• Vadim (8/5): Ok, but not great - Great location and relatively good property condition. A few things should be improved: - Check in experience was poor. No code for key safe was shared in time, had to call multiple numbers to get the code. Communication could be better. - Property should be renovated, as some furniture items were is poor state (ex table) - Cleaning was not done properly - dust everywhere.

• Rima (7/5): I stayed in the flat 7 years ago,it was in much better condition,not sure if the host changed… - Location is excellent, in the old town. just nightclub on the ground floor, could hear the music until 2-3am. We were family with kids, so the night club in the below floor wasn’t great for us. The flat requires a bit of refresh- change of bed sheets,towels,toilet brush 😗, replace the broken chairs.

• Arnas (6/5): - Location is best thing about this property. Problems with parking, 4 free parking spaces nearby but they are always taken by other people. The apartment requires some refreshments (coffee table, kitchen chairs, bathroom, TV). Because it is located above pub/bar noise is also a problem.

• Mārcis (7/5): - Location is great for Nida visitors. Plenty of cafes and bars around and nice walkway near the city canal. It was challenging to find the entrance. I could not get an invoice for the stay although after several attempts of asking for it host said I has been sent, but never received it.
• Paulius (8/5): Viešnagė buvo puiki, kadangi buvo miesto šventė. - Gera strateginė padėtis, viskas vietoje - parduotuvės, kavinės. Apartamentai nauji, gražūs, bet labai netvarkingi. Neaišku ar šeimininkai netvarkingi ar kambarių tvarkytoja. Virtuvinis rankšluostis turbūt nuo Klaipėdos miesto įkūrimo, kėdžių atlošai sulaužyti ir susukti su lipnia juosta, žurnalinis staliuko stalviršis matęs visko, sienos daug kur reikalauja kosmetinio remonto. Šviestuvo gaubtas sudaužytas. Apartamentai būtų gražus, bet reikalauja tvarkos.
• Kristina (7/5): Even the location was good, there was too much noise in the evening, as there are a lot of bars on the first floor of th - Good location. There wasn’t enough equipment in the flat for your daily routine. Some of the equipment was damaged.
• Despoina (9/5): Excellent apartment, troubling communication. - Spacious, practical, fully epuipped apartment at a perfect location, in a modern building with a beautiful side river view. Nobody expected us as agreed in booking.com, no instructions were sent to us since someone was supposed to meet us, although our arrival time at the apartment was confirmed in booking.com messages, so we had to call several times to get our instructions for the entrance location and the key box. We were standing right outside the building, tired and insecure by the situation and waiting with our luggage! The Wi-Fi instructions were hard to find and only had password and no network name. For our whole week stay, we found only one small and two large towels and two halves of toilet paper rolls. We called the host to ask for more. The host said they were enough and suggested us to use the washing machine. We insisted, since we were on holiday, and got them the next day by a helpful cleaning lady. The apartment had some brand new elements and some damaged or worn out.
