• Victoria (10/5): Comodidad en la estancia. - La comodidad, la limpieza, la calidad del servicio al huésped por parte de los anfitriones. Que no pude quedarme más tiempo en este espacio, realmente contemplaba quedarme más días pero no se pudo por tema de la plataforma de un error de la plataforma de Booking.

• Fabienne (10/5): Superbe - Tout était parfait ! Un logement en périphérie de Playa del Carmen, en face de la piscine de la résidence et une place de stationnement devant la porte d'entrée (à mon avis voiture indispensable). Appartement super bien agencé, avec la clim, le nécessaire pour cuisiner, une petite cour à l'arrière très agréable. Les propriétaires habitent juste au dessus, ils sont absolument adorables : excellent accueil, nombreux conseils sur les activités, les plages, les restaurants... Et quand je n'ai pas fait attention et me suis garée devant un trottoir jaune, ils nous ont expliqué comment payer la contravention, et nous ont accompagnés au commissariat pour récupérer notre plaque d'immatriculation. Pour résumer, une superbe expérience, tant sur le plan du logement qu'au niveau humain ! Rien, tout était impeccable !
• Milena (8/5): Un gran lugar para descansar y alejarse de la ciudad - La ubicación es lo único que hay que tener muy en cuenta: está bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad, dentro de un condominio grande con varias porterías. Eso sí, el conjunto es muy bonito, acogedor y con excelente seguridad. Definitivamente es un lugar ideal si viajas con carro; sin vehículo puede ser complicado y costoso moverse en Uber, además de que el acceso puede ser más complejo por los controles de entrada. El lugar cumplió con lo que prometía. La limpieza estuvo impecable. Todo estaba en perfecto estado. En cuanto a la comodidad, excelente. Las camas eran muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y no tuvimos ningún problema de ruido. Descansamos súper bien. Además, las cobijas estaban nuevas y eran muy abrigadoras, lo cual hizo la estancia aún más agradable. El servicio y la atención fueron muy buenos. Los anfitriones viven en la parte superior, estuvieron pendientes, fueron muy amables y conversadores, y nos dieron varias recomendaciones útiles. Tuvimos un pequeño tema de comunicación porque llegamos antes de la hora inicialmente acordada, pero lo resolvimos sin problema. La relación calidad-precio nos pareció justa y definitivamente lo volveríamos a elegir. Un punto muy positivo fue que la cocina estaba completamente equipada, incluso con condimentos básicos como aceite, sal y algunas especias, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. En general, una muy buena opción si buscas tranquilidad, seguridad y comodidad, especialmente si viajas en carro. Como sugerencia de mejora, faltaron algunos básicos de baño como jabón o champú, que suelen dejarse como cortesía, al igual que una botella de agua.
• Bożena (10/5): - Stefano was very kind and provided many useful tips and recommendations regarding Playa del Carmen and Yucatan peninsula in general. The apartment is located in a secured residential area. There are stores in the nearby and the city centre is not far away (we travelled by car). We would appreciate some coffee and tea for the next morning :)
• Laura (10/5): Muy recomendado, lugar cómodo - La casa era muy cómoda, una cocina bien equipada, buen wifi, dos habitaciones con camas grandes y el condominio cuenta con una hermosa piscina. El propietario nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes en Playa del Carmen, fue muy amable. Necesitas tener vehículo obligatoriamente pues queda un poco lejos, si lo tienes está perfecto.
