centre). The room was equipped with gas hob and basic kitchen utensils. It was clean but not very new. It's a quiet area, though. The neighbourhood is not very clean and the bed could be more comfortable.

• Rikki (5/5): Ortigia is lovely, but I was glad to leave the apartment - Good location to access the centre + Ortigia. Reasonable local feel. Clean bed linen + towels No air in the flat, stuffy. Didn't smell so fresh. Noisy neighbours. Fridge didn't work. Dead cat in the adjoining back yard. No mosquito netting. Some disturbing decor.

• Χαρούλα (10/5): Excellent stay at Gigiotto! - Everything was great! The landlord was friendly and very helpful. The accommodation had everything we needed and more.. The flat was very cosy and sweet and the location was perfect..quiet, still within walking distance to Ortygia. Highly recommended!! Everything was perfect!

• Ignacio (9/5): for sure I will comeback if I have the option - First the owner was super friendly, he give me a lot of good tips. the place promises everything it offers, neither more nor less. not great luxuries but what is necessary to be able to have a good time without having to share with more people, and what is necessary to have a very good instance. the location is super nice without screaming people on the street, save place and laundry place close too and market if you like cook your dinner they don’t have laundry, I miss it, but just because I feel like in home and my clothes was super dirty after traveling under rain. they have some problem with the ventilation of the bathroom but just you can open a door and make good ventilation. during the night I didn’t feel something bad. and they don’t have a proper knife for cook :D

• Anton (7/5): Siracusa, you, a flat and some loud cats - Nice flat for one traveler. Has everything you need, bed, bathroom, fridge, kitchen, sofa. Luigi does not speak English but is generally easy enough to understand. Was quick to help with questions. The TV did not really work, as I stayed for two nights only this was not a big problem, but you may wanna address this. Kitchen could have some more tools. Also be sure to consider that this flat is quite a walk away from Ortigia. Check the map!
