• Qais (4/5): Because the mold we suffered and effected in our trip. - The room was clean The mold smell everywhere. We spoke with owner when we arrived but she said no mold at the apartment but she wasn’t honest unfortunately. My wife was suffering from the smell because she is allergic .

• Malte (10/5): - A great little hide away close to the city center. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything one needed to spend two nights in Palermo. It didn't bother me because I was out most of the time, but the apartment is not made to hang out in. There is no windows except the door towards the street. Also, the fan in the bathroom was a bit loud.
• Žgank (9/5): - Hitro odzivna komunikacija s strani lastnice, cistoca, vse kar je bilo navedeno v ponudbi je bilo na voljo. Parkrat je bil izpad elektrike, za kar je bilo tudi nemudoma poskrbljeno, malo zatohel vonj ob prvem prihodu v stanovanje, ampak kasneje se je to izgubilo.

• Edgardo (9/5): Stay at NaNica when in Palermo! - Host was super kind and responsive before and during our trip. She was always prompt and detailed in her responses. The property was new, modern, super clean, well equipped- it had washer, dryer, microwave, coffee, cooking range, bed was super comfortable and offered strong WiFi. Location was super convenient to the Independence Plaza where you can catch several bus options to go around Palermo, to Modello Beach, historic Monreale to name a few, and an easy walk to the city arch to the main Palermo central area with rows of shops, food and historical attractions - like Royal Palace, Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Cinta and many more. Bathroom is new, clean and bright. Shower had good water pressure but small. Bathroom was cold and ceiling vent when light is turned on is very loud.
• Patricia (9/5): Once logistics were sorted it was very easy to get around. - It was only an 8-10 m walk to bus connection and a fabulous cafè, which was a 5 min from the boundaries to the city centre. The Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. It was a safe neighbourhood. While the front door had shuttered windows, it would have been nice to have a bit more sunlight.

• Matthew (10/5): Na Nica is the best place to stay in Palermo! - We loved the location, near the old city center and within walking distance to all we wanted to see. The kitchen was great, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The kitchen layout is nice as well. It's actually a roomy studio apartment and has a washer and dryer if you need laundry done. Our host, was very responsive via whatsapp, and we had zero issues. Parking seems to always be a stress in Sicily. I was able to park outside on the street in front of the apartment, so I left my car there during the stay.
• Sebastian (10/5): Excellent Property and Close to Train Station - Very nicely appointed apartment. Modern amenities, clean and fresh. The scums around the property location. Exercise vigilance when entering and leaving the property.
