- Nikolay (3/5): Get ready to language barriers - The host responded to Whatsup eventually The host didn't reply on website messages and didn't meet us so we had to book another accommodation. We tried to call but the person didn't speak English and asked to write in WhatsApp. The speed of answer was about 2 hours, so we couldn't eventually confirm our late arrival as we were already on a plane. On arrival to the property the host advised he could only come tomorrow so we had to cancel it bia Booking.com support.
