• jean (7/5): Il y a place à l’amélioration - Facile de se stationner. Près des plages mais loin de la vieille ville. Des lits très confortables. Il n'y a pas de vue sur la ville, ni sur la mer seulement de grandes fenêtres qui ouvrent sur la rue. Drôle de division. Dans la cuisine, il n'y a pas de bouilloire et une toute petite cafetière. L’équipement de la cuisine est minime. Pendant notre séjour nous n’avons pas eu d'internet.
• Samantha (5/5): Stressful holiday - The property was clean and spacious for two persons The owner gave us helpful online instructions to get into the property. The owner was polite, responsive to us at all times and contactable. Towels for two people. Had some cleaning things and coffee. There were specific bins for recycling in the property. Altho we didn't understand what the instructions were. As it was in Italian. The property was less than 10 minutes walk directly to the promenade. It was about 12 mins walk to Punta Tipa hotel.we used their free WiFi for The location seemed far out of town when we first arrived. It was early on a Saturday morning. We took the airport bus which terminated at Trapani Port. Then walked. Advice would be take a taxi to the property. Everything was closed understandably. Notably, it was a Bank Holiday weekend. On arrival at the property here was no map or any instructions at all to show the local area or instructions how to work the blinds. We were in the dark. Or where the internet modem was. There was a misunderstanding with both parties about the two double beds. Booked for 2 people. One bed was made up. The owner quickly responded and more bedding was handed over to us by a woman on day one. There was no cooking utensils or a sharp knife. Ie to cut fruit or bread. We realised after the woman had left us. We couldn't get internet. It turns out the modem was behind the TV.! After contacting the owner. He showed us. We said instructions would help. We asked for cooking utensils and a sharp knife when he visited. He brought all these things and extra glasses . We used Google translate to talk due to the language barrier. The owner updated us and apologised that cables had been cut during building works nearby. My friend used a great amount of data to get help from her Sister. With support and advice my friend downloaded a data app, so that we could confidently use a Google map and keep in touch with people. My phone had broken. So we relied on her data to find places. The owner was helpful but internet problem and no maps or information at the beginning of our trip increased any stress. It was an unhappy start to our visit.

• Cesarina (9/5): Consigliatissimo - Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito. Zona semi periferica, centro raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti in auto. Abbiamo sempre trovato posteggio libero davanti casa. La zona è fornita da numerosi supermercati, uno dei quali, convenientissimo, a pochi passi. Se non si ha voglia di usare l’auto per spostarsi si trova una zona di mare pulito e molto bello a poche centinaia di metri. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

• Frans (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and comfortable apartment. Eveeything we needed, excepr missed wineglasses. Close to foodshop. Not so far from main strreet with shops. Good location between old town and Sant Guiliana beach which we liked and preferred with app 20 min walking distance. The air condition worked very well. Nothing worth mentioning
