• salvatierra (5/5): Solo recomiendo por ubicación - Ubicación La ducha no estaba limpia, la cama no era cómoda . Solo habían cápsulas de café , q aunq se agradece , sería ideal q hubiera alguna botella de agua que es lo básico para cualquier mortal . Hay una puerta dentro de la habitación que comunica con el piso del dueño . Estaba abierta con lo cual se podía ver hacia el piso y tenían acceso hacia nuestra habitación porque no podíamos cerrarla de nuestro lado . Me sentí insegura a pesar que no hubo ningún problema de perdida de objetos ni nada . Pero el hecho de que no tengas intimidad y que en cualquier momento te puedan abrir la puerta es de horror .

• Juan Enrique (9/5): - El departamento es excelente, buena ubicación. Muy limpio. Se agradece que nos pudimos dejar las maletas temprano. Muy complicado el proceso para el ingreso con las llaves. El portero del edificio poco amable.

• Alfonso (5/5): Falta de comunicación con el propietario - El piso está bien ubicado cerca de la estación Central. Limpio y cómodo. La televisión no funcionaba. Intentamos comunicarnos desde el primer momento con los propietarios y no tuvimos respuesta en cuatro días q estuvimos.

• Mihaela (7/5): Very good apartment if you are in transit, for 2-3 days - The location is great (near the central train station and all the busses for airport, lake como, outlets) and the check-in is easy. The host was easy to talk to and offered support. The room is quite o good size, not to small. When we arrived there was a small problem with the water but it was rapidly resolved by the host. You can hear every noise from the surrounding apartments and that can be too loud if you are tired and try to sleep early. Also the bed is not the most comfortable but for 2-3 nights it’s doable.

• Nerea (8/5): Well located, comes with all the utilities, nice and comfortable. - I loved the distribution, how it is decorated and how it had all the utilities that you could need. The location was very nice, and it seemed a pretty safe area, even though we heard some couple around arguing once. The apartment could use a deep clean around, and another mattress, as you could feel the mattress springs when you lied down.

• Alexey (8/5): Very good - The location was good, the central station and two metro lines are very close. The studio was also clean and recently renovated. But there was nothing special about this room that I would like to recommend. It also wasn’t soundproof, though that wouldn’t call a disadvantage, rather an authentic experience: there are neighbors, they have parties, cats and d watch tv, and you’re just in the middle of their lives.

• Reviewer675 (8/5): Has what you need for Milan - Great small apartment, historic trams (1 was useful) and metro both close, high floor. Yes, ironing board and enough wide coat hangers and a washing machine are provided. Currently difficult access due to construction until beginning of July was handled excellently by the helpful host. Check out the balcony half a floor down in the stairwell. Like in any older house, the water drainage is slow and pipes would need some care, but this is probably beyond what the generally excellent cleaning staff can do themselves, other than this, bathroom and kitchen were great.

Comfortable bed, perfect water pressure, stable WiFi. If you know Milan you would consider it a central location. If you are new to the city - metro is close!

• Christopher (9/5): Superb - Great location, 10 minutes to the city centre by train. Comfortable bed, balcony view is great. Provided with all amenities that you need. The door lock can be abit hard to figure out at first. No fan or aircon, can get hot at night, can’t leave windows open due to noise.

• Joy (9/5): Cosy place to stay - A really cosy place to stay. Close to the subway and walking distance to the central station. Very convenient for gluten free travellers with a fully gluten free cafe nearby. Only thing we can think off is that the lock to the door definitely took awhile for us to figure out 😅

• Nazanin (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay - EVERYTHING! The location was just 14 minutes from the central station and close to the metro. The apartment was clean, had everything for cooking (better than the images), and was a really good size for a longer stay. The only downside might be construction in front of its window, but we weren't at the apartment during the day, so we didn't have any issues. The host was also nice to let us check in sooner. Nothing.

• Clc2 (7/5): It's a resaonable apartment for a short stay. - The host is very responsive and willing to assist. The location is convenient and within walking distance to Milan Central Train station. The building is still under construction. We cannot see outside. The AC is not working. It's good that the host bring in a fan for air circulation.
• Julia (8/5): Great place to stay for a train trip to Milan - Lovely modern apartement with everything you might need, fabulous bathroom and well equipped kitchen, incredibly fluffy and nice towels. The host was really nice and check-in was easy and quick. Location is great if you're travelling by train. The bed wasn't the most comfortable for me, but I guess that's a question of personal preference. And I'd suggest to bring ear plugs since the neighbours are really loud and the walls are thin.

• Antonio (7/5): Small apartment near to Milano Centrale Station - The apartment was well equipped and new. It was very clean and there were lots fo towels to use. It is near to Milano Centrale Station. There´s a metro stop (Caiazzo) a few steps away for line 2. You could also get metro line 1 if (Loreto) you walk a little further. It was easy and quick to get the keys. The description of the apartment says it has 1 bedroom, but it's not true. It's a studio. If you turn the sofas into beds you have no place to sat down comfortably. Also there´s only 2 chairs and when we were 3. Despite that, everything was great.

• Michael (9/5): Cute property, decent location, nice to have simple kitchen available. - the maid met me with the keys even though i was a little early. Need a few more dishes in the kitchen, the A/C could be stronger (although I know it was unusually hot when I was there). A few more pix on the wall would be a plus. One window was blocked due to exterior construction, I was told ahead of time though, so no fault there that I didn't already know.
• Dmitry (1/5): disappointed - the owner of the building where the property is located was rude and humiliated me due to the fact that I tried to bring a bike to the building ( I had a cycling trip around Italy).
