kerstin (3/5): - Nähe zum Strand Nicht sauber genug, Duschkabine sehr alt und abgenutzt, dadurch gammelig. Fenster, Terrassen, Ecken der Wohnung nicht sauber. Abendrot genießen hieß, quasi auf der Straße zu sitzen. Dafür war es viel zu teuer. ☹️
simone (4/5): Abendrot julisruh - Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar. Die Küche war mit dem gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Balkon prima für Urlaub mit dem Hund. Die Kaffeemaschine war schlecht nutzbar da es überall tropfte und die Warmhalteplatte war völlig verrostet. An den Fensterrahmen war 2 cm dicker schwarzer schmieriger Schimmel. Ebenso die Duschabtrennung war unten im Rahmen mit Schimmel voll. Die Terrassen hatten Spinnweben über Spinnweben und waren nicht mal ausgefegt. Der Laminat Fußboden hatte seine Zeit hinter sich.... Ein paar Filzgleiter wären eine einfache Lösung gewesen. Es war außerdem nicht möglich den Boden zwischen durch zu reinigen da kein Besen da war und der Staubsauger keine Funktion hatte.
