• Milena (3/5): Muy decepcionados - Realmente no me gustó nada de este hotel. De pronto las piscinas, pero normalmente uno no va a un hotel cerca al mar para quedarse en la piscina. El lugar. Hay un mar donde uno no se puede bañar. No hay restaurantes ni lugares para pasar un rato cerca. Lo único que encontramos fue una tienda para comprar algunas bebidas. Este hotel puede ser ideal para una persona que no planea salir del hotel, pero si la idea es disfrutar del mar y del entorno no es recomendable. La cama, a pesar de ser una habitación para dos personas era de tamaño sencillo. Las opciones en el restaurante eran buenas, pero la relación calidad precio muy deficiente. El baño estaba sucio la división de vidrio tenía grasa. En realidad no entendí el concepto de este hotel. Aparte de todo, aunque no es culpa del hotel se fue la luz durante la noche y casi nos ahogamos en la habitación.

• Greg (6/5): - We had the place to ourselves for 2 nights. The pools were lovely. The hammocks were great. Room smelled of severage. There was not hot water to showers. The last 2 kms to the resort had a lot of large potholes.

Pero algo que nos encantó muchísimo la comida, sin duda alguna se degustó muchísimo (almuerzo) Que la piscina principal, estuviera en mantenimiento por ello, no estaba disponible para uso de los huéspedes, se que no depende del hotel pero la carretera por las lluvias presentaba charcos grandes, talvez chequear el tema del agua caliente, aunque no es necesario por el maravilloso clima (pero por los niños)..

Al momento del check out del hotel ingresaron vendedores ILEGALES de huevos de tortugas, observe qué a venderle a una trabajadora del hotel, una mujer los recibió, aclaro que la venta y consumo de huevos de tortuga es ILEGAL. No deberían de permitir que se venda o consuma o ingresen este tipo te alimentos en su hotel...

I like the hamacas - The person the received us at the office/lobby did not have any training on how to greet customers at a hotel. Made us fill out everything, I thought that was his job. Also he didn’t give us any directions or information about breakfast times, location of breakfast, anything about the wifi? We had to find out on our on where things were etc In the other hand The girl serving us at the restaurant was so helpful, and so attentive, we received the best service from her, we gave her a big tip bc she was the best!! The beds are really bad!!😬 shower was not cleaned enough, only superficial cleaningness!! Hmm 🤔 would not stay there again

We let the staff know and no one responded so we had to kill roaches, spiders, ants, and a small scorpion ourselves. The sheets did not smell clean.

• Julyana (7/5): Good - The place is quiet. It was almost just for ourselves. We really liked the privacy and the fact that there were 2 swimming pools. The staff were great and very attentive. They let us stay in the facilities after we return the keys. Food was one of the concerns of the place, they do not have all the options on the menu, even for breakfast fried plantains were missing and did not replace it with something else. We wanted coconuts, we requested 8 and they brought just 4. Bring repellent since there are mosquitos, especially at night. It is not beach front, but you can walk 2 blocks to get there. A suggestion for the hotel would be to clean the mold in the sinks and showers.

The location of the hotel was hard to find. We have to drive a good 10 minutes or more on dirt road to get to the hotel. I think the price is too much for the location. You have to walk a good 3 to 5 minutes to the beach, The restaurant was out of different items on the menu, We had an early flight and night attendant was nowhere to be found. We looked for him and honk the car horn until 20 minutes later he appeared to open gate to get out.
