Host molto simpatico, super disponibile e conoscitore delle zone sapendo dare consigli utili su vari aspetti... WiFi ottimo Parcheggio privato per più macchine Ps Contattare il proprietario un pò prima di arrivare alla casa perché una volta li il cellulare riceve poco se non niente Zona molto tranquilla per trascorrere al meglio un fine settimana o anche più nel Carso e nei dintorni di Trieste Super consigliato

• Irmgard (10/5): It was wonderful. - Great location, house had everything, and more, we needed. Tomaz and Kristina are the most wonderful and generous hosts. They offered us free of charge bicycles, kayaks and helmets for cave exploration. Tomaz sent us many links about things to do in the area. Spending time with him at the Osmiza was one of the highlights of our vacation. We highly recommend Tipitapi We liked everything

• Jancz (10/5): - Bardzo klimatyczny budynek,wnętrza urządzone z klasą.Położony w uroczej wsi.Gospdarz mega sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny.Zaangażowany żeby żadna z okolicznych atrakcji nas nie ominęła.Fajny mały ogródek ze stolikiem w zacisznym,zacienionym miejscu.Trudno się do czegoś przyczepić🙂
• Aurelie (10/5): Little paradise - The house was very charming, clean, and decorated with loving details. The hosts, Tomaž and Kristina, welcomed us with great hospitality and shared many local places for bathing/sightseeing and food. The location of the house offers a calm and idyllic 'get away' from the busy cities - the little backyard was my favourite! Parking is available, too. Close by are many traditional 'Osmizas' where you can try locally produced products and wine! We are definitely coming back!
• Наталия (10/5): Rustic paradise - Everything! Tipitapi is a hidden gem in a lovely village. The apartment itself is just marvellous, freshly renovated but with a lot of personal touch, we really loved antique furniture pieces. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. The owners are the nicest people, Tomaz gave us so many recommendations about places to visit, and when I mentioned a certain Balkan pastry I like he went to Slovenia next day and got it for us. We highly appreciated home made apple juice and prosecco Tomaz and Kristina gave us before we left. Tipitapi turned out to be the island of tranquility and serenity we were looking for :) Nothing at all
• Lena (10/5): The experience was absolutely perfect, and we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely book again if we ever find ours - The interior was really beautiful. There was a practical kitchen, a lovely bathroom, a small garden for sitting, and parking on the property. The room upstairs had air conditioning, while the downstairs room had a fan, so the temperature was comfortable for sleeping.
• Krisztian (10/5): Amazing little cottage close to nature - Tipitapi is an idyllic and lovely cottage. It is located in a calm little village which is easily reached by bus. The flat is modern and fully equipped for a great get away. Thanks, Tomaz! you are a great host and your hints were great! Totally recommend, our kids loved too. Internet is slow, but works ok. Which is actually great for turning off from work.
• Anna (10/5): A perfect tiny house - Lovingly restored old little stone house. Good taste and artistic touch of the host can be felt all over the place. We were there in the middle of winter and the amenities were working perfectly - heating, hot water in the shower, WiFi, all good. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There is a little yard behind the house and a private parking lot on the side. The host is a big fan of speleology and local areas, and gave us many good hints, including the amazing Skocjanska Jama. We liked everything :)

• Geoffrey (10/5): The apartment so nicely furnished and the hosts so kind it is like an advertisement come to life - The apartment is absolutely lovely and fully equipped. It would be an ideal place to spend a week. The hosts could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to help us with logistics as we were on a walking tour and the town is sort of remote. absolutely nothing. I wish we'd been able to stay longer.
• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - This place is absolutely amazing. It has charm and soul with beautiful details everywhere. If you looking for cozy place with Italian village vibes, this is it. I am always very careful choosing places without many ratings but I made an exception here and it was worth it (I recommend this for anyone who's reading)🙂. The bed was harder, but I mean it as a plus, finally an accomodation without those awfully soft matresses. Apartment was absolutely clean and there is a parking space. The host (Tomaž) was very nice. We only stayed for one night, but we really thought hard about changing our plans and staying longer. 🙂
