• Davita (8/5): - Clean place close to Cerritos. Only stayed one night so was not there very long. Dog friendly. The road to get there is a bit rough and very dark. Also not many restaurants nearby or easy to access.

• Michele (10/5): - Il personale era super disponibile e in generale il posto ha una vibe davvero piacevole. Fanno moltissime attività come surf, yoga, ecc e la posizione è super vicina alla spiaggia. L'appartamento era molto pulito, decorato con molto gusto e davvero spazioso. Un paradiso!
• Patrik (10/5): - Emplacement à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Spacieux et bien équipé. Cuisinière avec four, frigo congelateur. Nous avons fait deux nuits à Noël 2025 et de nouveau 2 nuit mi-mars 2026 Petit restaurant mexicain juste à côté. Superbe vue et balcon pour les grands studios donnant côté océan. On y reviendra surtout pour les studios avec vue sur l'océan. Bruit de la pompe qui se met en marche (studio côté parking). Ventillateur sur pied, mais pas de clim (cela aurait été paradis). Heureusement il faisait frais la nuit.

Loved the simplicity of the accommodations - clean, comfy bed, great outdoor porch, wonderful cross breeze all day and night, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Good WIFI
• Heidi (4/5): No Air Conditioning, Smell Stagnant Grey Water - Room #7 No air conditioning and no ceiling fans. only one portable fan with room temp in the high 80’s. Asked for second fan but denied. Asked for a second chair to sit outside for a breeze but denied. Stench from stagnant pools of grey water from laundry overpowering. Dog poop left for days watch out. Grating/Irritating noise of water pump every few minutes. We liked the kitchen with big frig and easy beach access to the south without all the Yuppie Hip Hype that Cerritos has become. This could be a great place with a little effort and upgrades. Also deck area with wood floor is rotting so be very careful if you use. Last night karaoke at Don Nachos so noisy. Desert location nice. See above for like and dislikes

• Jennifer (10/5): Good value for price. Good location for my needs. - Convenient location attached to a restaurant. Laundry services on the property for longer stays. Close to beach but far enough away from the noisier bar/restaurants. Salvadore and Fani were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking.

Es fácil de llegar, muy cerca del pueblo, cuenta con lavandería, una tienda de alimentos y detalles como prendas de ropa, las habitaciones estan limpias, son grandes - sala, cocina, recamara y baño. Cuanta con su área de jardín muy agradable y limpio. Tiene estacionamiento muy accesible. Y lo más encantador desdé mí punto de vista es que aceptan mascotas. Mí perrita esta encantada con el jardín explorando toda el área. Los perritos y gato del hotel son muy amistosos, divinos. El personal super amable, atentos muy respetuosos. Gracias a todos por su fraternidad, estoy feliz de haberme quedado en su hotel Experience.

It was a surprise when we got there as the photos online show something quite different. Very low class.

• Patrik (10/5): 2 nuits à Pescadero - Nous avons passé deux nuits. Une nuit dans un studio de deux chambres (grand balcon avec vue sur la mer), super calme et la seconde nuit dans un studio d'une chambre. Tous les deux étaient rès bien équipés. Parking et restaurant juste à côté. Personnel très sympatique. Le studio "une chambre" était un petit peu plus bruyant à cause des pompes qui sont à l'extérieur, mais de dramatique. Un petit plus serait de prévoir un porte savon dans la douche ( pour le studio une chambre).

• sebastien (10/5): Parfait dans un désert de cactus! - L’environnement au milieu des Cactus et à 10 minutes de la plage Los Cerritos idéal pour le surf de tout les niveaux et la baignade. Cuisine complète et supermarché à 20 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes de voiture. Nous voyageons sans voiture et accès hyper facile en UBER depuis Cabo San Luca ( même prix que le bus si vous êtes 4). Nous avons adoré! Fanny a été hyper gentille et aimable. Elle nous a même conduit gracieusement à l’arrêt d’autobus pour Todos Santos à 10 minutes de voiture. Rien!

• Rebecca (7/5): Our experience at EXPERIENCE left us underwhelmed. - Spacious room with kitchenette and drinking water provided. Quiet during the night even with the adjacent restaurant. Staff was nowhere to be found for check-in and check-out. Rooms need a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially the floors. Also, strangely no hooks in the bathroom for towels so everything was draped around the room to dry or on the outside rack with the bathing suits. Quite cool in the night and a real blanket (not just a throw) should be provided. Found a different place for the last two nights with a pool and hot tub for a better price.
• Chiara (10/5): Exceptional - The place is just a gem in the desert. Remote, lonely, cozy, and boho-surfing-style. The apartment was well equipped and super clean, with an adorable terrace with chairs and hammock with a view on the desert and the sea. Simply amazing. Todos Santos is only 10 minutes drive and definitely worth a visit. The beach is 10 minutes walk with a dramatic view (including whales) and many surfers. Some truck bars can be found on the Cerrito beach.

• Strat (4/5): Okay for a short, cheap stay but you get what you pay for! - We spent almost a week here to work and explore Los Cerritos. We were drawn to the work stations and desk chair. Most of what we liked was outside of our room: the beach, the restaurants near by, the outdoor deck getting lots of sun in the morning, the patio view, and they had a laundry service which was very helpful after a long trip. Based on our stay though, you can pay a little bit more and get a much better experience. Unfortunately we did not find our apartment to be very comfortable. The walls and floors are very thin so you can hear anyone talking or walking near by. The floors actually bend while walking on them... Many of the amenities need some maintenance. For example, our shower was draining very slowly and the bathrooms smelt like sewage most of the time. Many of the drawers and cupboards are loose. I couldn't use the hammock because it was sun bleached and tearing. I feel bad saying it, because you can tell the owners have put a lot of work in, but our unit needs some solid work for it to be a comfortable space. The pictures look way nicer than the reality.

BUT I COULD SEE SOME GUESTS WONDERING WHERE THE "ICE MACHINE" WAS LOCATED...
