• Nadia (5/5): - Posizione centralissima, possibilità di utilizzo dell'ombrellone da spiaggia per la durata del soggiorno. Dopo l'iniziale difficoltà di comunicazione, erano reperibili tramite whatsapp. Scarsissima comunicazione iniziale, camera buia, con pozzetto esterno sporco e maleodorante e quindi impossibilità di tenere perfino le finestre aperte, (stanza nr.3) camera che evidentemente è stata divisa dalla adiacente della quale si sente OGNI movimento. In 6 gg di permanenza nessuna pulizia né cambio asciugamani (si dovrebbero pagare 5 euro aggiuntivi per averne di puliti), peccato che sul sito al momento della prenotazione, non è specificato che non verranno effettuate. E pur essendo un affittacamere, dovrebbero segnalarlo, visto che in città altre strutture lo specificano o ancora meglio effettuano le pulizie.

• Alfieri (7/5): Cagliarifornia... - La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, il wi-fi funzionava bene, l’aria condizionata pure, e la disponibilità di ombrelloni per il mare è stata molto gradita. Le stanze erano abbastanza insonorizzate, quindi nessun rumore viene sentito dalle altre camere o/e dall’esterno. L’host è stato presente quando serviva, anche se a volte con modi un po’ arroganti che non abbiamo apprezzato. Tuttavia, la posizione non basta a compensare tutte le carenze riscontrate. Il nostro soggiorno a Cagliarifornia è stato molto deludente. Avevamo prenotato per 8 giorni e 7 notti, ma l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle nostre aspettative. La pulizia era praticamente inesistente: già al nostro arrivo la stanza era sporca, con polvere ovunque. Uno dei due letti singoli era rotto e solo il penultimo giorno è stato sistemato. Ancora peggio è stato il fatto che, in tutta la settimana, non sia mai stato fatto un servizio di pulizia. Per un soggiorno così lungo ci saremmo aspettati almeno un cambio di asciugamani o lenzuola, o una pulizia dei bagni e della camera in generale, invece ci è stato dato un solo set di tovaglie a persona all’inizio e basta. Stesso discorso per il bagno: niente sapone o prodotti di base, e soltanto due rotoli di carta igienica da dividere in 4 per 7 giorni: davvero inaccettabile (per i prossimi ospiti che seguiranno, abbiamo lasciato una confezione di carta igienica comprata da noi, quindi sicuramente in quella stanza non mancherà). Anche la stanza non corrispondeva a quanto promesso, o meglio. La stanza doveva essere adatta a 4 persone, ma in realtà sembrava pensata per 2: troppo piccola e scomoda per starci in 4. Se una struttura si presenta come B&B ma si dimentica il dettaglio chiamato colazione (il nome stesso lo dice) direi che qualcosa non torna. Qui ci siamo ritrovati davanti a una macchinetta del caffè ma senza capsule da poter usare, quindi praticamente un soprammobile inutile, e quindi zero trasparenza sul fatto che fosse più un affittacamere travestito da bed & breakfast. Se l’idea era “colazione fai da te con aria e sporcizia”, bastava scriverlo prima. Il B&B funziona solo con self check-in, quindi non c’è nessuno fisicamente presente in struttura. Questo significa che non abbiamo avuto un punto di riferimento né per chiedere informazioni sulla città o banalmente chiedere eventuali chiarimenti/dubbi riguardo alla stanza. Mancano i servizi essenziali e un minimo di cura per gli ospiti.
• Linda (7/5): Bien - Nous avons bien aimé le mini bar, la clime, le fait que le personnel soit réactif, l’endroit où s’est situé est très bien tout est bien desservi, il y a tout à proximité. La chambre était poussiéreuse, les rideaux étaient sales, les voisins du dessus faisaient énormément de bruits.

• Hanna (9/5): Its great option to stay and explore Cagliary. - Its clean, its historical building, its very well located Its a bit noisy during the day, wall are extremely thin. At nights everything is ok

• Yun (8/5): Very good - Great location, right in the center on Cagliari. Near to restaurants and bars. The room is very private even though it’s in a shaded flat.

Thin walls, you could hear literally the whole conversation of people, the alarm in the next room (when someone comes at 1:30 and talks and leaves at 7:30 you barely sleep). The window is to the patio and through the whole night we could hear plumbing and (probably) the AC from other rooms.

Never met the owners/ hosts Room to small as was shower Lots of keys that we didn’t use on the key ring !
• Cutajar (6/5): Pleasant - Superb location! Two or coffee in the kitchen or in the room. Two of the beds are situated upstairs, however there isn’t enough space to walk and head needs to be kept down as height is around 1.5 meters

• Ag (6/5): I like place, location room was clean, but I did not like the fact about the kitchen. - I like my room, everything was clean, bed was very comfortable. I did not like the fact there was only one knife and fork in the kitchen, and they ware stored in the drawer next to dirty female bra. There w a kitchen when you enter the place, and when I asked the person to provide additional fork or knife she mentioned that we can not use the kitchen, which was not nice, why they have fridge, microwave, and café machine if we can not use them????

• Klisha (7/5): Great apartment in perfect location - Great location to see all the main sites, lovely apartment! Nothing to do with the apartment which was lovely, but parking was hard sometimes given the central location. Just worth noting if you’re planning on hiring a car.
