• Marie (9/5): IIda who was extremely helpful during our stay - Central location right by the train station. Lift so no stairs which was a huge bonus! Great space in the apartment and comfortable bed Just needed a hook in bathroom and full length mirror but this is minor and can easily be remedied
• Natalya (10/5): - We stayed at Sorrentosunrise last week. It is a clean, bright apartment equipped with everything you might need, right in the city center. The location is absolutely perfect — it simply couldn’t have been better! Just a few steps from the train and bus stations, with a supermarket right around the corner and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host, Ilda, is incredibly kind and helpful. She was always available, gave us many useful tips and recommendations, and kindly agreed to allow us a late check-in, which we really appreciated. I sincerely recommend these apartments to anyone planning to visit Sorrento!
• Saida (10/5): - We liked everything: The location - 2 minutes from the train station and SITA bus station,1 minute to the big supermarket Dodeca and central street,10 minutes walking distance to Marina( of course,stairs!).Very convenient! The apartment - clean, comfortable bed,well equipped kitchen, washing machine and you can dry your staff at open style balcony! Special thanks to our hostage Ilda- she is very responsible and patient person and was always ready to communicate and help! Everything was ok!
• Gaia (9/5): Perfetto per ogni spostamento e ben tenuto - La casa è vicinissima alla stazione ma anche al porto. Ci sono servizi di ogni tipo e la zona è tranquilla. Il proprietario è super gentile e disponibile.
• Sergiu (7/5): - Locația excelentă foarte aproape de gară și totodată de zona centrală și de port. Se poate ajunge pe jos relativ repede la toate acestea. La parterul blocului este un restaurant cu mâncare foarte una. Încălzirea apartamentului se face exclusiv cu aparatul de aer condiționat. Am avut și o problemă tehnică, S- defectă boilerul și in ultima seară nu am avut apă caldă dar asta se poate întâmpla.

• Jocelyne (10/5): Le meilleur ! - Emplacement exceptionnel, très spacieux et super équipé, bonne literie, tout était parfait avec notre hôte aux petits soins. En plus il y a un super restaurant juste en dessous.

Al llegar tuvimos problema con el agua caliente, el calefon no calentaba con mucho caudal de agua (ducha fuerte) y el día que nos fuimos no teníamos agua caliente, al consultar no tuvimos rpta. La pileta del lavatorio no evacuaba y había olor a cloaca. La cama no tenía veladores.

• max (10/5): Hermosa estadía en el corazón de Sorrento! - El apartamento es como se muestra en las fotos, cómodo, bien iluminado, con linda vista desde el balcón. Está ubicado en el centro de Sorrento, hay supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo cerca. El wifi funciona bien, colchón y almohadas muy comodas, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Es un 4to piso, hay ascensor. La anfitriona nos atendió muy bien y contestó nuestros mensajes en todo momento. Muchas gracias Ilda, pasamos hermosoa dias de vacaciones!

• Robyn (10/5): Fantastic Location, immaculately clean, great overall experience - Location was fantastic so close to the railway station grocery store, an amazing restaurant & gelateria. The lift is very convenient with the apartment on an upper floor. Host was very helpful, knowledgeable & offered assistance if we needed. Fantastic place to stay. We’d definitely stay there again. We liked everything about this property.

• Tracy (10/5): Memories made in Sorrento - The location of this property to city is centre is amazing, only a short walk away, There were so many options for restaurants. The ferry terminal was a close walk, about 20 mins (lots of stairs). The apartment had lots of room for myself and my husband, well laid out with the separate bedroom. Having the washing machine and line was very useful.The balcony was perfect to sit and enjoy coffee each morning. There is a grocery store three minutes away (turn left outside the apartment and then left again). The train station is a minute walk. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded quickly, very helpful. Sorrento is a wonderful location to have as your home base for the Amalfi coast. We enjoyed the our 8 nights. It was lovely to be able to come back mid-day and cool off. At night, you could not hear any noise, so you can get a good sleep. We would stay again and highly recommend. The AC in the bedroom could be cooler.

• Holly (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, super convenient for train station and bus stops nearby. Pretty simple walk down to the port also to catch ferries. Handy to have washing machine for clothing. Easy place to set yourself up for some time in Sorrento. Was advertised as having toiletries including soap and shampoo however there was no soap or shampoo anywhere to be found, only a couple of small moisturisers. I think having soap at least for hand washing is a bare minimum and my husband didn't have any shampoo or soap himself to use so was quite upset about it. Overall I would still come again but think should update the site so that people don't come expecting that. As other people have mentioned shower isn't hot, more just warm (and sometimes would unpredictably go cold), and the bathroom was a little bit dirty with some hair around the base of the bidet.

• Keane (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a fantastic location, around the corner from a supermarket and the centre with lots of restaurants and shops. The host is very accommodating and is easy to contact for advice on the area. If there is a problem he responds instantly and is very helpful. There is a restaurant, cafe and dessert shop right outside the door. I would recommend stanying in Sorrento Sunrise 10/10.

• Mitch (10/5): Right in the middle of everything! - This place is awesome! Steps from the train, and right downtown by the Corso Italia. Amazing location! The apartment is filled with light, and although there's no seaview, the view to the hills, and to downtown is brilliant. We will definitely try to stay here again. Sorrento sunrise indeed.

• Maria (5/5): Wouldn’t return - It’s spacious, clean and has good location. We stayed 3 nights. Two we showered with barely warm water even after the plumber was called in to fix the problem. The other night we showered with very cold water. Sealing of the shower screen was gone so the bath flooded, there were no hangers for towels in the bathroom, not even for hand towel.

• Soo (8/5): It was great. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to our texts. - The location is close to the train station. There is a nice restaurant below. We ran out of gas for the heating of the water. But, the owner arranged for a person to come and replace the gas for us. There were ants all over the bathroom. They were just everywhere.
• Tom (10/5): Perfect Location - Excellent location, 1 min from the train station so really easy to get to from Naples/Pompei etc. Also, the coach station is outside the train station so buses to all different places along the Amallfi Coast go from there. 15min walk to the Ferry Port to get to Capri and other places. Highly recommend getting a coach to Positano as the views along the coast road are amazing for less than €3 each and it is much easier to start at the top and work your way down and get a ferry back to Sorrento. Supermarket is a 2min walk with everything you might need and also a small 'toiletries and cleaning' shop a few shops down from the apartment. Loads of nice places to eat and 5-10min walk to the main restaurants and bars. Perfect location and good soundproofing. Aircon great and everything worked just fine. Shower is fine too, saw a comment about it being low pressure or something, but it does do the job and is hot. Really comfy bed. Ilda was great and checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was ok, and it was! Made check in and out very easy! There was nothing bad to say about Ilda's apartment!

• Orsolya (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment has a perfect location to discover the region with public transport. Both local train station and bus stop is right on the corner. Sorrento centre, harbour, supermarkt is just a few walking minutes. The restaurant on the basement is really very good and the prices are fair (and they have a much better selection inside than what you see on the advertising on the street). Communication worked very well with the owner(´s daughter). She was waiting for us on arrival and showed us the apartment. Warm water supply needs nerves. On the last day we didn´t have any at all. The cooking plates are very old, no letters to see on them any more which makes it hardly impossible to figure out how it works. 1 switch out of 3 didn´t work at all (was broken and laid beside). The water boiler was complately limescaled. Bedding was dirty - I changed it on the first day as previously some suitcase or something left its marks on it. The apartment is big by the size but somehow the place isn´t used. There is no decoration in the rooms (the mirrory stickers I wouldn´t call as design). There were no shelves or drawers just a closet. I am sure if we had called the owner to repair things he would have done it but I think these repairments should be done BEFORE renting an apartment. Sorry that I couldn´t give a higher rating.

Lovely linen and matching crockery. it was difficult to get the bushier to run consistently hot. The cooktop mobs were loose and it was difficult to operate as a result. There was only one PowerPoint for the electric jug, toaster and microwave.
• Gail (9/5): Lovely stay in Sorrento - Great central location, close to restaurants, shops and sights. Very helpful host. Good secure wifi. Good shower, comfortable bed. Very comfortable. Good elevator to 4th floor flat.
