Le 9 me parait une totale usurpation. - A part la localisation en plein centre de Cap Town...rien Utilisateur très régulier de Booking, je fais confiance aux notes. Ici 9! J'arrive dans l'immeuble, reconnaissance faciale pour l'entrée dans l'immeuble, remise des clés OK. Nous arrivons dans l'appartement, cela ressemble aux photos...sauf qu'à bien y regarder, il manques des carreaux dans la cuisine, une latte de parquet dans le salon, les meubles sont usés et ostensiblement le lieu est mal entretenu. Lorsque nous trouvons des taches sur les draps et des poils dans le lit et la salle de bain nous appelons le manager. Lorsqu'il prend enfin le temps de se déplacer, il ne trouve rien d'anormal et dans un geste de la main il enlève les quelques poils sur la couette..."ce n'est rien". En effet, ce n'est rien si ce n'est que je me demande comment on peut avoir 9 sur Booking avec un appartement dans cet état. Quant au service client de Booking...si vous n'avez besoin de rien, ils sont à votre service!

The person in charge was friendly and always quick to help whenever I need anything. I especially enjoyed the quiet environment, the natural light coming through the windows, and the sense of independence it gave me. Overall, it was a happy and memorable living experience I don’t think I do

• chatelin (4/5): Pas terrible - La literie machine a laver dans appartement A notre arrivée personne aucun renseignement dans l appartement même pas un petit mot du propriétaire ménage fait le lendemain de notre arrivée après plus rien ont ne savait même pas où se trouvait le local a poubelles pas de balai dans appartement donc tu reste 3 jours avec de la saleté dans l appartement de ions partir a 23 h pour l avion ben comment faire avec tes bagages dehors vu que tu n est pas en sécurité dehors ou tu attends dans le hall ou alors il te propose de mettre tes bagages dans un magasin qui ferme a 17 h 30 ben non merci donc comme j étais en état de choc car nous nous sommes fait volé la carte bleue ont a payé une journée en plus pour ne pas être a la rue

• Yajna (10/5): Exceptional - I loved my stay at the apartment and cape town. Wyatt was an amazing host and very accommodating to us. We were allowed to check in early and check out later which was so convenient to us . The location is amazing from the apartment. Everything was 20min drive to attractions and there's plenty of shops downstairs. It was fantastic staying CBD with everything conveniently around us . Will definitely visit again . Nothing
• Van (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment with right furniture and decoration. Spacious and friendly for kids and to have a nice take away meal..after a long day.. Could have more guides on the city and what to do in the surroundings at different times..but discovery is also a good option

Location is bit removed from main tourist area, unit could use better upkeep/maintenance, there was no cleaning/servicing of apartment.

• Manmeeth (10/5): Zen in the City - I enjoyed the stay at Cartwright Corner. The building is impeccably clean and safe. It is easy for a car or taxi to come and pick you up and it is so centrally loc ated that one can plan day trips in all directions to explore Capetown. I didn't require a cleaning every day! but we worked that out. I always prefer a personal check-in but it worked out fine. Their are some noises from the outside due to construction on a metal roof outside of the window.

• Dave (5/5): As above - The apartment was perfectly okay, it had all that you need, was clean and tidy, no complaints at all. The check in was appalling. I had a long debate with the Guard before he would let me park in the garage (I needed a parking space number - which had not been provided to me). Once I had finally navigated that, the reception (manned by a security guard) had no idea what to do with me once I arrived. I showed her my Booking.com receipt, to no avail. Eventually after much debate the disinterested lady called someone, established that I did have a booking, and said that someone was on their way, would be there in 10 minutes. 10 Minutes later, I enquired again. Another phone call to someone, and I was told that someone would bring the key in ten minutes!! It took that, and more, before a lady arrived with the key. I was ushered upstairs, with no explanation about parking (I had secured a temporary parking), how to work the security system and the multitude of keys I had been given (later one set was retrieved from me as apparently that were given in error) or a short briefing (or welcoming note) explaining the facilities in the apartment. Finally a short message arrived with wifi code and parking number. I had to move my car, and finally the check in was done. It is a lovely apartment - but an unacceptable mission to check in which soured it for me. Thank goodness everything worked - I would have had no idea who to speak to had there been a problem.
• Vanessa (8/5): Would definitely stay here again. Lovely rooms and helpful owner. - The decor of the room was beautiful. The location, once I found it, was great. The owner was very helpful as my bag was lost by the airline and he looked after it until I returned to Cape Town, and came straight away to give me my bag. There were a few things that were loose or not quite right but the owner was glad to hear and planned to sort everything straight away. He then offered me a lift to the airport to make up for it.

• Grant (9/5): I'll be back - Location was excellent - you can't get more central. It is also safe and easily accessible, with safe parking, and close to all amenities and highways. No plug in the bath, so couldn't take a bath. Also the shower tap is lose and comes off if you're not careful.

• Fergus (9/5): Great location for exploring Cape Town - Great location, spacious apartment, modern building, security on front desk vets every visitor, secure parking. If you are happy to explore Cape Town on foot (as we were) this is a great spot. We walked everywhere including to the waterfront. There are plenty of bars on Long Street and bars and restaurants on Bree Street. People say it is unsafe to walk around Cape Town at night but we didn't have any problems. Don't walk around wearing jewelry or carrying bags. Yes there is begging but have you been to London lately? Apartment was getting a little tired but for the money it is perfectly OK and Wyatt did a good job of managing our stay.

• Cheryl (8/5): CONVENIENT LOCATION - A beautiful, spacious apartment conveniently located right in the middle of the city. The bed was huge and very comfortable! No tea or coffee was provided. There was only 1 gown. We didn't like the see-through glass doors on the bathroom! There were unexpected additional charges so the price quoted was not accurate, which is misleading.
