• Predrag (6/5): - The balcony view is nice, there is plenty of storage space, the kitchen is equipped, and there is a dishwasher. The apartment looks like the photos, but it clearly needs renovation and professional cleaning. One of the toilets, which the owner said was broken, was actually usable and for us four it was important to have an extra toilet, but it had remnants of feces. Hairs were on the floor and sofa, the double bed is very uncomfortable and creaks, the bunk bed steps in the children's room are unsecured, and the bedding should be renewed. One air conditioner in the living room cannot cool the bedrooms, and daytime temperatures are very high. Access to the beach requires nearly 200 steps, which makes carrying beach equipment difficult. For the price, we expected much more professionalism from the management.

The hosts were kind and welcoming, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
• Petro (10/5): Exceptional - The DUJE apartments in Opatija exceeded all expectations! Spacious, clean, and well equipped, they offer a cozy and modern atmosphere. The sea view from the windows is simply stunning, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to the beach and the city center. The hosts are very attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions. Parking is a benefit. I parked big car with no problems. It truly feels like home here, making for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and beautiful surroundings. None.
• Gogo (10/5): Exceptional - I like everything in this apartment. So many things are new like the sofa , kitchen facilities,mattress, etc . The view is breathtaking. The air condition works great . The apartment is so big and the neighbours are great . Our favorite part was the balcony.
