We had an issue at the apartment and she responded very quickly to resolve. She was very helpful with recommending us places to eat and was just so very kind. Sos parte de Bellaggio durante tu estadia. como hablamos con la administradora, quien hace poco tomó el control de NANDO, recomendamos hacer un urgente cambio del colchon. lo demas, impecable! una belleza.
• ana (9/5): Drăguț! - Studiolul este foarte organizat, dotat cu tot ce îți trebuie! Patul destul de confortabil! Pe noi nu zgomotul dimineața prea devreme de jos de la restaurant , nici ventilatorul, nici multitudinea scărilor pe care să le urci cu tot cu bagaje ci faptul ca la plecare trebuie să îți duci gunoiul ( cel puțin așa am înțeles) neștiind unde să îl ducem( la orice tomberon de pe strada)!! Nu spune nimeni dacă apa este potabilă ( nu am găsit în frigider nicio sticlă cu apă și eram însetați după scările urcate).Există restaurantul Nando și ne așteptam la o mică reducere pentru ca am stat acolo!
• Olga (10/5): - Fantastyczna lokalizacja, czystość, szybki i łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem. Rozmiar apartamentu idealny. Naprawdę udany wyjazd. Bardzo wygodne łóżko! Czasem głośno z ulicy, ale jest to część lokalizacji obiektu. Pokój również nasłoneczniał się i było w nim dość gorąco, ale pomógł mały klimatyzator :)

• Madison (10/5): Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of Bellagio - Very cute studio apartment in an amazing location in Bellagio. Very close to all restaurants, cafes and transport options to explore Lake Como. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen and washing machine which was handy. The host was also very accomodating, even requesting to personally return to the apartment to deliver us some coffee which was a very nice gesture. The apartment was very clean and worth the money, pretty much up to standard with the cost of most places around Bellagio. Would stay again if returning to Lake Como. It did get slightly hot in the late afternoon/night with the peak summer heat and no aircon, however they did provide a fan next to the bed which helped!
• Tudor-Mihai (8/5): - Very practical room, full of amenities, in a great location. Overall good for the money. Also very easy to communicate with the host. Room is not very glamorous, and the bed is not great. But these things didn't make me regret booking it.

A recently bought fan gave much welcome comfort of the very very hot days and was much appreciated Not a lot really only very minor issue was no shower gell so had to buy some.

• Lucy (8/5): Lovely stay in a great location! - The property was located on the famous street of bellagio and only a 5 minute walk from the Bellagio ferry port and the bars/restaurants/shops along the front of the lake. The balcony was big too, which we would have used more, but unfortunately it rained a lot when we were there! It will always be a special place for myself and my boyfriend as we got engaged on our stay in Bellagio! It would be nice if there was air conditioning as the apartment got quite warm throughout the day/night. It would also be nice if there was an actual ironing board to do the washing and extra toilet roll, as we had to go out and buy more.

Clear instructions of how to locate the property and access it. Excellent location in the heart of Ballagio with everything in walking distance including the best pasta and gelato down below. Large sized apartment with great facilities which was excellent value for money. Leaky shower, hot water ran out at times. Firm bed

• Elizabeth (9/5): Lovely apartment in the BEST spot! - Awesome location! Heart of Bellagio! Close to everything! Great having amenities such as a washing machine. Very cute gift basket on arrival was a lovely touch. Nothing about the property! But there is a LOT of stairs to get to the property once you get off the ferry, very hard with bags, but after a day of exploring we saw you can go via the main road and it’s all flat! Took a bit longer but much easier.

• John (10/5): Loved Bellagio, accommodation very central just beautiful, recommend to anyone - Location was great, with shutters closed you could not hear any noise. Although we had a great taxi driver from Como train station to accommodation, we had had a long trip as trains were running very late and as a result the train connections we booked weren't right, because of being so late we decided to get a taxi. Later discovered there were far easier/cheaper ways to get to Bellagio. We would suggest that various travel options be made easily available would be very helpful to future travellers.

• -- (1/5): Terrible, Host disdainful and lies in listing and after booking. AVOID! - It was clean. Americans - Id suggest you do not stay here, you will be livid at the treatment and disdain they have for paying guests.... they have bad service which is unsurprisingly why their restaurant "Nando" in Bellagio town has some of the lowest ratings in the entire town. Misleading advertising. I have a screenshot of the listing which said verbatim that it is "1 living room, 1 separate bedroom..." but there is no separate bed room or living room! The kitchen sink is 4 feet from the bed.... the bed is effectively in the kitchen, so this is not a 1 bedroom with separate 1 living room. Notice how all the listing pictures of the property are taken to hide the fact that the bed is right in the kitchen and there's not another space. When I raised this big discrepancy to the host upon checkin, they were threatening me to send them my passport etc. which they only informed me a few hours earlier (we are traveling with no wifi, not responding to emails on their schedule). We rinsed coffee cups and plates and left them in the sink. We stayed 3 nights and made cheese and pasta 1 night. We left the latter in the fridge bc we didn't want pests to get to it in the trash. **The host took items out of the fridge and strew them about and sent a false video that we left the apartment a mess. Absolutely ridiculous experience. ** I think she may have done this because she knew we were going to write a bad reveiw about the false advertising. Would never stay again.

• Janne (9/5): Superb - Location is superb! Apartment was really nice and clean. Owner was kind and easy to communicate with. Perfect for couples. If you need to buy groceries, there's only a small store near with basic supplys. "Supermarkets" are quite far.

• Martin (10/5): A great location with all the comforts of home. - The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the shopping area that is close to the church and information point. A small market is nearby for fresh items. The apartment is quickly accessible to the ferry station. The facility is modern and provides the comforts of home. It is very quiet and the bed is comfortable. The hostess, was very helpful and answered any questions or needs we had. The WiFi was excellent.
• Susan (9/5): Live like a local on Bellagio at this lovely apartment - This is a delightful property in a perfect location to see and enjoy all aspects of life on Bellagio. I loved looking out the French doors each day to the cafe below and take in the ever changing scene of people arriving and departing. The host Sabine was very communicative, ensuring I knew how to get it and responded promptly to my requests for help when I couldn't initially work out the washing machine. The location means you get a lot of stair-walking in, so if you are not fit then this would be a challenge. On the other hand, you get to experience the life of the locals as they live with the ascents and descents each day - and from what I could see it adds to their longevity.
• Eelco (9/5): Superb - It is very central. The room was clean and practical. The room has a nice small balcony looking over the square, in which you can put chairs to sit. The kitchen was great to prepare breakfast. Bed was ok for one night but not very supportive. The check out time is at 10 am. We found it early.

• Patrick (9/5): Amazing host, Amazing stay, amazing village - 9/10 Everything was perfect bar location, even the sofa bed was comfy lol We knew about the location but, in the day was slightly frustrating from hearing all the tourists grabbing the “world famous gelato” below at the gelato galleria.
• Meirion (8/5): Very good - The location was very central and above an ice cream shop :) It had a sofa bed but hadnt realized that when we booked it. Comfortable though. But would have preferred a bed. A little noisy but it was after all very central location.
• Susan (4/5): Leaking roof, flooded bathroom and a lake for a front step. - Location and balcony Sleeping on a sofa bed. Rain water running down the walls of the bathroom over the toilet and across the floor. Plaster falling from the bathroom walls. The front step filling up with rain water so that leaving meant filling up your shoe with water. But most of all the host dismissing this as ‘sometimes it rains’, even after we sent her a video to show the extent of the situation. It happened on multiple days.
• Colleen (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good . There are lots of stairs in the laneways to go up and down to lake A bed would look better and be more comfortable in this studio apt. The fold out lounge was uncomfortable

Anything you may require was provided. I highly recommend staying here, and hope one day I have the pleasure of returning. Thank you :)
• Nathalie (9/5): Great location, would stay again. - Location was great, apartment was clean and spacious. Host kept in touch and was super friendly. A friendly welcome package upon arrival was very thoughtful. The sofa-bed has seen better days I think, everytime I moved the bed was making noises but wasn't too uncomfortable.
• Lynne (9/5): Fabulous location. - The lovely apartment so central had everything as well as a great little balcony. The key to get in the main door didnt work so owner had to come and change keys...reluctantly..we were initially told to try it again until the shop keeper tried and told the owner it wouldnt work. The fold down bed was uncomfortable and awkward to get in and out of. Surely a proper bed for that money could be provided. The room is big enough for a decent bed which would have made this a perfect stay.

• Eleanor (10/5): A real Italian experience. - The studio apartment was tastefully furnished with everything a couple would need. I loved the balcony as it was in the centre of everything.. Great place to people watch. Everything was spotless..and it was very good value for money in Bellagio..
• Jeniffer (6/5): Pleasant - This place is centrally located with restaurant and gelato place downstairs. However, it's a bit of a hike. Not ideal place if you have a couple of heavy luggages. Be aware though that you need to take a loads of steps to get to the top of the hill especially if you come without car. No taxi even will drive uphill. For such good location, at least they the upgrade the bed. You will be sleeping in a sofa bed which is exactly the same in the picture. Uncomfortable for my liking. The shower is dated. Plus the host was having an attitude at the time of check in. She insisted she gave me the code of the key box which she didn't. So I need to message her again. Then, she got irritated. As a host, she needs to give a clear instruction as not everyone are familiar in opening that obsolete key box. Instead of helping she is making a rude remark that I'm the only one who can't figure. Of course! We didn't have such in other part of the world. The service apartment I've stayed in my other travels have proper customer service personnel and they are courteous. This not my first time to stay in a rented apartment but this one is the worst I had experienced!

All was with love! The best sweets are under the apartment! There was cold. The host said that they can’t use heating in this time (but in Como in another flat we had it). They let us check in earlier than our time, but gave us wrong key number firstly.

Large apartment, good shower, with decent facilities including espresso machine. Good value for money considering the location. Only downside was sofa bed, but comfortable enough for a couple of nights

• Headley (8/5): Comfy centrally located apartment - Perfectly located in heart of Bellagio with restaurants and other eateries T the doorstep. Spacious apartment with full kit hen facilities, a table and chair for writing. And good size bathroom. The Ned was a fold out sofa bed. Was sufficient a fold out sofa bed. There is enough space to have a bed there. The shower base is very slippery. Also, don't lean on the shower screen as it will fold outwards. You need to climb a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. So if you can't carry your luggage upstairs, this apartment is not for you.
• Alexandru (10/5): Great size apartment in the heart of Bellagio - The property is in a great location, right in the heart of Bellagio and above the best gelato shop in town! There is a 5 mins walk to the lake and boat services. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and there were snacks and drinks waiting for us in our room which was a great touch! The apartment was a great size and had a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a selection of teas. There is also a large balcony available. Sabine was always available and very welcoming throughout our stay. Be aware that with such a central location there can be no free parking available at the property. However, there is free parking a 10 mins walk away, and paid parking even closer. The bathroom is slightly dated, and had a leaky shower head which needs replacing.

• Shalene (9/5): Fabulous spot for two in the heart of Bellagio. - A great studio in the centre of Bellagio. Perfect spot for exploring the town and further around Lake Como. Really good sound proofing from the windows and Sabine was an extremely helpful host! I loved sitting i the balcony watching the world go by. The drinks and snacks were also a very nice touch!

• Julian (10/5): Wonderful location, great value for money,; excellent place to explore Bellagio and beyond - Location was brilliant. The size of the property was more than expected and the facilities were very good. You can self-cater here very easily if you wish. The host had very kindly left some snacks and drinks - this was very much appreciated and (as we were out in other towns a lot) we were sorry not to have gotten to the host's restaurant, which looked excellent.
