carolina (9/5): Estancia agradable - La ubicación. La atención de parte de los chicos en el front desk quienes fueron muy amables en todo momento. Probablemente que no tengan mas habitaciones en planta baja y que no estuviera en función el jacuzzi.

Tracey (5/5): Modern amenities on the beach. - Modern and on the beach. The beach was flat and beautiful as was the outdoor space with lights and such. Unresponsive to messages on booking and via the messaging app as I tried several times to get an answer. Staff need to be better trained in hospitality in terms of greetings, and how to serve on a tray and such. They were learning so that is ok…just need maybe more practise. Angel was great though!

Leslie (5/5): Good for a quick stay. - It was central to local spots, such as Aticama, San Blas, La Tovara etc. the way it was advertise was accurate. Their are a lot of ants in our room and twice there were beetles given they are next to the beach. Even the iron we used ended up collecting ants. We appreciate the staff cleaning, however I do think it’s a bigger issue than just staff cleaning throughout the day. Additionally the resort a few properties down had much blasting that would shake the room. Just an annoyance, not so much the property can do about it.

El que tenga cocineta lo máximo cuando vas por una semana Nos apoyaron en todo momento en el huracan pricila, nos tuvimos que cambiar de la cabaña a habitacion, todos nos ayudaron, nos dieron la tranquilidad de seguir ahi. Falta fumigacion Sabemos es normal los mosquitos y hormigas pero eran demasiadas. Falta Elevador La comida esta rica, pero un poco de sal y se mejoraba

Molina (10/5): - Es un hotel súper limpio, cómodo, con una vista súper linda al mar , alberca limpia , todo el personal muy amable , contó con todo requerido , definitivamente lo recomiendo como un lugar para descansar y pasarla relajado . Está cerca de varios Oxxos y varias playas cercanas , ubicación excelente. Que el bar y restaurante cierran muy temprano.

Irlanda (10/5): Awesome! We stay for two nights with our kiddos. Parents got like a studio room and kids stay in a double room wi kitche - Very clean small hotel. Staff were super helpful and attentive. We ask if we could do a bonfire and the night shift young gentleman prep the bonfire for us and even offer to get us drinks and snacks from the oxxo. In the future we’ll staying with them again. Pool Was a little cold but still enjoyable. Their foos were delicious. I recommend to try the shrimp burgers.

Great location for walking the beach and exploring the area. Great sunsets from the beach. Nothing, really. It was great. Not a negative for us, but it is a remote area and a twisty mountain drive to get there.

Andrei (9/5): Superb - Fantastic place and view, specially in the evenings and mornings, if you've chosen the ocean side. Because there's road from another side. But the ocean view just gorgeous. The room is big with a kitchen and some kitchenware. Restoran and bar on the territory are good. Ocean was a bit cold, but for me it was ok. It is nothing to really do around, just stay calm, relax and enjoy. Room was a bit worn, but not too much. Staircases without borders, but for me it looks even more interesting.

A little dangerous for fall hazards because many safety rails are not yet installed. Extra towel and face cloths in room would be helpful. Bathroom shower door missing so water flooded onto floor.

Isabel (10/5): Excellent and a fabulous night on our long trip around the world. - Everything. It’s new and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. We had a sea view which was fabulous. Our room was clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, the kitchen was great and we could make tea. The pool was lovely with its infinity view to the sea and we enjoyed a swim after being in the sea. We had plenty of charging sockets. The sunset while we ate our evening meal was magical. Really struggling to find something. Everything was really good.

Aurelia (1/5): A fraud, don’t get cheated. - Avoid this place! It’s in construction! It’s not a hotel but a renovation site. And a ghost place. Pictures are nothing like reality! We couldnt cancel the booking, and the owner messaged us with an offer to never did it. We had to leave after the first night and lose all the money. There were works happening, no reception service, just one man that met us at arrival and that we never saw again. Only a construction person was available on site. No bar service, no food service, no facilities at all, nothing as described in bookings. The place is on the highway, it was noisy. This was an absolute fraud for us, we were cheated!

The breakfast said that it will start at 8.30am but they started working later so we decided to go somewhere else.
