- Julie (10/5): Relaxed stay for a family catch up - Beautiful beach house close to beach through a easy track close to shops restaurants all walking distance ,plenty of room for 8 Bbq was not working properly
- Markc (8/5): Overall, a great time and lots of fun, would stay again. - The location and house were a great spot, very clean and well maintained. It was very easy to just park the car, unpack, settle in and relax. The upstairs and downstairs areas worked well for our family. The main bedroom was massive with a lovely ensuite and outlook The back deck was ideal for socialising with direct access to the beach just over the dune via the back gate which was very convenient. The Main Bedroom bed was way too small, the main bedroom deserved at least a King Size bed to make it complete and a much better sleeping experience. The TV in the lounge was a nice big size however it was a dated Panasonic and did not have all the desired streaming apps such as Kayo and Stan, so the owners may consider upgrading the TV. We ran out of hot water on the second night and discovered the hot water switch in the power box had tripped out, so would keep and eye on that in the future.

Direct access to beach, (albeit a bit rugged), is a plus and close location to Sawtell centre is great a very easy walk from house. Well equipped and furnished, comfy beds, quality linen and towels . Perfect in every way N/A
